Worked for VIsiting Rug-Rats While out-of-town relatives went shopping at the local mall from hell, I was to watch and take care of two kids, ages six and seven. After fifteen minutes I suddenly had the urge for several vodka tonics. Bundling the little tax deductions up for the inclement weather (why must long strips of duct tape always stick to itself before application to mouths and hands?) I headed for my destination to procure liquid tolerance of idiot cousins. Having neglected to securely fasten the blindfolds, the female interloper spotted a Wendy's and demanded a Frosty. Not wanting to disappoint the tyrannical tyke I thought food might buy me some quiet time to mull over a homicidal plot for Christmas with my kinsfolk. It was high noon, but the line moved quickly. After not receiving any invitations from child kidnappers to watch the little darlings, I ordered small burgers, fries, and a double cheese-burger for me. I told little Mata-Hari and Joe Stalin Junior they'd get Frosties if they ate ALL their food. They did and quite quickly. Apparently their food-stamp parents squander the welfare on cigarettes, PBR, and Oxy and neglect taking the small Charles Manson family look-a-likes out for fast food or any food that wasn't road-kill. I knew Junior would be OK when he produced an open switch-blade from his boot, laid it beside his fries, and shot me a look daring me to reach for one. I didn't. The food (I just tasted my cheeseburger) was hot, well-stacked with lettuce, tomato, and red onion, and good. The place was clean, the restroom clean (I hid in the stall for 20 minutes hoping for an abduction, but alas, it was not to be), and friendly staff. I kept my promise and bought Frosties for the Children of the Corn (Stalin Junior would be sitting behind me for the drive home) and soon the spawn of Satan were fast asleep with visions of anthrax and apocalypse for the holiday season. Terrible service and awful product. Went through drive through and ordered a large chocolate Frosty Ccino. What I got was a large steaming hot drink with a few ice cubes floating around in it. I complained that this was hot and not a Frosty Ccino and was hot. She gave me another identical drink and waved us on. Not only did I not get change I did not get a receipt. This is bad service at it's worst. read more

This is one of the worst Wendy's in the universe. They do not listen to the orders nor take them properly. They can never hear u on the microphone out there. Management is incomprehensible and straight up disrespectful. Call the phone and hear how they talk to you. My food is always bad and cold. I attempted to order breakfast for my co-workers at the Dayton Blvd. Wendy's 6-15-21, it was 7am only one car in the whole line in front of me and they were there when I pulled in the drive thru. So I'm thinking perfect timing! After waiting 3 minutes they were still there so I waited 2 more minutes and gave up and drove out and the car was still at the speaker. I went back to McDonalds 5 cars ahead of me but I had our breakfast and on my way in 2 minutes and that little lady is always nice. I was going to try something different but I will never pass a McDonalds for a Wendys again! read more

I literally drove by 2 employees shooting up their arms in the back. Trashy RUDE workers, and stone cold food. they mess up my order and make me pay for it. everytime i'm in this wendy's every worker gives me rude looks and rolls their eyes. just unnecessarily mean people read more

I haven't been very happy with this location in a very long time, half the time the staff as rude as hell and has an attitude. Their drive-through is ran like shit, and incredibly slow. It shouldn't take practically half an hour to get through the fucking drive-through. It shouldn't take 10 minutes for somebody to answer the fucking voice box for an answer of "give me just a moment" their lines at night are incredibly too fucking long, very disappointed. I don't know how this location is still up and running with the staff runs the store, and sometimes the orders are incorrect. as a person who has worked fast food, and in the drive-through this is unacceptable. It doesn't take 45 minutes to get a line of 10 cars out. Maybe if you guys paid staff better, you would have the staff. That's actually willing to work, you guys wonder why you never have staff. would not suggest this location to anybody. Have been disappointed multiple times. This Wendy's has gone downhill since the pandemic. Granted, a lot of places have gone downhill since the pandemic but they brought their self up. This location has yet to do so. [writing this while still in the drive-thru lane at 1:35p] The younger blonde woman with b&w tattoos on her left arm taking drive-thru orders was incredibly rude & impatient. As we looked over the menu, we told the operator we needed just a minute and she responded with "just order when you're ready". Okay, that's fine... but within 10 seconds or less, we heard a "hellloooo?". That happened a few times which was quite annoying. My boyfriend ordered his food and as I'm telling him what I want, she give us the total and directs us forward. He then has to repeat my order at least 3x (which was 1, singular item). Mind you, the line wasn't long when we arrived and there was just one vehicle behind us so it wasn't like she should've been pressed for time. I'm just glad our order was correct (thank you to the kitchen staff!!) but the customer service in the drive-thru was subpar and perhaps, she could use some additional training. Note: We weren't able to get her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag nor did we receive a receipt after payment. read more

An ominous odor permeated the store. The bathrooms were dirty but at least smelled better than the restaurant. There were hardly any peeps there yet they took forever for the order. The good thing was the food was fresh. read more

Roxanne was very pleasant and efficient and my order came out fast and hot.

The person taking the order clearly was not paying attention. We had to repeat our order twice then he didn't put part of in correctly. So when we got it and it was wrong we were upcharged for the correction. I didn't mind paying but it should have been correct the first time. They weren't friendly at all. This all took place around 11 pm last night. read more

They forget your sauce almost every time in the drive thru, after spefically asking for it. Also, I ordered a normal junior bacon cheeseburger, just without cheese, I only didn't want cheese (i'm lactose intolerant), and they took everything off the hamburger and I was left with literally a patty between buns. extremely disappointed especially since I already drove away and have deadlines in life and can't go back to get my money back. read more

This is simply the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in my entire life. My wife and I had ordered a meal around fifteen minutes before we arrived, and in doing so had arrived and waited around another ten before the line moving to where we could speak to an employee. Upon saying my name mistakenly, and then correcting it to my wife's, the employee had told us that we would need to pull up for them to better hear us. At arriving at the window we had witnessed four cars in total pull away as the night shift left the drive-thru entirely abandoned, taking no orders until we had driven off. It is 5:24 now and the order we had driven off with was almost left wrong, with cold under-cooked fries, and the woman who had bagged our order sneered at us as we had to let her know the bad news of us not receiving the four spicy chicken nuggets we had gotten for my wife's four for four meal. Her mask was worn entirely wrong, and every item in the bads was thrown in carelessly though they had ample time to produce decent service at a near 30 minutes preparation. This experience was horrible and certainly one I will never be having again. Of that not to mention that the man getting into the safe which I presume to be an assistant manager, not only had no mask, but also no Wendy's brand clothing to indicate that if I had an issue I could speak to him. In any kind of decent recommendation I could give it would certainly not be this restaurant. read more

So we tried three times over the past few days to get a vanilla frosty and as luck would have it. They were out again all three times we went. I'm not sure who orders for this store but apparently they do not keep enough mix or check their stock very well in between orders. Disappointed again. read more

This is one of the better Wendy's spots. The employees are friendly and they get your food to you fast. Overall, very good.

Would have been four or five stars if it weren't for the gibroni at the window. I asked for two items on the dollar menu and somehow it cost over seven dollars. And I had to wait fifteen minutes. Food was not hot so I don't even know what the gibroni was doing in there. Not to mention he spent more than a couple minutes telling me about how he was "rolling in the dough" and pointing out his car from the window. I think his name was Greg. read more
