Not many $20 meals worth writing a complaint about. This one is the exception. My grandsons 4th birthday - a simple celebration lunch (his request). Walked in to black water all over the floor - not sure what that was, but a slipping hazard for sure. Temperature inside about 50 degrees fahrenheit. The only thing worse than the conditions in the lobby was the "Jamaican Jokester" at the register. It took about 8 tries for him to get our order into the register correctly, thinking he was funny all along the way. I wasn't laughing. I requested salt-free fries to prevent the obviously cold fries on the counter from being served to me. He explained the furnace was off due to "carbon monoxide in the building." Shoulda left, but placed order. I sent wife to the car with kids while I waited on the food ... certainly not going to eat in the restaurant in those temperatures. Took our order home. All 4 sandwiches were wrong. Fries were cold by then. The only thing right was the large chili. Even the crackers were all crumbled. Total, unmitigated disaster. Ruined our little lunch celebration with our grandson. McDonalds right across the street - was very mad at myself for not going there to begin with. About my 6th visit to this location. I guess I should stop trying but I will order breakfast from this one a couple times a week for my wife as she works close by. Says they are open and I get here not a soul in the place. If you're not going to open for breakfast on a consistent basis then just don't or update your hours. Manager attempted to refuse a refund. When told this was not the first time they screwed up an order she responded "Then you shouldn't have come back" She then said "Go ahead and call corporate, you don't know what kind of company this is, they aint going to do nothing to me" I told he she seemed to have a terrible work ethic, she then became unbalanced and mockingly offered to take a selfie with me for the internet and corporate. I told her she need to do better and he then called me ratchet and threatened to call the police...after telling her I would Love it if she called the police she refunded my money and told me I was banned, and then called me ratchet for complaining. She then gathered the staff and mocked me telling them to take my picture or remember my face (I take that as a threat) as I was leaving an employee made a crude remark. Went to this Wendy's after a little 4th get together. I understand that it's a holiday and people don't want to be working a holiday. But the service was terrible, my baconator fries looked awful, I didn't get straws with my drink I didn't get frys with my two meals and they forgot to give me my sauce as well, we went back in and they death stared my brother when he walked in to get his sauce and fries that came with his meal along with the straws they forgot. We love Centerville but this Wendy's location left a lot to be desired. The food was average. Not very friendly, just thrown together food, and the uncleanliness of this location made it difficult to consume this very costly fast food meal. Upon entering the doors and floors were filthy. It felt as though nothing had been cleaned in weeks. Which left us wondering what the kitchen was like. Wish I took video or photos. Unfortunately, we will not return. read more

I've been to this location several times over the last few weeks, and the food has always been great. Hot and fresh, quick drive through experience, accurate orders. Worst Wendy's If I could give negative numbers I would. I have been going to this location for about 18 years. I never had any problems with this location until last year. I have waited on lines that moved very slowly, heard a manager degrade his employees, been served wrong food, not provided receipts, served Gross food, had my integrity questioned, they never have any baked potatoes, and today the manager raised his voice at me when I came I to the store to order.
