Wow what an experience. Stopped by while traveling for work so I needed something quick. "JD" took my order. Well he attempted to. Even with the very large poster board behind him he couldn't find it on the computer. He also kept speaking very improperly( slang, impolite, and hard to understand. The food did come quickly. Went through the drive through with my family and was shocked to see at least four employees inside in close proximity, none of whom were wearing masks and gloves while preparing food. The employee at the window was switching back and forth between handing money and handling food without washing or sanitizing his hands in between. Overall I have been impressed with the efforts of most businesses to follow CDC guidelines and safe procedures during the COVID-19 Pandemic, but this Wendy's had no safety procedures in place. When I called the restaurant to express my concerns, the employee I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. Wendy's has an obligation to keep its customers and employees safe. Staff can be seen frequently walking around in close proximity maskless or without masks completely covering mouth and nose. Also consistently screws up orders in major ways, such as forgetting combo items or handing over something completely different from what was ordered. read more

This store is awful. Waiting almost 20 minutes for a tea, then was told they don't have any tea at all so i had to get a lemonade instead. Half of the fries weren't even cooked or appeared to not be cooked. Apples is my sisters seasonal fruit seemed to be days old, with brown spots all of them. Drink machine only had a few options to chose from, which wasn't a big deal to me personally but it was to my family. Not coming to this store again. read more

We show up at 1130 before they close, looking for some midnight frostys. They then told us their frosty machine was down and wouldn't be working for the next fifteen minutes. Little did we know that when we came back ten minutes later, they would say the machine would be down for another 15 minutes. So we call their bluff, and said we will wait. After thirty seconds of silence while they figured out how to get out of it, they said "We're actually closed in fifteen minutes and aren't taking any more orders". Having worked in food service before, we knew this was code for "we're too lazy to stay open till midnight, so we've already shut down the restaurant". Worst Wendy's ever!!!!! How is this place still running???? Been coming here for 2 years now and Everytime I come they either mess my order up, or the foods disgusting, and the customer service is so unprofessional!!!!!! Went to Wendy's today 5-11-17 to get some chili. They told me that the chili was still cooking and I could have it without the beans. That was fine with me. When I got back to work I reached in the bag and there were 3 packages of hot sauce, one had a wad of gum stuck to it. Just about made me sick!!!!!!!!! I will never eat there again and needless to say I couldn't eat my lunch after that. REALLY are they pulling the packages out of the trash and re-using them?? read more

Went to Wendy's tonight, slowest line ever, understaffed. While sitting in the line we notice that the freezer door outside is blowing open in the wind....we tell them when we get to the window and there response is "oh okay". Get our food, and my burger isn't even cooked. Staff is terrible. Won't go again! Be prepared to wait forever! read more

Went to this Wendy's last night (1/29/2019) at the request of my children. It was literally 1 degree with temperatures dropping to negative numbers. I ordered two 10 piece chicken nugget meals with sprites. They took my money and asked me pull up to wait for hot fries. After waiting 5-7 minutes they bring all of the food out to my car. The nuggets were old and cold, the fries were fresh and hot and the sprites were carbonated water without syrup. I retrieve the food from my children to return for a refund and walk to the doors which were locked. I then walk back to the drive thru window and request a refund but there is a car there. The gentlemen working the window asks that I go to the door again so I do (again... keep in mind the cold weather). I wait at the door and no one opens it. I then return to my vehicle and drive back to the drive thru where I have to wait again behind 2 vehicles. I finally make it to the window and the manager asks me about getting a lemonade drink. I kindly express my frustration and all she offers is a refund to send me on my way. Horrible food, terrible customer service and I won't be back!! They literally wasted my time and made zero attempts to address the issues outside of the drinks! read more
