All of floors were slippery to the point I had to be careful not to fall down. The fountain pop machine was embarrassingly empty of options. The catsup dispenser was empty as well. When I brought it to their attention, the response was, "Yeah, we've been hearing about it," then handed me some packets. The service was slow, with several people standing around staring at me staring back at them as I waited for someone to come take my order. My overall experience here was very unsanitary and nasty. After a long morning I come here to sit down and have a meal but the first impression I got was unprofessional employees. The male packaging fries was sagging his pants and another male worker didn't tie his long hair up nor did anyone have a hairnet in the kitchen. Sitting area looked very empty and I didn't see ANY tables wiped down, they were sticky or had crumbs on them. Some back cushions even had stains on them. Every table in the restaurant had a greasy film on them. This review shows the napkin I used to wipe down my table after it had been "cleaned". The drink fountain was disgusting and needed a thorough cleaning. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The cleanliness of this place is truly horrible. I have been to Wendys a few time this last 2 weeks as im visiting from Hawaii. I have had the window guy say he didnt need this b.s as there were only 3 employees not sure why he told me that. Then I ordered unsweetened tea i received sweet tea from a girl who never spoke to me just handed me food and drinks at the window. I do not recommend this place for anybody they want to charge me $20 for a hamburger fries and drink. They don't want to give you your drink. They want you to wait an extra 10 minutes to give old fries a cold hamburger when the lady at the window said we have to defrost more hamburger because we are running out. I had a mobile order that I ordered (July 23rd, 2022) and selected drive thru. When I go through the drive through they first get confused and asked if its doordash to which I respond no, it's a mobile order for (my full name). Well I go to the second window like they said and they take an extremely long time to bring the food. Except--it's not my food! They then say I need to come inside for the mobile order--even though it's the drive thru option. Im obviouslly annoyed as it seems they havent even started my order yet. I was right. I go inside and it takes a few minutes for the workers to even acknowledge me, and they just then start working on my food. After a long wait (there was another guy going through the same pain as me), they finally give me the food. Of course the burger wasn't modified to my order. The staff were very disinterested and snippy. The workers were yelling and shouting at each other, and generally behaving very unprofessionally and childishly. All I wanted was a simple biggie bag, quick pick up and go. Instead I have to deal with rude workers, a long wait time, and nearly messing up someone else's day by taking their food. This Wendy's is the worst their food was cold. It was 11 o'clock at night. The food still should be hot coming off that drive-through. The food was cold. They did not listen to anything that I said about my dipping sauce for my nuggets and I said little eyes for my drinks and got a zero ice you know what I told them maybe you need to stop smoking weed before you come to work just say no to the weed before you come to work. The dining room hours are listed until 10 pm, but I was told it was closed by an employee. I went to the drive thru and sat for a few minutes with no response. I went to the pay window and the employees did not come over. I did another loop and found two cars had joined the line to order at drive thru. I then went to the door to talk to the employee that said the dining room was closed. He said the drive thru was open. Long wait, cold food, I ordered my food at 11:05 AM, got to the window to pay at 11:15. Got my food handed to me at 11:30 after they asked me what I ordered twice. The food, was cold and had been apparently sitting beside the window for a while. As I was waiting for my food, I read the bad reviews on yelp and got ready for the worst. I must have been there on a good day because our food was hot, fresh and just the way we ordered it. I had a double and my son had some bacon cheeseburgers. They were both great. The fires were hot and fresh and cooked just right. The staff was actually real nice for a fast food place. They had one of those new soda machines that can make 50 different drinks. But they only had one. I can imagine when you want a drink and aunt Gladys and Uncle Charles are in front of you trying to figure it out. But that did not happen to me. Great experience. read more

First they had someone who, even with the electronic cash register in front of her didn't know how to give change for cash. Instead of acknowledging the error the manager acted like they have us a free chicken nugget and fry, when really it was to cover up. That was the best part. I ordered a baked potato. When I got home and started mixing the potato up, I noticed a bug. When I went to put the lid back on to take it back, I found another. When I took it back in the manager found a 3rd insect. Worst part, 3 people waiting in line while I was getting a refund were also getting baked potatoes and the manager said nothing. Disgusting. Used to be a pretty good place. It's really went downhill in the last year or so. Today was my last ever visit there. Severely understaffed at 4:00 PM. Lady who was trying to take my order was trying to do something else as well. Had to wait way too long. Same lady who took the order and took the money also had to go to the next window to finally give me the food, only to have me drive off and soon realize she forgot to put in half the order. Very disappointed. Stopped when traveling for a quick bite and will not stop at this restaurant again. We like Wendy's for a quick bite because their franchises are consistent, and the food is always warm and fresh, and the staff is usually very friendly.
