I'm so mad right now! I just ordered 2 double stacks and a small fry. I asked them to toast the bread because every time I go there the bread is hard and cold. I called the restaurant but got a fax line. I quit going to this location for this reason. I have to go to the one by the perimeter mall to get a decent burger. Not to mention the staff is so ghetto. Who does the hiring. I've feed the food to the strays outside. I'm very disappointed and still hungry. I should have went with my first mind and went to McDonalds. I just want to let you know how your employee Keshia greets you customers at the drive thru. I pull up to the window, she takes my money and hands me a cold cheese burger, so cold that the cheese was warmer than the meat and bun. I might have been able to deal with that if Keshia had said hello, how are you or thank you but she was unable to speak. Don't stop here!!! This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. They are slow, rarely get your order correct and have little knowledge of their own promotions. Thursday, I ordered a biscuit and a coffee with 5 creams. I got the biscuit, but the coffee was full of sugar-no cream at all. It went right to the garbage. On a past visit they had breakfast sandwiches-buy one and get a free drink. I ordered coffee and was told coffee was not one of the free drinks in the promotion...WTF? I went to this location because it was late and close to my apartment. The reason I'm complaining is that I was told to pull to the side and wait for my order as other cars. A guy came out and asked if I ordered a "10 piece nugget with a spicy chicken sandwich" I replied yes. He gave me two bags and I asked if that was right, he replied yes and walked off. I got two bags with 10 piece nugget combos. I waited until he came back towards my car and he got in an attitude stating that I said yes to the wrong food. Now why would I lie about that ordering some food? After his attitude, I left. I sure won't be back because this isn't the first time I've dealt with attitudes or wrong drink orders. I don't normally post but this location just needs to close already. Normally it takes 12 minutes plus at this "fast food" restaurant. Tonight I was there at 8:45 PM and the lady at the drive thru window said nothing to me while she handed me my order and swiped my card but kept asking her manager (I'd assume) "Hey, when we closing? Do not use your card here! They are stealing for info and using it at best buy and Amazon. Manager was too eager to give us our money back. Claims their machine is messing up for 2+ weeks. The transaction does not show up in bank account. Couple of co-workers have the exact same problem. Their card were spent trying to buy miscellaneous items such as tvs, game systems, and games. I usually love Wendy's and live right next to this one. But in the last couple months service has been horrible. There's always a super long practically non moving line, they close well before 1am a lot of the time (like 30 mins before), and my order is ALWAYS wrong. My usual Wendy's order is a crispy chicken BLT 4 for $4 with honey mustard and a sweet tea with no ice. Usually they just forget the sauce or give me ice.. but tonight was exceptionally bad. The woman who took my order needs an attitude check and speech classes. Then I was given a cold chicken and lettuce sandwich (how do you totally leave off the cheese, bacon, tomato, and mayo?), no sauce in the bag, and my drink had ice and wasn't even sweet tea? It tasted like watered down sweet tea with one of their "specialty teas".. gross. I called up there because their line is always long and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes, but nobody answered after 3 tries. Never going back. Lazy and forgetful!! You would think that because of Covid, that they would make sure they are giving good business. My boyfriend and I ordered a Baconator meal from them, instead of regular fries asked for baconator fries and a ten piece nugget meal with a side of cheese fries. I pulled up to the window and decided to ask if I could also get a frosty with it. Lazy guy working the window didn't feel like making one so I guess he wanted to pull the same stunt as McDonalds with their McFlurries, and told me no. Ok... no problem! But how about the fact that when we got our meal, the BACONATOR MEAL is missing the most important thing....... the sandwich. Then to top it off, who ever is on bacon duty needs to be downgraded cuz not everyone likes burnt bacon, especially on their fries. In addition last time I checked, a TEN PIECE NUGGET is suppose to be 10 pcs not 9. I don't care if I'm paying for a cup of water or a cheap meal, I still expect to get what I paid for but it was shame on me for thinking that this Wendy's could live up to that expectation....... I consistently have horrible service from this location. It doesn't matter that they've been renovated. They always give the wrong items with their salads or mess up the order, shortchange us on the drive-through and then they make sure they don't give a receipt so that we can't file a complaint.
