Food: 3/5 The burgers were flavorful, but everything was extremely greasy -- almost drenched in oil. For the price point, it honestly felt closer to upgraded fast food than a premium burger experience. Food came out in about 15 minutes. Atmosphere: 3/5 Interesting concept being inside a gas station, but the setup felt cramped and chaotic. There's usually a line blocking the entrance, 6-7 people packed into the tiny open kitchen, and all seating is outside. Self-serve setup with no active cleaning happening while we were there. Make sure to grab napkins inside and note that drinks have to be purchased separately from the gas station. Service: 3/5 Staff was working hard and food came out reasonably fast, but the overall experience felt disorganized and not very polished considering the prices. Everything is self serve- from getting napkins to putting up your own trash.

This place is a gem in Dunwoody. I came here around the time when they first opened and they have really gotten the recognition they deserve since then. It's tucked under a chevron gas station but don't sleep on this little burger shop. They have THE best smash burger in town. They've expanded a seating area out back which is so nice because we ordered our food and these nice young Dunwoody kids brought it out to us. The flavors, textures and combination of their burgers are delicious. Sometimes I crave them and wish I lived closer. If you're in Atlanta, you NEED to stop here!

Perfect spot for a DELICIOUS casual burger. Came here on a Friday- service was good, parking was easy and food was great!!!

Was recommend this place by a trustworthy source and countless social media videos. I've only had a few smash burgers in my day so why not try one that is slinging them on the inside of a gas station. Strange, but understandable ordering process--there's a small kiosk manned by two dudes and they tell you they'll bring your order to your car. A bit packed inside the small gas station but it's easy to figure out what's going on pretty quickly. Thought the burger lacked any texture to the point where it was almost mushy. Fries were less than impressive. I'll give it another shot probably because of the hype.

It's a solid smash burger for fast food out of a gas station. Nice spice kick in the seasoning, good gooey-ness with the cheese, texture from the pickle. Tots were really nicely fried and crispy. I don't understand putting it over some of the fine-dining burgers available in ATL at multiple locations that are clearly superior. Nice place, fun atmosphere, good burger. But tap the brakes on the 'best in Atlanta' talk.

Got 2 single smash burgers and enjoyed the quick process for a well priced burger! Solid 3.5 stars! The burgers were close to $6 each and I got fries for $4. The smashburger was simple with the american cheese and pickles and the bread was soft. They add a sauce that brings it together well. The fries had a great crunch and were well seasoned. This place is attached to a gas station, so you just wait in line, order, and they walk it to your car or to the picnic tables outside. Lots of parking in the surrounding back lot for free. Very easy and satisfying if youre looking for a quick and yummy burger fix. There was a line that took about 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. It moved very quickly. Workers were friendly and answered my questions. I had a good experience. If I lived nearby, I would definitely pop in for a burger from time to time!

This venue sits inside of a Chevron gas station. There is not a dining area on the inside. People either eat in their car or at the picnic area under the trees. They will bring your order to your car or the picnic area. I ordered the Double - Classic with tots. The tots came with sassy sauce. They do not sell drinks but the gas station sells plenty of them. The tots were cooked to order and tasted normal. The sassy sauce was normal as well. The burger was surprisingly good. You can tell that the tots are cooked in beef tallow but I wonder if they do the same with the burgers. The beef flavor was through the roof. I will return.

Food tasted great! The patty was seasoned well and the food was hot. It was a cute ambiance with picnic tables in the back to enjoy eating on. The only thing that took it from a 5 star to 4 star was the price- everything was a bit pricey; we spent $32 for 2 burgers and 2 sides of fries from the gas station- was hoping to pay more like $25 for the food ordered. The owner's sister circled around the picnic tables to check in on all the customers to ensure their experience was positive which meant a lot to me. The famous gas station burger lived up to the hype!

Came by on a Saturday around 11:45 and there was a line with a good amount of people eating outside! Walk into the Chevron and there us a cashier to the right for NFA. Ordered and they said they would bring it to my car. Didn't have to wait too long despite the line. Burgers were tasty and juicy. Wished there was a more bit more sauce and that it came with tomato and lettuce without having to pay extra. We also got the vienna hot dog which was thick and juicy. Pretty filling meal and would return!

My review of this place seems to have been inaccurate. Let me update this to 1 star, as 0 stars is not an option. Based on the response from the business, it seems only positive reviews are accepted and you must go along with the crowd instead of having your own opinion, or you get ATTACKED. How disgusting and unnecessary. I didn't like it. And that's fine. Everyone else does so you should continue to thrive... Never have I seen a business respond to an unfavorable review that still praised the team, but was honest about the taste, respond so crudely. Bravo! You must have time on your hands, but I don't. Good day to you sir, there is no "next time".

Atlanta Eats was spot on again with NFA Burger. I had Billy's Double Classic--mustard cheese, pickles, and that signature sassy sauce. If you want extra toppings, just ask--some are included, others come with a small upcharge. Service was fast and efficient, and I liked that they bring your food right out to you. The inside is simply decorated. There's outdoor seating, plenty of parking on the side, plus a large lot in the back, so no stress there. Overall, a great experience. They also offer a military discount, which is always appreciated. Easy 5-star rating from me.

I'd been meaning to try this place for a while! I love a good smash burger and NFA Burger definitely delivered! My work picked up for lunch, so I didn't get to have the gas station experience (therefore I can't speak on service or ambiance), but of course I enjoyed it nonetheless! I got a single patty cheeseburger and added grilled onions and jalapeños to it, with a side of tater tots AKA "Sassy Tots." Everything was delicious! The tots were perfectly crunchy and seasoned nicely, and the burger was nice and flat with yummy toppings. My pics don't do it justice! I'll definitely be stopping in soon!

Finally, made time to check this one off my list. Knowing previously that it was located inside of a gas station, it was still a little underwhelming to pull up and only see the sign in the window. However, one's mind is quickly changed upon seeing the line of patrons snaking thru the end-caps of the tiny store - quite a few of them being repeat, customers. The salesperson has a simple podium setup, getting through the orders fairly quickly. It was that the owner came out to speak to the patrons. After placing your order, you simply wait in your air conditioned vehicle for the runner to bring you your food. Swiftly delivered, I made sure to *tip the runner* as it was very hot outside, and he more than deserved it! On to the this burger I've heard so much about ... Folks this is a d*mn good burger! Crispy edges, flavorful and the perfect serving size ( The Double), accompanied by really crispy crinkle fries. Where NFA humbly shinesl: The burger, cooked to perfection, is a standalone hit, with the sassy sauce as its accoutrement. That they understood the "fries assignment" by *not* packaging in styrofoam containers (IYKYK) NFA has easily un-seated my former favorite burger spot. I'll certainly bring others on my next trip. BRAVO, NFA!

A good burger, but overpriced. $9.25 for a double is not a good value for a burger on the smaller size.

I went in late March, and the atmosphere was perfect everyone outside, good energy, great spot to hang with friends. Service was quick and friendly. The girl taking our order was super nice, and everything came out fast. For the food, I had to go with the #1 double patty burger, fully loaded. I added mushrooms, onions, and the usual toppings. The flavor was good, but the patties fell apart a bit, which made it a little messy and harder to enjoy. Could've held together better. Fries were solid but nothing special. I did try their special sauce, and that was definitely a plus. I've heard the milkshakes are a must, so I'll be trying that next time. Price was fair for what you get. Overall, it's a good spot especially with friends. A slight step above fast food, but not something that blew me away taste-wise. [Review originally posted in August 2020 and is now re-released due to missing pics and food item…read moreinfo] Typically, with this being a burger spot, I'd want to highlight a specific burger (or burgers) that I ate and rate the restaurant based on that. What I'll say about Farm Burger however is that it's not so much the burgers that stood out to me (even though the one that I had was pretty tasty), but the fries. In all of my years trying out various burger spots and restaurants, none has impressed me thus far regarding its fries like Farm Burger did. The "FB Fries" (which I'm assuming stands for "Farm Burger Fries") are one of the rare exceptions where I felt that I didn't desperately need multiple packets of ketchup to enjoy a side of fries. The seasonings, herbs, and parmesan cheese were the perfect flavorful combination that challenged my natural instinct to grab a bit of ketchup to help it down. Truly a feat in my eyes. As for the burgers itself, I had the custom burger which I customized with: double patty, pepper jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, smoked paprika mayo, and sherry date BBQ. I quite enjoyed this physically concoction that I crafted. Not particularly mind blowing in flavor, but the amount of creative power that I had to make my own super sized burger filled with satisfying toppings and ingredients was exciting being the food lover that I am.

You order at the counter and you can order anything there out of the all the restaurants they have. So you can order from any of five different spots and one register but I came specifically for Burger time. Birria burger - Now this burger was pretty good. It wasn't amazing but it was good. It needed an extra something. Typically. If you have this type of Taco you'll have something that you can dip the taco in, but the burger just came a little bit more dry and I feel like they could have had something extra to help it along. Queso fries - the fries were good. I feel like they kind of skimped a little bit on the queso, but other than that though they came out very crispy and the queso that was there was pretty flavorful. Onion rings - At this point I was just being a glutton LOL. Bunion rings were good and they had come back sauce and another sauce with them. I feel like they were kind of fried a little too hard though. But anybody could have an off day, not a big deal. You just don't want to cut your gums up like Captain crunch while you're trying to chew an onion ring LOL! Eventually I'll try the other couple of things. Like I haven't had the taco spot there yet, but it's on my list of things to do. It's a good duck off if you're in the area because there's a shopping area right across the street, so if you're in that Hood, I would definitely suggest giving it a checkout.

The cheese fries, there really wasn't enough cheese and a cheese was very thin, almost watery. You know how you get nacho cheese and it's thick. This cheese was basically absorbed by the potatoes which were already kind of flimsy because they probably weren't fried hard enough or fried long enough. They had seasoning on them, but I was looking for cheese fries and I got watery cheese and limp fries. The barbecue bacon burger was not exciting as well. The bun was hard and salt at the same time. If that matters. It wasn't all the way soft all the way through but that could have been just because they tried to put it on the grill for a little bit. The lettuce was very limp and it definitely wasn't fresh. The barbecue sauce they use, they used a lot of barbecue sauce so the burger was super super messy. The taste was all right, but nothing to write home about by any means. I probably would not come back for that burger either. It didn't really make me want to go and try other burgers from there. Honestly. The people there were very nice and very friendly but at the end of the day, I came for food.
