I visit this Jersey Mike's probably the most and I've never been disappointed. I have a gluten allergy and the people working are always great about wiping everything down, changing gloves, putting my bread on paper, and using squeeze bottles for my mayo and honey mustard. Jersey Mike's just hits the spot in a way I can't decide. The Italian subs are mine and my kids favorite. One thing they could improve on is to change to Coke instead of Pepsi. I often doordash from this location. Great sandwiches 99% of the time and fast! I just wish they didn't allow the steak subs to be mini-sized. The regular is too much for me to eat and it just goes to waste . The one other thing I wish they would allow me to do is order the oil and vinegar on the side so the sandwich doesn't get soggy on the way to me. Very disappointed I ordered two regular hot subs (one free with 72 shore points). For some reason I had to wait 40min to pickup my order. Right as I was about to go in and pickup my order the store calls me saying they are out of bread. Why would you wait to the last minute to call about being out of bread?! I've always been a fan of Jersey Mike's and I've been to this location many times over the years. Incredibly friendly staff and a very clean space. I would like to say that the most recent time I was here it blew me away how great the service is. I ordered my sub and asked the worker if he had any suggestions on additions. I put my full trust in him and he made a beautiful sub. This thing was glorious. It was the Big Kahuna with chipotle mayo and pepper jelly. The sandwich was great and I will be ordering again. This place reminds me of Mariano Rivera. With the game on the line I put my faith into the worker's hands, into this establishment, and they saved the day. And it wasn't just in my most recent visit, but over and over again. 5 Stars. read more

When Jersey Mike's used a sub above in their advertising, I was curious to see if it was true. Someone from my barbershop said that Jersey Mike's had a good Philly Cheesesteak and wanted to try it for myself. I went to Dayton back in October and finally got that sub. It was love at first bite and I really enjoyed that sub. It had so much flavor and I couldn't get enough of it. I would 10/10 recommend Jersey Mike's if you want great service, great food, and a full stomach. This location was better than the one by the Fairfield Commons, but I know that all Jersey Mike's locations have a sub above service. read more

I grew up eating fresh, AUTHENTIC, Italian subs, in Detroit. Gonella's in Detroit...is an authentic, Italian deli that's still kicking, 75+yrs strong. But, alas. A 4hr drive is a bit of a stretch for a sub craving. (Sometimes). Haha. Really, tho...when I want an Italian sub or heck. Even an amazing cheesesteak! (Because, yes, they do THOSE right, here, TOO)! Jersey Mike's is where I go. The subs are fresh, y'all. They slice/shave QUALITY deli meats & cheeses as u order. *Their meats and cheeses don't sit pre-sliced in a fridge, overnight; like they sometimes do at other places. Rather, the meats and cheeses stay in tact, deli (market) style, in a separate section of a refrigerator that the customer can see thru. That being said...it makes for delicious subs! It also makes for a few minutes of waiting. Never too long, I assure u. But, just a lil warning that it's not FAST food. It's FRESH food, fast. And, so worth it! I personally, like getting my subs, "Mike's Way"...onions, tomatoes, lettuce, vinegar, oil, spices. I personally ask for light oil&vinegar, otherwise it's soaked. But, some love it soaked! I used 2 not ask, and it's good either way. But, my personal preference is 2 keep it on the lighter side. This specific location is close 2 my apt. I don't come often. Just a killer sub sandwich! Nuf said. Actually, I've been a Blimpie's fan for years, as I HATE (read: LOATH) Subway. Blimpie slices their beef and cheese fresh for each sandwich...and they have the "Blimpie Way" (lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, and oregano) which is the way I ALWAYS get my roast beef sub...oh, along with mayo on the top with black olives pressed into the mayo (so they stick.) Well, there are no more Blimpie sub shops around my home anymore...or here in Dayton, OH (AFAIK), so I've been patronizing Jersey Mike's for some time now. And I've come to love their work as they actually make a MUCH better sub than Blimpie! Their Angus beef is lean and rare, and they literally SOAK their sandwiches in their oil & vinegar mix, which I love (nothing better than a soaked sub!) I do have them add some mayo to the top, but other than that, it's nearly a perfect sandwich (they have their own "Mike's Way", which is identical to the "Blimpie Way" noted above.) It would be a 100% perfect sandwich IF they offered black olives, but they don't (and I've told the staff there a number of times to tell corporate to offer black olives...but so far, no luck.) The staff is very friendly at this site, and do a great job of making a killer sandwich. I've just realized that they now have a Jersey Mikes there at home in Salt Lake City, so will have to take the family there too soon. Keep up the great work! Worst Jersey Mike's ever. Fairly certain the "manager" was tweaking on something. Either that or she was developing sudden onset Parkinson's disease in front of us. Unfortunately not a good experience with catering order on 7/30/22. I ordered well before event date and asked for 1 box of 12 Italian (various meats and cheese), 1 box of 12 club subs (turkey, ham, cheese, and bacon), and 1 box of 8 turkey and provolone and 4 veggie subs. A total of $250. When I went to pick it up at the prearranged 4:00 PM time, I was told they were working on it currently. I waited 20+ minutes and saw there were a total of 5-6 persons working behind the counter with at least 3 of them apparently working on my order. However, when I arrived home with the order the subs were all mixed between boxes and I had to move them around finding that they got the order mixed up giving me 4 roast beef subs I never ordered, and shorted me 4 of the turkey subs. In addition, I found out later from my guests that there was NO MEAT at all on half of the Italian subs AND only ham on some of the club subs! I don't usually publicly complain about a business, but this was a previously placed catering order and should not have been left to the last minute while rushing to put it together and marking them wrong and forgetting the meat on half of them! After calling to complain, I was offered one free box of subs for a new order (not a refund).....better beware if you order here! read more

I am a bit of a regular at this jersey mikes and it is mostly because of their customer service. The food is great, don't get me wrong. I crave it! The club sub is the best thing on the menu. But the first time I went in there the staff was SO nice! Which is different for a fast food type restaurant! The second time I went back they remembered me! Me and my family went in for lunch I spend no less than $40.00 in that place and we was treated terribly. I understand they was busy I get for sure being a manager but when everyone in the line was gone we waited a additional 10 minutes to even order, what made me frustrated with this visit was the Team Members was just standing around not helping us then we started getting dirty looks so we just walked out. I then went back to get the owners number because that is not the way you treat customers especially when they are spending that type of money, needless to say I we wont be going back there for awhile they might have just lost a loyal customer at that location I'll just start going to the one on FAR HILLS location they are way nicer. read more

I gave 2 stars because the other sandwich that I purchased was crafted perfectly. The wrap in the photo attached is the Grilled Veggie Wrap. The menu stayed that it is grilled onions and peppers with provolone lettuce, tomato and ranch. What I received was 6 slices of cheese all folded up into one giant chunk, a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, 2 small slices of tomatoes and a couple of "grilled" onions and peppers- not to mention the absurd amount of ranch dressing that completely soaked through the wrap and smeared all over the outside of the wrap and the paper it came in. The onions and peppers were warm but definitely not grilled. The wrap was accompanied by a 4 inch long blonde hair from the grill guys head. If you come to this location, I advise you to stick to the cold sandwiches, it seems that is the only thing they can serve correctly. read more
