i couldn't finish my food because i asked i asked for an extra canes sauce and they said they gave it to me but they did not. this is unacceptable and i am not eating at this canes EVER AGAIN. looks can be deceiving. we think its like a normal canes but it turns out, it was not. i pulled up to the window and the lady said she was feeling "mischievous". no wonder she forgot the sauce. read more

Getting the Oder in was fine, the wait for food was the long part. I had got a box combo only and subbed extra fries instead of coleslaw. I got paid out and spilt change but that's not on them. Waited for food then got like really no fries in it. Just wanted some fries and not fuss with the people plus making a bad review on them. read more

If your looking for great chicken tenders and crinkle fries this is your place. Each time I've been here the food is always great and cooked perfectly. Inside is always nice and clean and very friendly staff. If you stop here during lunch be prepared to sit and wait since word has spread about these tenders. This was my first time trying Raising Cane's and it was excellent. We were greeted by Sophine who set the tone with very positive energy, patience with a smile, and was extreme helpful. Thank you, Sophine! The box combo was so simple and still so flavorful. The chicken and fries were hot, the crushed ice was the good kind (in little frozen balls), and the dipping sauce was so good I would buy it in a bottle. I will definitely try this place again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great fried chicken experience. read more

Imagine hitting the grocery store for some frozen chicken strips and a bag of frozen crinkle cut fries. Fry 'em, get to the table and then realize you forgot the bbq sauce at the store. Check the fridge and find some honey mustard dressing and some ketchup, figure that'll have to do. That's exactly like eating at Cane's. The food and fixin's were fine here, but I could tell the staff was tired of explaining the lack of choices (breaded chicken strips is the ONLY choice) and precariously missing sauces such as bbq, buffalo, ranch, etc. They do have toast and slaw to accompany the strips and fries. Also have their own sauce, but I'm not sure how to describe it, little flavor, resembles a mayo based dressing of sorts. The simple menu is an admirable idea, and maybe you'll find out appealing. I think maybe this would better fit a food truck, or a food court. Doesn't work for me as stand alone, dine in venue. read more

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite fast casual places in NWA. It is delicious, affordable, and consistent in terms of taste and service, and I have yet to have a bad experience, dining in or carrying out. I would agree that the menu is fairly limited, but it definitely keeps things simple. The chicken is great (crispy on the outside, moist on the inside), and we love the accompanying Cane's sauce. You can order the chicken in tender-form or in a sandwich, and both are pretty great. The fries are crispy and fresh, and we also enjoy the coleslaw. Definite winner is also the Texas toast! We always order extra (because we are super healthy, lol). The seating area is a little small, but generally pretty clean. My only wish is that the tables were wiped down more regularly. Once you're done with your food, you typically throw away your own trash/put up your trays, so sometimes tables are missed by the staff. But, other than that, we love it, and will be back for more! read more

After I thought about my last review of Raising Cane's Chicken I decided to try Slim Chicken's. After going to Slim Chicken's for about eight months and comparing the two restaurants I came up with a list of the things about Raising Cane's that I don't like that are better at Slim Chicken's. Here is the list: 1. Fries are always under-cooked, mushy, usually not hot and always are small pieces (less than one inch) like you would get from the bottom of the bag. While Slim Chicken's are hot, crispy on the outside and three inches in length on average. 2.Customer service is lacking. They call your name for your food order and they wait at the counter next to your order for you to come and get it, when they could within that same amount time bring it to your table. At Slim Chicken's, after placing your order you are given a plastic table tent that has a number on it. You have a seat and your food is brought to you when it's ready and they ensure that there is nothing else that you need. On one visit the girl waited for be to come and get the food and after I did she walked right by my table empty handed to see a guest at the next table that had a baby that she wanted to see. My thought was she could have brought me my food and then stopped to see the child at the next table. 3.Music that is too loud and difficult to talk over, even if it is to the person sitting at your table. 4. Thermostat set too low when it's cold outside. My wife and I had to sit and eat our food with our coats on. Temperature must have been in the low sixty's. 5.As mentioned in my previous review, the chicken most of the time is too greasy and the skin falls off when you pick it up. I would say the fryer grease is too cool when the chicken was put into the fry basket. 6.One of many things I like about Slim Chicken's Restaurant that Cane's does not do, is having ketchup and paper towels at the table. Also the large selection of dipping sauces while Cane's has only one flavor of dipping sauce. Slim Chicken's has 17 dipping sauces plus multiple sides that can be ordered. It seems common sense would prevail and Cane's would have either napkins or paper towels at the table. After all, good-grief they are serving fried chicken. 7.Cane's charges extra for Lemonade while Slim Chicken's has Lemonade in their drink selection at no extra charge, plus a large assortment of other flavored teas and carbonated drinks. read more

Just opened in Rogers. Smaller place than I thought it would be and no outdoor seating. There is a drive thru. The menu is very very simple due to limited items. They have chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast and coleslaw. Coke products plus sweet tea and lemonade. The only dipping sauce is their cane sauce. Tangy and nearly sweet. No wings. No salads so no halfway healthy option. Order at the counter for a kids combo, a 3 piece (chicken, fries and toast), a 4 piece box (same as a 3 but 4 pieces plus coleslaw), a 6 piece or a chicken sandwich. When your order is ready they will call out your name. The food was hot. Chicken was moist but had I not had the cane sauce, I would have called bland and not seasoned. Fries are frozen crinkle cuts. The Texas toast was tasty with plenty of butter. Ideal place for a quick lunch. read more

When a place has very little variety on the menu, I would expect whatever they do be amazing. Raising Canes by far has the best tenders in the area. Always fresh and hot!!! They allow substitutions on the sides so if you want to replace one with another you can. My oldest son skips the slaw for an extra piece of bread. This grilled bread with butter and a hint of garlic should be in its own food group!!! Staff was friendly. Three of us had dinner for $23 (that included soft drinks). Second time here. First time I complained about the cleanliness... guess what? Over half the tables dirty with trash and drink spills on them. We had the clean a table big enough for our party. At the time the inside was not that full. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was Canes. It was cooked fresh and was tasty. Excellent selection of chicken and sides. The food quality and flavor are amazing. I'd heard of the place but hadn't been there until recent. I was not surprised when I dined in, as it met my expectations of good food and good service. The sauce compliments the spices they use and is great to dip everything in! In my never ending search to find great fast food chicken I stumbled across Canes one day shortly after moving here from the Western US. Had it been any other day but Sunday I likely would have cruised to Chick-fil-A but hence it was Sunday and they were closed. But lucky for me I visited Canes and had some of the best fast food chicken tenders ever imaginable. I will admit I'm not a huuuge fan of their sole dipping sauce option. Kind of would like to dip it in some honey or some ranch to mix it up a bit. But alas I have digressed from my main review. If you want a change of pace from Chick-fil-A this will gladly suffice and then some. By the way if you love their sauce option the recipe was recently leaked online to try at home. First of all, even before stepping into the resto, the strong smell of grease is already substantial. Then when you walk in, you are greeted by some of the nicest people but I'm afraid they need more training though. Imagine, the nice lady on the counter had to call for an assistance to complete my order because she didn't know that the system won't let her complete it unless there are certain amount of sauce had to be included. Then when our order came, the lady that handle our food cough on it and when I pointed it out she just flat out denied it and the manager tried to say she was coughing onto her elbow which clearly was not the case. Now onto the chicken tender, the taste is ok but not that juicy. The breading is nice though. The dipping sauce is a little bit too runny/ watery and not very well thickened as far as the honey mustard is concern. read more

What a disappointment. My wife drove through here on her way home. Four meals cost us 27 dollars. Little steep, but if the food was decent it would've been ok. I had the Caniacs meal. It is supposed to come with two pieces of bread, but I only received one. Maybe they figured since they gave me a piece of long black hair with my meal (none of my family had black hair so it wasn't ours), they'd skip the other piece of bread. The chicken had NO flavor whatsoever, the fries were soggy, and the piece of bread I did receive was not good as well. The best part of the meal was the sauce, which was great! The portions were generous enough that I had the leftovers for dinner. The coleslaw was tasty and the crinkly fries were pretty good too. Their sauce was yummy! Really three and a half stars as it's just another chicken place that doesn't stand out much from the rest, but definitely worth a try. It's going to cost over seven bucks for a meal and drink.
