This Wendy's is horrible, the customer service is horrible. The teenager at the drive through had a rude attitude and kept cutting me off. To add on, her word choice was not enlightening or welcoming at all. You can tell there isn't no training on that subject. They messed up the majority of my order. The girl at the drive through was also giving out false information. On top of that once I got to the window the girl at the window had ash burn marks on her shit. Very very unprofessional. I got lunch on Feb 1st 2024 and mistakenly paid with a 50.00 dollar bill and received change for a 20.00 bill. When I realized the mistake. I contacted the store. They said they had to do an investigation, asked for the time and a picture of my car. I sent all the requested information. The cashier admitted to the mistake. However they had to do a an investigation which was fine. Re visited the store Friday and spoke with Brittany and she informed me that they were still investigating. We ended up getting trapped in the drive thru for a solid 10 mins and waited even longer for our food just to have an employee take a single bite outta a chicken nugget from one of the biggie bags.
