No paper towels in bathroom but bathroom relatively clean. Lobby floor dirty and sticky, with trash strewn about, your feet peel off the floor audibly. Drink machine has piles of colored ice. Restaurant staff either look like they want to kill themselves or kill others, clear hostile work environment. . Line of 15 or so app delivery guys all waiting at same time crowding the entire counter. It's 915pm on a Saturday night. When my order came out, 10 minutes later than the pre-order time I put in through the app ahead of time, giving them 15 minutes with my order before I was picking it up, first they forgot i had announced my on time arrival for my online order and made me take out my phone to prove I was the person picking up the mobile order that i had told i was there for 10 minutes before it was ready, late. First off they forgot my drink and made me prove o had ordered a drink. fries were cold, sandwiches were cold, sauce was forgotten. Was given regular nuggets instead of spicy nuggets. Modifiers on sandwiches were ignored. Sandwiches were cold. Whoever is running that shift is failing spectacularly. I would hope it's just a short staffing issue, but either way, I can't imagine that the Health dept will allow this to stay open much longer if they don't start keeping the place clean. read more

If you want SLOW FOOD this is the place to go. The it took us 5 minutes to wait in line and get to the cashier which is a moderate pace. It took us 20 minutes to get our food which is way too long. It then took us 5 minutes to devour the food and then exit stage left. The only pro is that the food was hot when we finally recieved it. Which is a good thing because of how long we waited. But, the chicken nuggets were very crispy and dried out. You needed to triple dunk the nuggets in honey mustard to make it moist. The food was below standards and did not live up to the Wendy's name. We wasted $20 and 30 minutes of our life that we can never get back. I highly doubt we would come back to this Wendy's. read more

Ordered two chicken sandwiches but ended up with two bacon cheeseburgers. I was starving so I ate them. The food was just slapped together. I guess they were rushing as there was an extremely long drive through line. Fast forward seven hours and now my belly hurts. This was probably my second or third try, giving them a chance. I ordered on the app at 9:37PM, I finally got my food at 10:20PM. I should have asked for a refund and left to get food elsewhere. The staff (red polo shirt, possibly the manager) stopped taking the in store orders for a good 10 to 15 minutes. There were 3 other people who were also waiting for their online pick up. The line in the drive through was way too long. Experience inside: went inside to pick up my order. Waited because there were 3 other people waiting for their online order. After they got their order sorted, I went up and asked if the order for "May" is ready. The staff (with the red shirt) said "NO!" And walked away! 18 minutes later, tells me they are preparing my food. Walked up to pick up my food, and it was not my order. She thought I said K. Told her no, the order is for May. Waited another 20+ minutes for my order. This locations have undelightful service and attitude. If you are short staff, that's NOT the customer's fault. Not apologetic at all. Out of all the Wendy's locations I've ever been to, this one is by far the worst. The drive through line is always long and when it isn't, the service is so slow that it might as well be. Probably the worst Wendy's on the planet. The service is horrible. Always have to wait for attendant at the drive thru window and inside the service is worse. Cashier always having a side conversation as she takes your order. No professionalism stemming right down from the manager. The line and pick up system is awkward: they make you stand right next to the cashier to wait for your order, but when the next person steps up to order they have no where to go.. one big gridlock. Wendy's is probably my favorite traditional fast food choice, but this location just doesn't make the cut. The one compliment I will give is that the location is very well cleaned and maintained for such a busy location. read more

I went through the drive thru; the line was moving at a glacial pace and the girl who answered the speaker had a nasty attitude. When I arrived to the pick up window, the girl didn't say anything to me. She didn't even tell me my total. She just stuck out her hand; when I hand her my debit card, she asked for ID. That really caught me off guard because this is WENDY'S, but I just gave it to her. Then after waiting for what felt like 50 years, she finally opens the window and hands me, with impressive force, the food and drink. Now I know this is fast food so you can't really expect too much, but a little courtesy would be nice. The only thing she said to me was when she asked for my ID.
