Be very weary of deceptive pricing here. Went to drive through to get a breakfast combo. They asked what size to which I said whatever is included on base price. He then charges for a medium and tells me the small is only for seniors. Nowhere does it say that statement. I told the manager that's very deceiving practice as they automatically do an up charge unless telling them small size. Come on folks. We could do better here. I can afford the differences for me it's the principle and extra profit they make doing this without disclosing. He honored the price that is in the drive through menu. I have been to a lot of Wendy's and it's been very hard to find a Wendy's with good customer service and let me tell you something the Wendy's in Chester on October 20 had nothing but that.I ordered bacon cheese fries, chicken nuggets and a drink when I got my order, I had just gotten my food and I completely forgot that I ordered a drink and pulled off and at this time a young man named Zach was working who actually ran out the store with my drink to stop me to make sure that I got my drink with my order which I appreciate 1000%. He is a dedicated, hard-working young man who deserves a raise Zack I wanna say thank you so much for bringing me my drink as I completely forgot which was totally my fault and he did not have to do that yet. "Holy Where's The Beef Batman!" Honestly, I'm not sure why all the hate for this location because my experience was a fairly "Wendy's" experience. After reading Yelp reviews and with the Halloween season upon us, I dared to venture into this location to "dine-in". Yes folks I opted to dine in at this god awful location (based on reviews) but to my surprise it was a fairly pleasant experience. If you've been to one Wendy's you've essentially been to them all so what makes one better than another? Cleanliness and customer service! Customer service at this location was great. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be having fun behind the counter actually enjoying their jobs. My order was correct and food was fairly warm to almost hot but nothing that I'd complain about. Soda machine is the newer high tech touch screen machines but it was a little finicky to touch but I managed to get soda out. Cleanliness of the place was below average. The nice plush seating they did have had some fries from a previous customer in the crevices of the seat so I didn't even want to sit there but otherwise the place wasn't in complete disarray. Overall a fairly average Wendy's location, nothing spectacular but I wouldn't say this is the worst I've been to. read more

We've visited the drive-thru here twice in the past month. I'm an unapologetic Wendy's loyalist, but I've also been to enough restaurants to have a fair sense of which would end up on Dave's nice and naughty lists. This location hits the mark, and the star rating reflects my review of this Wendy's as a Wendy's. The staff was notably friendly and competent on both visits. Orders were accurate both times, and they even handled our mobile app order efficiently on our second visit (yes, we go to Wendy's frequently enough to have the app). French fries are sort of my control metric in evaluating Wendy's, and on both visits they were fresh, hot, and well seasoned. In other news: chicken patties and burgers both tasty; things that were supposed to be crispy were crispy; and things that were supposed to be melted were melted. read more

Stopped in here as I was in the area for work. It must have just started to get busy because the line was long, but nobody was inside eating. You know what to expect when it comes to the food at Wendy's, it's just a matter of whether or not the staff will fulfill the order correctly. This location seems to be on the smaller side. It's obviously one of the newer or recently renovated Wendy's as the interior is new. I wish my local Wendy's was this nice! However, only one Coca-Cola freestyle machine and a huge line of customers waiting to get a drink. Quick service, got my order correct and a clean eating area is good for me. If it was possible to give no stars I would. I stopped here during my road trip for a quick bite to eat with my family. Im glad I have a habit of checking my food bags. The order was missing 3 items, they gave us 1 wrong item and the drinks weren't given to us. When I asked where my drinks were the manager just yelled to the server to hurry up. Listen, I prefer Wendy's burgers over most other fast food burgers in my area, Always come back for the baconator. the only thing I hate in these fast food restaurants nowadays is the fucking Coke freestyle machine. Almost always it is out of everything leaving you with Dasani sparkling water and just plain tapwater as your only options left. When people say modern equals cool that's not always the case I'd rather have the classic soda fountain machine where the drinks are side-by-side. The line is always long, and when you get to the monitor to order you have to wait an additional 5-10 mins just to be acknowledged. The order is always wrong, not sure if it's their speaker or they just aren't paying attention. When you bring to their attention your order is wrong they are not apologetic in fact they act as if you are inconveniencing THEM. The fries are horrible, they are supposed to be "crispy" but instead they are soggy and cold. Went there last night, all I wanted was a baked potato and I knew it wasn't going to be good when they were like I'm not sure if we have any and then told me there was one left. After waiting at least 10 minutes they served me the smallest hardest rock of a brown potato and when I went back to the counter to tell them it was inedible- she looked at me and said we can't take that back because of Covid, I was like well can I get a refund or something else in exchange and she just looked at me and told me I can throw it in the garbage over there. Then I waited another 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I finally go to the pick up window and sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for my order. When the window was finally opened I asked what is taking so long the employee said your baked potato!!! I then told her i wanted a refund and she refused to give me one. The best Wendy's in the goddamn fucking world. My penis was hard the second I had pulled up to that drive through and my mouth, much like the girls panties I was with, was wet and ready to be filled. As I explained my order the staff was beyond curtious and listened to every detail I had offered. They used their expert knowledge of the menu to help and direct me to find the meal that was right for me. I had settled on the Dave's single as my final decision that Brandon, the nicest man and probably one of the best sales people I have ever seen in the game. This place is a joke. Went to drive thru and explained 3 times what I wanted and they still got it wrong. When I called and spoke to the manager I suggested that the employee working the drive thru window should get her hearing checked and the manager yelled back at me that I should not disrespect her employees! Really....I asked for one item with three condiments and they got it wrong never mind that it also took 10 minutes to get it and there was no one else in the drive thru lane - and this was at 1 pm. That should have been a sign to me to stay away. Never will go back there. Here in Chester, N.Y. Wendys use to have great Salads that I buy almost Daily. Yet, Since June of this Year I have seen the quality go down hill on them and other Chicken Sandwiches. They are thrown together in a hurry, and it shows. Also I called and complained 4 times in 3 months do to staff that doesn't show up, causing 1 or 2 people to run everything. Because of this I have to repeat my order 3 to 4 times every night at the window, either explaining that I want Homestyle chicken on my Salad not grilled, where the New Helpers don't understand what this means. Again tonight I Asked for 2 fully loaded baked potatoes and again, they have none left? asked for Chilli 2 weeks ago, again they have none left? I am Constantly repeating my order at the window, b/c they are short staffed, talking to someone else at the same time, or not listening, or asking you to wait, when there are no cars ahead or behind you. Unacceptable Service-especially when they don't have that many items that they offer in the first place, and it shoud be fairly easy to remember them. Me an my Husband have gotten the wrong orders 5 times this Summer in our bags, had to go back to get the rt thing. With Taco Bell opening up in a few weeks across the street from them, I told the Manager tonight, that they are going to loose even more business, if they don't get more help, and should not run out of simple basic items like potatoes, chilli, etc. They have to keep up with stocking their items, and should properly training their Staff.
