I arrived here around 12:30 on Saturday after spending time in Tulsa that morning. I saw the ad for the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger meal and decided to order it. As someone who enjoys good hamburgers this absolutely blew me away! This hamburger had a perfect combination of flavor in each bite. The fries and frosty were also good ( when are they not). I would highly recommend this to anyone. They were also quite busy during this time and yes the restaurant was clean and sanitized. read more

Took forever to get food from the line waited 15 minutes for food. There coke machine had all of their flavors and 14 sodas out. Don't understand why you can't keep. Then told the lady she was out of ketchup in dining room. She said no u just need to try the first one shouldn't be empty. We told her for the second time no it's empty. read more

Made the mistake of stopping on my way back in to Tulsa... drive through was extremely slow to say the least... but the real reason for the 1 star rating was the food. The meat was cold. I thought maybe they used frozen patties or something. Both mine and my daughters burgets were disgustingly cold. The fries were at least warm. When I got home I decided to heat the meat patty up and found what looked like a clothes tag or something. It wasn't in the burger but rather wrapped up with the burger...catsup all over it and all. This Wendy's used to be really good. I don't know what's changed but it seems to have really gone down hill. I ordered a taco salad today and they forgot to give me the most important ingredients being the chili and the chips. So basically what I have is a lettuce salad with some sour cream and salsa, not my idea of a taco salad. Very disappointed. This is in reguards to the Catoosa location. I've been here many times and have never received my food in less than 15 minutes. I generally like wendys. It's SIGNIFICANTLY overpriced, but it's good. However, assuming you make it through the half hour wait to get your food, there's no guarantee it'll be what you ordered. I just stopped by and ended up with a regular burger (not the baconator I ordered and payed extra for) and the frosty they gave me was almost completely liquid. I called to try and get it resolved and after ringing for a few minutes the call was answered and I was hung up on. Never going back. read more

Stopped at this Wendy's on our way across Oklahoma and was very disappointed! The bathrooms were not clean at all, floors everywhere in the joint were sticky, the soda machine was broke more than half the time we were there with a huge pile of water in front of it for the longest time, and nobody looked like they knew what they were doing with bunches of orders stacked taking forever to fill them! I just started coming to this location in the past month. Every morning the breakfast is perfect and everyone is so friendly!

Sat in damn drive thru for 15 minutes for a small frosty and small frie!! Finally drove off without even getting my food. 2 people still in front of me. Never been anywhere this slow and damn sure wouldn't think about going back!! He it together or let's open a Burger King or something there. Ridiculous!! read more

On a road trip. Staying in a motel. Ordered Wendy's through Door dash. Ordered chili and a salad. NO Fork, spoon or napkins. Called the store and was told we can't send any plastic ware. No quality control. Should have have gone to McDonalds read more

If I could give a zero I would... the customer service is terrible and the food is beyond way over salted. Rather than address it appropriately they throw remade fries at us and they cost extra for baconator.. so both times so inedible they can't be eaten... so they go back into the area they work and talk bad about customers.. We usually don't eat at fast food restaurants (stopped about 3 years ago) but we are in Catoosa for the week so we wanted some salad and chicken sandwiches so it seemed to fill the bill. I must say we had a great experience at this Wendy's! The staff were very friendly and took our order right away. The employee was new to her job and cared about getting our order right and took her time to go over everything to make sure she had recorded it correctly. The staff then set about working together to fill our order quickly! We ordered 4 salads (2 Apple Chicken Pecan and 2 side Caesar's) and 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with honey mustard. The food was fresh, hot (and cold) and very fast! They chatted with us again to make sure they had our order correct and complete! I was very impressed and would definitely go again. These people are a little slow. Seem to be real friendly. However, we were the only people here and it took then forever. Going on 15 minutes and counting. We kind of new something was up when ordering. The lady said she was ready. But after the first item she asked us to hold on. Service was so bad it was laughable. They get the entire order ready for each person, then take the next order. Instead of taking orders, distributing sodas and numbers, then calling you. Took nearly twenty minutes for the four people in front of us to get through. We finally consolidated a number of people in our group so that we could get our food before our friends ahead of us were done. Use drive thru if you're in a rush. And get a frosty. This is for the Wendy's at 2021 S Cherokee in Tulsa or Catoosa. This place is a disgrace. There were only two families eating, people behind counter with nothing to do, all tables dirty, floor atrocious with all kinds of trash on it, ALL trashcans overflowing (I could not even empty my tray of trash anywhere), and I could go on and on. Whoever is managing that restaurant is not doing their job, and the workers show no initiative to be productive or show some pride in their workplace. Disgusting!! On the road, this was a nice stop for dinner. The fries were pretty good and the double burger was great. They were a bit on the slow side but it was worth the wait. The staff were nice and even warned us about a possible slippery spot on the floor. If traveling here again I would stop here. read more
