If you're going to say that you're "open until 3:00," on maps, then maybe specify that you're only taking DoorDash orders until 3:00. Because that's what you told us in the drive thru at 2:30 on 4/06/2025. Poor service. When we asked why it said you were open until 3:00, you ignored us. One of us, being a former Taco Bell employee from a different county, had no idea or reason as to why you'd ignore us & not take our order. Slowest service I've ever seen. It took about 10 minutes per car in the drive through. Ordered the food before arriving at the restaurant in the app. Waited in the line for an hour and 3 minutes. How can the bar get any lower? This is a weird thing to say for a fast food restaurant, usually it's in-and-out with no real regard for the person in the window, but everyone here is friendly and kind to me every time I come through. This place has stepped up their game. I've been coming here for years and the drive thru was always backed up, orders were wrong, food was cold, staff was rude, service was slow. It made it not worth coming. Idk what happened but after avoiding this location for almost a year I came back and it was great. I arrived at 1:30 am with 8 cars ahead of me and didn't make it to the intercom to order until 2:00am. The service is slow, unprofessional, and rude. I asked for a managers number and was ignored, when I asked again I was told to pull up. The cashier explained that it was tough tonight because they only had three people working. He also let me know he could not give me the number so I should come back later or use Taco Bell's website. I was very upset this was not something he could have told me at the intercom instead ow wasting another fifteen minutes of my time. This was the slowest I have ever experienced. I had zero issues with the food, service, or cleanliness. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to thank me for the business. My food was hot and fresh, prepared correctly, and the condiments and napkins were well stocked. Most Taco Bell locations are mediocre at best. I was picking up a DoorDash order and the customer ordered large drinks, they were out of large cups and downsized the customer's order and would not give a small and medium to make up the difference and caused my customer to give me a bad review dropping my rating. The GM was there in person and would not make this right. Very poor customer service, it was the stores fault they didn't have large cups and I don't blame the customer for being upset that they didn't get what they paid for. You always make sure the customer gets what they pay for. It's not the customer's fault or my fault that someone doesn't know how to do a truck order!! Shame on you Taco Bell!! Pathetic!!! Normally I would start this review off by saying I love Taco Bell, which I do but come on guys. This location has definitely been slacking. My SO lives near this location so it has become a frequent stop when we have nowhere else to go but that is changing. The employees frequently mess up orders and then get hateful and blame it on the customer, when they hand the food they have started saying "here are your X items" well the last time I went they said "here are your 4 items, but the bag only had 3 out of the 4. I didn't check the bag until I got home because I expected it would be right the first time. But I was out of luck at that point. Needless to say the employees are all young kids and I rarely see a manager on duty and if I do they act like they have no idea what's going on? read more

Do not eat at this location. I ate there 3 days ago and am still suffering from severe food poisoning. It was the only place I ate at that day so there is no doubt as to where I got food poisoning. On top of that, the meal I ordered took so long, it was cold by the time I got it. I've witnessed employees not washing hands or wearing gloves. I'm going on day four and setting up a doctor's appointment. For 13 dollars I've had the worst weekend of my life and will have to lay out of work to recover. The health department is going to be notified. This place is the nastiest establishment I have been in. You're better off driving up to McDonald's and eating there.
