First off , I haven't eaten food at a Wendy in YEARS. I usally only come for the frosty. Tonight we ordered two double jrs cheeseburgers and they were absolutely terrible!! New "Tendys" are a swing and a miss. Over breaded and under seasoned. These are the tenders Sonic got rid of, same breading, texture and lack of flavor. I like their spicy chicken and nuggets so I was hopeful for a good tender. I drive thru so no comments on the inside, but I do get aggravated when they have nothing prepared at noon and are stacking people in the drive thru. Stick with a classic burger or the spicy chicken sandwich and you will be fine. read more

Been waiting for 17 minutes and still have not gotten my biscuits and gravy. There has been 1 other customer in that 17 minutes and he is waiting behind me in the drive thru. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I had such an unpleasant experience with the employee, Keyshawn, that I felt it was necessary to share. From the moment I tried to even place my order he had that tone in his voice, the entitled too good for this tone. My order was wrong and I go in to address this issue with my order, he was dismissive and disrespectful nstead of listening and trying to resolve the situation, he raised his voice and made me feel like I was the problem for even bringing it up. Everyone has bad days, but professionalism and basic respect should still apply--especially from a manager who represents the business. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but Keyshawn's attitude completely ruined the experience for me. I won't be coming back, and I hope the ownership addresses how customers are treated here! read more

It's hard to beat Wendy's when it's done right. Stopped in here a few months back and I was craving the Dave's double cheeseburger n fries. Plus the chili from here is always great. The lady who took our order was very nice .It only took less than 5 mins to receive my food. The burger was cooked fresh and it was piping hot as was the fries. The chili was as good as I remember. This Wendy's has always been good. Tonight I ordered the grilled chicken bacon pub sandwich. It was pricey and probably had a million calories but the sandwich was very tasty. I loved the pretzel bun and the sauce. Yum. I'll be ordering this again. read more

A consistently good Wendy's with easy access and easy out and plenty of parking. The seating area is a good size, so that you can enjoy your carbohydrates without having to rub elbows with other people. I've never had a problem with my orders here - hold the pickle, extra salad dressing, whatever. It's always good. I like this Wendy's! read more

Went here to try the rest of the breakfast menu we had not tried before, hoping it would be better. Used the app to place our order. Order was ready when we arrived. Service was great. Unfortunately, the breakfast just isn't good. The only breakfast menu items (and we have tried them all) that are any good at all are the seasoned potatoes and the Frosty-ccino. The rest is just overkill. I much prefer Chick Fil A, Panera, McDonalds, or Braum's. Won't be back to Wendy's for breakfast. Not sure what the hype is about. It is worse than Whataburger and Burger King breakfasts which I didn't think was possible. Would not recommend the breakfast here, but the service is good. Go back for lunch. read more

Had to hit drive-thru for a quick bite. Having not been to Wendy's in a long time, I tried the $4 for 4 menu with a double stack. Drive thru experience was all in all good, friendly order taker and cashier. Good was made to order which was great especially with fries and sea salt! I usually stop in once a week. Last 3 or 4 times the coke machine has on the inside where the drink comes out has dried ketchup on it. In those 3 or 4 times no one has took the time to clean and sanitize that area same dried ketchup I would think that you all would clean all of those every day. Fast food ain't great, and it's not a sustainable source of calories. However, if you're traveling and need a quick food bite or out with friends and want a nice, greasy, American burger, Wendy's is pretty good. The location is nice, bathrooms are clean, parking is easy peasy, and the service is fine. That's about it. read more

I've never really tried much of a Wendy's food but now that they are a pubs drop away from me here in Centerton I have been there at least 3 times. The first time was for breakfast sandwiches other times for lunch sandwiches. We tried and split the honey butter chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich and the maple bacon chicken croissant and both were very tasty. The next sandwiches we tried were the double sized cheese burger and the chicken sandwich. Very nice, very different from the usual other guy... you know the one. my next goal is to try their salads. And maybe at that time a vanilla frosty. My brother used to love their frosties but ironically we never really bought their food . "Where's the beef" memories but never ate their burgers strange huh? That's coz we had Jack in the Box which in Hawaii was pretty darn good for fast food burgers and fries. Lol. Anyhow I'm glad Wendy's is here and hope to eat there again soon. read more

This is a good place for an inexpensive and quick bite to eat. The four for $4 deal fills me up without being too much food and without breaking the bank. So far, the dining experience has been good as well with decent service and clean tables. read more

Staff doesn't follow or understand basic instructions. And when they get the order wrong, they argue with you about it. And after they realize the mistake, still argue with you, never correcting the mistake. read more

This Wendy's is really a hit or miss. Some days it's warm and taste delicious and the order is all correct then there are days where my order is wrong, food is missing, and it's all cold and gross. They also almost always forget my sauce or only give me one for like a 10 piece chicken with fries when I ask for 3, because 1 sauce will not last the whole meal. I guess it just depends on the staff day! read more

I placed my order. And by the time I reached the window my phone rang. I gave the window guy a 20 and exact change. He gave me my order while I was engaged with a business call. To my error, I drove off with my order without my change of $10. I went back the next day and explained the issue to a young girl claiming to be the mgr. She said the till was exact, not $10 over. I said then her window man was dishonest. For $10 she gave up potentially hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I will never do business with Wendy's again, ever. ESAD! read more
