The worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life.. their food is ALWAYS sub-par I can't even explain what they do wrong but it is NOT the same as any other Wendy's. The WORST attitude.. took maybe 5 minutes looking at the drive through menu (not 1 other person in the parking lot) and the worked asked me "are you almost done" (I'm taking my time cause they raised their prices on their cow piss food again) 2 more minutes of searching and the AUDACITY of this clearly teenage impatient iPad kid to say "if you're not gonna order can you just come inside" BAFFLED. I typically do not like to give negative reviews. Literally the SLOWEST Wendy's I have ever visited. Thought maybe it was just a bad night, but this is the THIRD time in about six months and it hasn't improved. To stay somewhat positive, I am GRATEFUL that I didn't have to fix my food, or get out of my car - so I'm blessed. But literally I should have ordered a SNACK at MCDONALD's to survive the drive-thru at Wendy's. Eat a meal BEFORE you come - you'll be hungry again by the time you get your food. read more

I would love to add to this 1 star order. Show up 2 hours before close, and only have burgers ready. No chicken, nuggets, or fries ready. Pulled up in the drive thru, waited 5 minutes with no cars in front of us, only to pull up to the 2nd window and see two peoples sitting on their phones. I understand the whole "made to order", and that's fine, but at this point with the service the whole town has received for years, maybe it's time to shut down when the night crew comes in. Quite possibly the worst Wendy's ever. Took 10 minutes to order, another 10 to get our food. They had a kid whose first day it was working the register alone and got annoyed when he asked for help. Floor was so slippery you almost fell just standing still. Seat was covered in some sort of goo. A child was asleep in the lobby unattended. Out of Coke and chocolate frosty. read more

I pulled in to drive thru with one car in front of me at 12:11 pm I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich combo. I waited for my food for 15 minutes. I leave pull out the sandwich they gave me it's a double cheeseburger, I go back lobby is closed so I had to wait in line for 20 more minutes to get to the window and then tell me oh well we're waiting on chicken could you pull foward. Well I'm unhappy because it took almost my entire hour lunch break to get the sandwich that I ordered. read more

Website says open until midnight. The doors were locked at 8:05p. Car in front of me pulled up to the drive up and drove away without ordering. I didn't bother to try ordering from the drive up - I wasn't keen on eating in the car after driving 500 miles and spending the last 8 hours in the car. Stopped in to try one of Wendy's breakfast meals. I ordered an egg, cheese and bacon biscuit sandwich and black coffee. It was a nice tasty meal. I would stop by here again for another breakfast meal soon. read more

Orders are never correct. During Covid they was open and cars were in drive thru and they just decided to close. Nobody came out to tell us. Had to drive up to window. Don't recommend go to Wendy's in Englewood. read more

Just don't go here. Trust me you'll have a problem every time. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. Ask for a 20 piece and you will get 9. Ask for a 10 piece and you will get 4, ask for large fries and you won't get any fries, happens every time. Highly recommend literally any other Wendy's in the country. read more

If you're after fast food, pass this Wendy's by. Though I have no complaints about the food itself, you will die of old age before you get through the drive-thru. Today, my mother-in-law and I went at two p.m. for a late lunch, and though we ordered nothing out of the ordinary (nor were there any special requests like "no pickles" in our order), it took a full fifteen minutes to get through the drive-thru process. It was ridiculous. They didn't appear to be short-staffed, either. Sadly, this seems to be standard for this particular Wendy's. It's unfortunate, because the three other fast food places on the same strip (within sight as you languish in the drive-thru line) don't seem to have any speed issues. Once the new Hardee's goes in on the opposite corner, this Wendy's is either going to have to step up its game significantly, or it will be out of business. read more

If not, drive a little farther into Dayton to any other Wendy's location. This location needs to be completely closed and have a start over with all new management and employees. I don't eat out often, and this was a great reminder why I don't. The customer service by the night crew was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive through and ordered a double with no cheese and only ketchup. lady at the speaker repeated it back to me. I checked my sandwich before leaving and of course, it's a single with cheese. I take the sandwich inside and tell them that the order is incorrect and described what I ordered. Immediately, a young woman at the counter starts arguing that I did not say that in my order. Considering this was not the individual who took my order, that was awfully bold. Where was the "I'm sorry, let's correct that for you" ??? As they were remaking my sandwich, they were all loudly running their mouths about the inconvenience that THEY caused. I get my new sandwich, and it's still incorrect. Again, I tell them my order and after three attempts, I finally got what I ordered. A bun, two patties, and some ketchup isn't that difficult to make. Unbelievable the horrible customer service that is occurring at this restaurant. I will never visit this store again and unless you are seeking disappointment, you shouldn't either. read more

Went through drive thru today at lunch time. Was willing to wait despite long line at drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes, I wish we would've kept driving. Unfortunately , they seemed understaffed and unorganized. Left food off of our order and told us "no ketchup for French fries" (said they wouldn't have ketchup until tonight). Nice employees, but not ready for business on a Sunday. read more

No one can be in line or in drive thru, and when you get to the order board they are always we will be right with you, followed by sorry about the delay which is typically 5 mins. If you are there after 10pm expect a 20-30 min wait for food. During the day 10-15 mins. There is nothing fast about this location. Clearly multi tasking is a thing of the past read more

The Wendy server gave us a cracked cardboard holder for cups. She gave it to us and it spilled all over my car that I have to turn in tomorrow. This has to be the most poorly ran wendys i have ever been to. The drive thru is usually pretty good, but if you make the mistake of going inside to eat in the lobby let me assure you that an hour lunch break isnt long enough. I know youre thinking im exaggerating but im not. The employees inside are the most unmotivated people i have ever seen. Idk if they need extensive training or if they just dont care. Corporate needs to make a visit and address this. This isnt just one bad experience. Ive lived here for 3yrs now and its been this way. Might be time to get a whole new crew in there. The food is good and always fresh. But there has been 2-3 times that the fries were cold but that is not a big deal since other times the food has been good. The staff is nice we never had an issue with them. They always seem happy when they help you. The dining room is clean and they have plenty of parking. read more

This location has become notorious for not only serving old, nasty food, but also serving it as slowly as humanly possible with an extremely uncaring attitude. The past two times I have visited this location I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes and my food wasn't even fresh. 30 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH is unacceptable on its own, but to wait that long and not even have ONE fresh item is completely insane. These sort of experiences have slowly become the norm with this location, and sadly it only seems to be getting worse. It is painfully obvious that the staff is only showing up for the paycheck, and is likely purposefully providing poor service in an attempt to punish customers for them having a shitty job. read more
