Just ordered dinner here and I had to leave a positive review because the yelp score is not accurate! I'm a regular at Panda Express and this location is fabulous. It's spacious inside and they had all the food items ready and fully stocked. Both the lady (possibly the manager) who made my order and the lady who rang me up were exceptionally pleasant. In and out fast with two delicious plates and even made a donation to the children's hospital - feeling great about my decision. I wish I was local I would be here all the time. Have eaten here a couple of times and have always had a good experience. Pulled up to drive thru on a Saturday evening at 7pm. Not a car in line, don't think I have ever seen that. Took order and pulled around. Got order very quickly and had friendly service. Got the rangoon and the black pepper Angus steak bowl. Rangoons cooked just right just wish they were bigger. Well it is not often I visit a restaurant and can not find at least 1 redeeming quality. The rice was cold and clumpy. The London noodles were half hard as if they were not cooked all the way and everything on the plates were cold. The sweet and sour chicken contained more pineapples and vegetables than it did chicken. My husband ordered crab Rangoon and they were burnt and awful. 2 plates 1 drink and it cost $20.00 not a value for the money. I could have gotten something cooked fresh for the same price. It may be fast but I would struggle to call it food. Very disappointing. The employees had food in Rubbermaid that looks like it was brought from home in the dining room on the table. I like to get Panda Express every so often for lunch/dinner and every time I come here, I've always gotten the wrong order or they've messed up my order. I don't ever order anything complicated. Service is alright in the evenings but could work on just making sure my order is right before I get it. Portions are decent, but sometime I end up with too much of something and less of the other. Im not much on Chinese as the MSG that is used really messes with my stomach but I decided to give Panda Express a shot. The Lo Mein noodles were very well seasoned as was the Beef and Broccoli and hot and spicy chicken. I will say the spring rolls which is what I really wanted was not very good nor were the cream cheese wontons. They give really big portions regardless of the size you order and for the price it seems to be a-little high compared to other restaurants that serve the same food. If I had to choose I would try another restaurant other than Panda for this type of food but it was not the worst I have ever had. read more

First visit since they opened many many years ago. Wasn't impressed then and still not, unfortunately. First, opening the door and entering a sour odor. I visited this location yesterday with my two sisters. We ordered through the drive through and the assistant manager Jenna was working the window. When I pulled up to pay the worker looked at my debit card and asked if the card was mine. I explained to her that it was my sisters card who was sitting right next to me. She then asked me to provide an ID. I gave her my sisters ID and she checked to make sure the two matched. I am not sure what the policy is on IDing customers when they use any form of card but I felt extremely stereotyped. I felt as if she was accusing me of credit card fraud. I surely hope that the corporate and management look into this issue because it could easily turn into a lawsuit. Also after I had left the store we had called back to get her name and she would not provide her name and lied to my sister that she was indeed not a manager. I use this place when I have cravings for cheap and greasy Asian food and it also happens to be close to the home office. The place is not usually super crowded, but parking can be a pain since it's so small! Also parking tip - don't park your car near the take out line or your car will probably get boxed in when it gets crowded. The service is pretty fast, but the staff usually have that "I don't want To work here" face lol. This place tends to have a limited menu compared to other pandas I've been to. This was my first experience with any Panda Express (the main reason I stopped her instead of any of the other restaurants along Promenade). The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful... but the food was terrible and extremely over priced. I had the orange chicken, firecracker chicken, lo mein, two egg rolls, and a drink. The orange chicken was dry (quite a feat for something that's alleged to come with a sauce) and the firecracker chicken was bland but, at least it wasn't dry. The lo mein was god awful, somehow both dry AND greasy at the same time and, to top it all off, the filling inside the egg roll was mush to the point of almost being liquified. The girl behind the counter was taking toothpicks and let me sample many things before choosing (nice). I went with some fried rice with Beijing Beef and Kung Pao chicken. Husb got some fried rice and eggrolls. I had a side of crab rangoon. It's definitely no PF Changs but for cheap take out, it did the trick. I thought the service and speed was great. Every time I get the beef and broccoli it's 90% broccoli, when I mentioned this to one of the employees they told me it is measured half and half. If this is the case then why does this happen literally every time I order it? Also, the love mein is usually cold or tastes like it's been sitting in their all day. This place has went downhill! Went there on Saturday during lunch hour. Even though there were barely any customers in the restaurant, the place was dead. I wanted the mixed vegetables as a side, not chow mein or rice; the pan was empty. I asked if they were making more vegetables and was told "They can, but it will be awhile".????? They seemed bothered to assist customers! All of our food was dried out and cold; also very tasteless. Restroom was very dirty. Service was as bad as the food.
