Normally I don't write bad reviews but this experience was so bad I had to write one. We ended up getting trapped in the drive thru for a solid 10 mins and waited even longer for our food just to have an employee take a single bite outta a chicken nugget from one of the biggie bags. Uh yea what the hell???? One bite? From a chicken nugget? Made me a little suspicious about the other food we got which I feel like should never be the case about any restaurant. I really wish I could tell you how the fries were but there weren't enough in a container for me to consider it a side of fries. The workers were also on their phones and playin around during like solid 15 min wait we had at the drive thru window as if we didn't order and were hungry af. Like if they were working, granted the slow service would be considered but cmon she was yappin on her cell phone for most of the entire time & we could see her... that's how close she was to us, starin at her thru the window. This has to be the worst Wendy's location in Baltimore, Maryland if not more! I ordered delivery through the app. My order was a baconator, fries, and 10pc spicy nuggets. First off the app says a delivery time of about 30 minutes tops but I actually didn't get my food until 2 HOURS LATER! Probably because of how backed up their drive thru is literally all the time. Then tell me why my dasher calls me up to tell me that they said they didn't have the sandwich! Mind you it's a staple item on the menu and is one that I order literally every time I visit. I rightfully ask "What do you mean they don't have the sandwich?" To which my dasher got the same bizarre response. Finally to add salt to the wound, they gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets. I went through the drive through line, waited 25 minutes to get to the front, once i get there the lady says "whatchu want make it fast" so i order, then radio silence for 4 minutes, then she says you need to come in to pay. so i pull around and try to walk in, doors are locked?? employee inside looks at me like i'm crazy and says go back to the drive through, wait another 25 minutes getting hemmed into the drive through, then the lady says whatchu want again, i repeat my order and pull to the window. Abandon all hope, ye who enter here! This crap pile of a business could only be worse if the rats climbed into your car while you wait 20 minutes or more to get to the speaker located midway through the no other way out drive thru. False hopes of being close to your meal are then crushed as you are told "give me a minute" by a barely intelligible voice that then disappears for another five minutes. It seems to be at this point when the daily breaking of the Frosty maker happens. After another five to ten minutes - no kidding - you may finally get some food, but don't ever count on it being what you ordered: unwrap everything and look closely. Once you've decided that you can settle for what you received, don't linger and don't think that maybe it was just this once. It isn't. This place is where customer service and the fast in fast food go to die. It should be razed and replaced with a small monument in memory of social skills, work ethics, and decency. read more

This location sucks . Drive-thru workers are mad rude for no reason. There was so much static that I couldn't hear the worker and they got an attitude when I asked to repeat the rest of their sentence. They never have anything in stock. I know there are shortages for specific things but don't take it out on me for not knowing what you don't have‍. There's no indication on any signage that anything is sold out, nor does the worker announce what they're sold out of, so there's no reason to get an attitude for me asking for something that I assume you have. I used to come to this Wendy's alot but over the years, it seems like it has gone down hill. For starters, the service is so slow, inside and in the drive thru. My last (and final) visit was horrible. The cashier had an funky attitude. I had three sodas and she passed them to me one by one out the drive thru window. When we asked for a cup holder, she sucked her teeth. You would have thought it was coming out of her paycheck smh. I ordered a Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich. When I bit into the sandwich, it was tough. When I looked at the sandwich, the chicken was still pink. At this point, I'm headed toward Dundalk and running late to an event. Never had to sit in a drive through longer than 5 minutes. Me and my girlfriend were in the drive through for 30 minutes. At first we thought it was closed until the line moved. We get up to the speaker sat there for 10 minutes said hello multiple times didn't hear a thing. Absolutely horrible the whole meal was wrong they didn't give us half of what we ordered and the other half was wrong. It took 30 minutes and was seemingly overpriced. We told them several times we needed everything to go and we had to get back to the hospital before the lot closed, but they still managed to go incredibly slow and put everything on trays as if we were staying there. I have never had such a terrible experience at a fast food place. Not a single item was right. Not one. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I absolutely love a frosty, but I will never be returning to this location again. The first time I went here, they were just closed. It was 10pm and they advertise "late hours" and the place was "not taking orders". The next time I went, I waited 55 minutes in the drive thru, where once you get into the drive thru, you can't exit because it's one lane. You are trapped. People were getting out of their cars just to pee behind the dumpster, absolutely foul. Once we got our food, it wasn't even right and the customer service couldn't have been ruder. No eye contact, no hello, no here you go... actually, no words at all... just the price. And finally, I doordashed Wendy's, not realizing it was from this location, and I placed the order at 8:40 and it didn't arrive until 10:50.... for a fast.food.restaurant...... I contacted my door dash driver and she said she was in a long line..... this place needs to shut down. If they can barley make fries, warm up some nuggets... Literally not worth it. This is not what Wendy's is supposed to taste like. Been here twice. First time food was cold as if it was sitting there for hours so they could start closing early. Second time the strawberry lemonade had sooo much pulp yet didn't taste like strawberry. And these spicy nuggets just are not usual Wendy's quality it's more like BK. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before my order was taken and 20 minutes to get my good. I would have left but there is no way to exit once you are in the line. I arrived at this wendy's today at 6:10 pm. When walking in I seen a man yelling at one of the workers about a wrong order. I stood in line, ordered my food thinking everything would smooth. I did not leave until 7:00 the service was horrible. There was only one cashier who kept complaining about how she was ready clock out. First of all, I understand that the "late night" crew may not be as fast and efficient as the day crew, but tonight was ridiculous! We sat in the drive thru for about 10mins 5 of which were while we were at the speaker. As we drove up we were told to "hold on" and waited about 5 minutes before we could order. We finally ordered, sat at the pick up window for a few more minutes. The cashier didn't want to use my boyfriend's military discount. By then I was ready to make a complaint. The cashier didn't give us a receipt(needed for the complaint) and we get home our Chili wasn't in the bag. And our burgers weren't cooked all the way. This is literally the most RACHET & UNPROFESSIONAL Wendy's in the entire NATION. I arrived at 12:30 before close and waited in the drive through for a 30 WHOLE MINUTES, only to be told they were closed upon finally reaching the ordertaker at 1:08. I explained to the person on the machine that we had been waiting in line for 30 mins long before they closed so they should still honor our order. However when I got to the window an employee turned off the lights and locked the window. The manager (who claimed her name to be Brandy) then came to the window and opened it apologizing for the young mans rude behavior and then told us she still could not take our orders because the computers are now off. I know she was lying to me because the last guests card was just swiped 2 seconds in front of me. She apologized for the fact that we had waited 30 mins but then proceeded to blame the guests in front of us for why she couldn't serve us stating that they had ordered $30 worth of food and that's what took so long. As a customer that is not my business nor concern I was at the store on time and I still should have been served. Her response was unprofessional and unnecessary and you guys now lost a once very loyal customer! I will never be returning to this Wendy's again and unless you want undercooked, poorly prepped food, and terrible service then I recommend you don't visit here either. read more

Late Night Drive Thru: This is THE slowest Wendy's I've ever been too. Period. So I pulled in at 12:24 AM (keep in mind with this Wendy's, once you enter the line you cannot leave because it is a strict one lane with no room to pass other cars in the drive thru). I did not leave the premises until around 12:50 AM. Keep in mind that this is the closest Wendy's to my house (the rest are 2 or more miles away) and that I counted 4 people in the kitchen with potentially another I did not see. When I pulled up to the window they were all talking and complaining about customers in the Drive Thru (probably because it took 3X the amount of time it should ever take). Then in the end... my fries were soggy and definitely have been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. I've been here several times and I'm quite fed up with their late night service. This happens EVERY TIME I'm here and I just don't understand how a corporate business would let their store operate like this. I waited a GRAND 30 minutes (wasting all that gas) for food that wasn't even freshly hot and crisp...I'm fed up and sick of coming to this Wendy's...late at night at least. This evening I stopped by this location to patronize the drive up window. Initially the line had 4-5 card in front of me but was moving extremely slowly. After 15 minutes (I watched the clock) I was finally able to place a order. Upon arriving to the window to pay for the food I ordered the representative accepted my payment but it took a while for her to do so. While waiting to make my payment I could hear her become frustrated taking the order for a car that was several cars behind me. Shortly after I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my food. Moments later the same employee came to speak with me after I pulled ahead to ask me to now pull around the other side of the billing because my food was not ready. I then asked what food is available because I had been waiting so long. The employee stormed off and in total frustration. At this point I exited my vehicle to go inside. I was greeted by a gentlemen who was very understanding and thanked me for being patient. He informed me that a team member had just exited the building to bring me my food. i thanked him and proceeded outside. After walking out the door I said to the employee "is that my food?" and proceeded to state the contents of the bag. I further explained that my car was close by and even pointed. She asked me for my receipt. At this point I laughed and she responded "Why are you being so aggressive". Due to my frustration I told her she can keep the food and I proceeded back to my vehicle. Next the security guard came to my car to ask if I still wanted my food and to check on me. I told him I am looking for my receipt and he went inside to get someone to assist me. Finally another team member came out and explained why the food took so long. She stated that she wanted to make sure the food she served me was fresh and did not sit out all day. This Wendy's location is best described as ghetto. A red flag is a bathroom that requires a token to enter. Worse is the service. Both inside and the drive-thru take a ridiculous amount of time to fulfill the order. Don't enter the drive-thru, because you can't get it out when you get sick of waiting. Today, it took 25 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. When I did finally get to the order window I said there's no way they're getting any money from me with this piss poor service, even though I still had to wait for 2 cars in front to receive their orders.
