Worst service. Rude lady refused to change my kids drink to a fountain drink. Said I would be charged??

BK is back! This location is trying to rise from the ashes like a Phoenix. They're refocusing on providing hot and fresh food. I've had to wait slightly longer than usual because they've been dropping new food to ensure I'm receiving the freshest food possible. It's nice to see a BK trying, when most are trash now-a-days. Stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat before it was back to reality for me. If I hadn't been so far home I would have grabbed this at the drive thru, but I opted to eat inside and be free when I got home. Parking is a breeze here, no problem whatsoever in that area. When I was here it wasn't all that busy so it was a fairly quick experience, for the most part. I kind of knew what I wanted when I walked in and went right to the counter to place my order. Here was where the experience slowed a bit. From the time that I ordered until the food was ready it took a bit of time. It might have been because I ordered items that they didn't have all the ingredients ready. Basically I got a Rodeo Burger and had to wait for a fresh batch of onion rings to be done before they could make my order. Honestly, even if it slowed it down, I was pleasantly surprised to have some fresh ingredients on the burger. Overall, the food was what I was expecting, nothing out of the ordinary there. The inside of the restaurant was clean and in order. Staff did seem to have some down time between customers but they used that time to get things in order in the kitchen and dining room. Not a bad experience, but not an overwhelmingly extraordinary experience either. read more

Service sucks here have employees that are off with bucnh of kids get free food i front of tou then leaving trash all in the play room then they don't even have the grill going tell you it will take hour to warm up very poor service read more

I ordered a #9 whopper meal this morning. It tasted like they took a two day old burger patty, and cooked it on the dirtiest side of their griddle. I immediately became nauseated. Never again. I was sort of forced into dining here as my husband was so very famished he just had to stop as we passed by during one of our road trips. I much would have preferred the Chipotle next door but it was unfortunately, closed. So, I conceded and we went in to order. We should have immediately walked back out but did not, yet another compromise on my part. The prep area floor was littered with food particles. The 3 staff members were frantically going from the counter, to the back, to the drive through area. I was greeted and my order was taken in an acceptably hospitable manner. However, my wait for two combo meals was rather long. When I was handed my to go bag, I was missing one of the items I ordered and paid for. I notified the staff and after a brief wait was given my missing menu item. I once again had to stop the rushing staffer to request condiments. Once in the car, my husband and I discovered that his sandwich had pickles and bacon ( when he requested no pickles no bacon) although the wrapper was marked no pickles no bacon and my sandwich had neither when my only requested modification was to add bacon. I hope this isn't the norm and just a byproduct of being short staffed. Summarily, this lunch stop was definitely a swing and a miss. read more

Paid $25 for our meal here, and the chicken fries were cold and inedible! They left out our cheesy tots entirely. VERY disappointed in our experience at this location. Picture of receipt proves we paid for the tots that we didn't get. Also, someone was spraying the store for bugs WHILE we were sitting at the drive through! I hope none of that spray got on our food. That was a poor decision on the part of management/upper management in my opinion. Please wait to spray those gross chemicals until the store is closed! read more

The franchise owner must be losing money left and right at this location. When Chipotle opens next door, they will suffer more. If you are in a hurry, keep driving. I understand the challenges with finding good help but come on. It starts with the manager--not managing. I opted to go inside after getting my drive thru order that was wrong. The inside was an unfavorable site. The young man behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and kept throwing ice cream cones in the trash because I'm assuming someone didn't teach him properly. The cooks were literally making one single sandwich at a time. No assembly line happening there. The "counter" lady kept conversing with the cooks the entire time I waited for my corrected order while noticing the drive thru line was at a stand still. She was such a disruption that those guys weren't on their game though they could have said stop the distractions. She should have stepped up to help. There's reasons why people will drive to Chick-fil-A. They are the blue ribbon of fast food. This BK must be treading water. To have good workers you need a good leader. Or, close...unfortunately. read more

Every time my we go through the drive through something goes wrong at this place. Even when absolutely nobody else is in the drive through they manage to mess up orders or make us wait for way longer than we should. Definitely fine food, no complaint there, but service is poor. read more

Dude....For two years I've come here and not on a single occasion have they gotten my order right. I literally only ever order a plain whopper with cheeses s ketchup, tacos, or an impossible whopper and legit EVERY time they mess it up. Either they forget something, Ring it up wrong, or just straight up charge you for what you order and give you someone else's stuff. Statistically I should have gotten a correct order by now. 2 stars because at least the food is made good. Whatever, good job I guess. read more

burger king is absolutely disgusting. the manager valerie is a bitch for no reason at all, i've seen her disrespect her employees and be loud with them for no reason at all. everytime i come in there's a issue between workers or customers waiting for hours on there food for years. i personally know someone who worked in there and those grease pans would make you never want burger king in your life, raw meat dirty meat, dirty pans, uncleaned pans, over worked employees , horrible management this place has it all . never eat here again. the burgers are made like slop and tossed into patties that sit to stale for hours. times are never changed on any of the bins, half cleaned bins are used to hold your food that doesn't sound very nice. workers never get breaks either they get threatened that they will be fired or receive some sort of punishment if they ask . the management makes sexual comments to the workers. looks at inappropriate parts of workers bodies. it's absolutely disgusting and they have no respect at all for any of the workers they just treat them like garbage no appreciation for the ones putting in the work, constant nagging, constant harassment , it's not a safe and good environment for workers to be in. it lacks basic cleaning such as the sinks the friers, the fry tray , the counters, tables, chairs , stocking the lobby and ice. they ask us to serve old rotten tomatoes no matter the size or how they look, there was mold in the back of the store. always boxes and trays stocked sky high and constant drama between workers, the people who make the sandwiches are absolutely filthy, hair in the food , flys all over the place, using the same bins and sauces to reprep food . qi do not recommend charlotte hall burger king to anybody. read more

OUTRAGEOUS!! I'm usually never a karen, however this experience with this burger king makes me never want to come here again!! To start off, they made one of our sandwiches wrong, which i understand does happen especially since we ordered a good amount of food. However, when asked if they could fix the sand which, they said they would, but didn't return with the sandwich until 15 MINUTES LATER!! Meanwhile the other food was getting cold. The employees had attitudes as if they didn't even want to do their job. They weren't even busy at the hour we went. Absolutely horrible service. My wife and I had the best Burger King breakfast ever! She had the croisandwich sandwiches which was two for four dollars! I am on a ketogenic diet and had three eggs and three sausages for a total of five dollars! Coffee was great, the service was great, Mrs. Nichols took our order and was clear and cheerful . James was the absolute most professional person I have ever met in the fast food industry. Polite and well spoken.

After placing my order at the drive thru speaker, I sat in line for 10 minutes before someone began taking the money for orders at Window. I called and spoke to the manager which acted like she could not hear me. Then she yelled at me when it was finally my turn to pay- Where you the one that called? I replied yes. She then said, 'I want to see your receipt". She saw I had just paid for my order at 12:39, but said" Oh you just placed your order one minute ago - you did not wait 10 minutes. I tried to explain that the time stamp was when I paid for my order- not when I placed my order. She just took of away from the window while I was talking. Wow, I guess she really hates her job. i guess this is why this Burger King has a rating of 2 1/2 stars. Poor customer service. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry. I only had two cars in front of me and waited 10 minutes for them to just take my money. read more

For a fast food chain, this is one of the slowest I've ever been to. It took over20 minutes for the crew to provide 2 whoppers (signature item), a cheeseburger, and a small batch of chicken nuggets. Not recommended for anybody in a hurry and in search of a QUICK bite. read more
