This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever tried in my life, and it's gonna be pretty hard to beat. I ordered 2 cheeses roll ups, a soft taco, and nacho fries and a Baja blast, pretty easy to remember. I guess not for these bum employees because once I get my order, nacho fries are missing cheese, the soft taco? GONE. All I got was a crumpled up wrapper. At least the cheesy roll ups looked fine. How the mighty have fallen. I used to go to Taco Bell semi regularly (4-5 times a month) in the past 5 years it dropped to 1-2 times a month. Now it's a few times a year. This is why: They've gotten ridiculously expensive and have cut their portion sizes down. $3.89 for one Chicken Soft Taco Supreme that had so little chicken in it and so little of everything else it's a joke. I also swear their regular beef tacos have become twice as greasy as they used to be. Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande for my son and it too has shrunk to what felt like 20-30 chips. Sad! read more

I had a REALLY bad food problem with Taco Bell recently. Our food on the whole was good but we ordered "cinnamon twists," and WOW were they bad. They had a chemical smell on them that distressed us. My with took one bite and threw hers away, I however ate a few and gave up. Terrible food from this location via the app. None of the food I ordered was hot at all and it was all stale. I ordered two chalupa supremes (that come standard with beef) and both were chicken. Our two drink cups were not filled to the top and I did not get all of the sauce packets I requested. I am very frustrated with this location. They consistently make mistakes with my orders. I don't frequent this location for that reason. read more

First things first - don't ever bother ordering through their app. You will either not get the food you ordered at all or it will for sure be incorrect. And then when this is the case, they'll tell you that they can't refund you for no reason, other than they don't want to, but they CAN give you a free meal next time (which you probably won't end up getting or it'll be wrong, per the track record of this place). Their other solution is for you to "come back/in" and get the correct order or the food that was never received in the first place. Clearly, their customer service needs some work. I would say 1 out of 100 times is the order correct and decent. Management is less than helpful as well. Save yourself time and $30+ worth of diarrhea and go to McDonalds next door. read more

I normally wouldn't take the time to rate a Taco Bell, but I was so impressed with the kid in the drive-thru that I'm making an exception. After hours upon hours of Xmas shopping until I literally dropped, I was tiRED, agitated and hungry. After shopping at Anthem Outlet mall, we ran by here for a quickie bite. The kid (teenager) at the pick-up window had such a cheerful, friendly disposition that it turned my frown upside down! Happy, smiling, friendly, jubilant... (cue REM's Shiny, Happy People Holding Hands...) So rare to see in many of the kids working in the service industry these days. Wish I'd gotten his name, because I'd certainly drop it. I know it's Taco Bell and it's a revolving door for employees, over the 4 years I've been eating there, I'd rank the service overall a 2 out of 5. And I know it's asking a lot to order anything special-order (like no sauce or extra lettuce), 5 times out of 10 they mess something up. Worse than the average Taco Bell. Oh, and the Mexican pizza shells are rancid almost every time. Staff is always nice and friendly but I have ordered the VEGGIE Mexican Pizza here 3 times and all 3 times it had meat in it. It's on the menu and the receipt but for some reason who ever is cooking can't figure it out. I have ordered other items as vegetarian without an issue. Very disappointed. read more

A few weeks ago my wife and I went to this Taco Bell in Anthem on a Sunday for dinner. One of their employees was on drugs or schizophrenic because he freaked out demanding to the patrons "someone call 911" he kept repeating it and then sat at one family's table and took a drink of the mother's drink. The kids looked terrified and at that point we left. Last night we were coming home and decided to try it one more time except this time through the drive thru. We were the only ones in line. When they gave us our order it was all wrong and to add insult to injury all of the food was loosely wrapped and the tostada was sideways in the bag. The employee at the window seemed to be "slow" we thought maybe a little stoned (my opinion), and the other employee that came to the window was no help and acted confused too. Rather than dragging this out any further we just took the order and left. I will no longer be giving this Taco Bell location anymore chances. Next time will go to Del Taco about a 1/4 mile away (although last time we went there they were out of Ground beef). It might just be hard to find help in this part of town (Anthem). read more

I've been going here for years because it's the closest Taco Bell and every time I order here something goes wrong with the generally incompetent staff. This time it was food poisoning. The food presentation is a little lacking, but in over 120 visits, they've never gotten my order wrong. My wife orders the same things every time, but I order something different ever week. The bathrooms are clean and the lobby is well maintained, with super reliable AC, a totally "cool" feature in hot Arizona. The service is fast, and they are always friendly. I forgot my bag once, and the manager went above and beyond to return it. He even looked me up on Facebook and contacted a mutual friend, so I could get it back right away. read more
