Drive thru was relatively fast, however cleanliness is truly the worst. Walk in and check the food prep area.

Manager was extremely rude when my order was messed up and i asked for a replacement burger. She called me ignorant and when i asked for the corporate number, she told me to "figure it the f*** out". this Wendy's location refuses to serve me because they claim they're closed even though they're supposed to close at 12 PM I got there at 11:30 I understand it's late, i'm just trying to get some food after work. but I tried to talk to the manager on duty and she just shook her head and walked away. Slow service. Totally incompetent staff. If you want to wait in the drive through, or have them "pull you forward" for 20-30 minutes, this is this place to come. The food is pretty decent, but there is nothing fast about. The last time I came I was told to pull forward. After waiting 15 minutes I saw that same guy make himself food and go sit down to take a break. I had to walk in and ask how much longer it would be. They looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. If I hadn't walked in I would have been there all day. read more

First of all, I went to to the lobby that blatantly said that the carry out lobby was open until 10 pm and it was 7 pm and the two ladies in the lobby decided they wanted to ignore their customers who were pulling on their doors. So then I chose to go through the drive through and it took forever for someone to come to the speaker. The gentleman over the speaker chose to whisper and I could barely hear him, he messed up placing my order, I had to repeat it multiple times and he still rung up a medium instead of a large. Service was extremely slow. I sat at the intercom waiting to order for 10 minutes and when I asked to order they didn't take my order until the person in front of me had received their food and left. This caused a long line and people got out of line because of how long the wait was. Was not informed of price, was not given a receipt. Literally waited over 1 hour in the drive thru line. I put in a mobile order before noon at the back of the line and didn't get my food until after 1 pm!!! You all caused so much stress and acted like nothing was a big deal when we finally reached the window. My 3 year old and I had no idea what was going on. The lady in front of us was screaming at her kids cursing. Despicable service. We could have gone to the Mexican restaurant across the street, gotten our food, and eaten in the same amount of time that we were waiting in your line! Go here often on weekends when I'm at my part time job next door. Service is good and the food is almost always delicious (for fast food) The specialty lemonade is tasty. read more

I come here a couple times a month for the past few years (drive thru only) and it has by far the best staff no matter who is working. Friendly, polite and very professional. This location is definitely hit or miss. Some times they're great, but other times the fries are salty, our order is incorrectly rang up, and I knowing nothing about how a Wendy's is run could walk behind the counter and do a far better job. read more

Usually my top fast food pick in the Charlotte Hall area, on the rare occasion I go for fast food. I have had nothing but prompt and courteous service while using the drive through. A few months ago even maybe a year ago I came to this Wendys. I would never ever recomended to anyone. I had to stop for mg child to use the restroom. The bath rooms were so clean. I even was so proud to say the employees even washed their hands and most important put clean gloves on. I had a big order and the cashier and manager were AMAZING. I have been in the resturant b siness for years and I was proud to say it was an honor to eat at this Wendys. I can't fully remember the managers name. I think it was Southam. A young dark hair man. He treated us so nice even the cashier girl.I had 6 special meals. I cant believe I did not have to take not o e meal back. Also i have a special ed child and the manager was amazing with him. I cant tell u how hard it is to eat in a place and feel comfortable even for my son. I just wanted to thank you all for having people like them to work for you. read more

Went to Wendy's in Charlotte Hall this past Friday. I just had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meal, my husband had the spicy chicken meal. My meal first: burger meat tasted "odd", hard to put my finger on it. Tasted old and reheated. Took a couple bites and threw rest away. Fries were cold. Husband had same problem with chicken meat, he couldn't tell if it was over or undercooked. Just didn't taste right, so he didn't eat his either. Yes, his fries were cold also. As we were "eating" I noticed one of the workers standing outside by the entrance smoking, he "plastered" himself up against the window in order to get the womans attention behind the counter and motioned to her to come outside. She stood inside the little alcove of the door, took his cigarette, had a couple of hits and handed back to him. Then she come back inside and got behind the counter again. She did not wash her hands. That was enough for me. We left through the smoked filled alcove-never to return again. I realize this is a burger joint, however, I don't think it is too much to ask for hot food and clean food service workers. read more

The drive-thru is usually pretty quick. They are one of the few places that actually never screws up my order either. It's not that bad. I live close so I go there a lot. Nothing fancy, but it's not that bad. read more

Went inside to order lunch waited 20 minutes to get my food which I would have been ok with until the girl at the front got our order wrong and was rude to us when we asked her to just fix the drinks. I was very pleased with my visit to this particular establishment. I was pleased by the friendliness of the employees working yesterday and by how quickly my food was prepared. The fries were actually hot, which was a surprise. I was worried that my chicken sandwich would end up being messy, because of how quickly it was prepared and wrapped by the tall gentleman working at the sandwich station, but it ended up being one of the neatest food items I have ever received from a fast food restaurant. read more
