I've never had an issue with service. Haven't experienced anyone rude. I like the ambiance here. Relax setting. The food is absolutely delicious. Went into Arbys in Newburgh New York store number 7507 very pleasant Staff. Our server was amazing clerk number 1774 she was amazing!

Wow! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed my meal here my husband and I were on our way home and he had a craving for some Arby's. This particular location is attached to a gas station so expectations were low on what I have. My husband has eaten here before and enjoyed it last time as well. Highly recommend cing during happy hour (2pm to 5pm I believe) because they have some good specials! I got the classic gyro which was delicious. Very saucy and lots of meat and veggies. Delish! Also the loaded curly fries (which I am sure are bad for you) were tasty but you can never go wrong with the regular curly fries as well. Food was super hot and fresh. I was definitely go back and would recommend checking this spot out if you are traveling by and looking for some good fast food. read more

So I went there last week and ordered my usual, a large combo. The cashier said they no longer offer large drinks. It's for your health. I kind of like to decide for myself what size of drink I want but I figured I could still get refills. That means drive-through is out though, because I need a large drink. But then I ate my roast beef sandwich and something has definitely changed. The texture of the beef is mushier, it's not the same as I'm used to. Maybe it was a bad batch? This is one of my favorite Arby's locations in the United States, I kid you not. I'm from Indiana and I always drive from Connecticut home or when I visit friends down in Pennsylvania and Maryland, and one of the most exciting things for me about the drive is to stop at the Pilot Travel Center off exit 6, fill up my tank, use the restroom, and then order Arby's. The curly fries have never disappointed me here, the meat is ALWAYS very fresh tasting and moist, and the people are always very friendly who are working there. If I ever drive cross country with someone, I make them eat Arby's from here with me too. Keep up the good work! read more

I haven't been to an Arby's in a few years because I've tried to cut down on fast food. I used to love their chicken fingers! They were sooo good! So yesterday we were on the road and my family decided we'd grab Arby's and I didn't object because it had been so long since I had their chicken fingers (I used to really like several things there, but this was something I actually missed). Well, at some point, the powers that be at Arby's apparently decided to change the chicken fingers. They didn't have the nice, crispy, batter like before. It was more like a thin bread crumb coating on flat, dry, (probably) chicken that left a yucky film in my mouth. Just gross! I'm not ever going back (possible exception would be driving through for a jamocha shake... but I just don't want the calories so it would be a rare treat situation). Second time visiting this location through drive thru. In fact, the food is just awful. No redeeming quality at all. Ordered the Reuben. It is so mushy that I would need a knife and fork to eat it. I, also, ordered to Mac & Cheese. The Kraft box version is better than Arby's. Their version is gross. I happen to have a Roy Rogers near me and the food if far superior, especially the roast beef. As we all know, the headline of Arby's is "We have the meats." However, I was faced with a difficult dilemma. When I arrived at this serene, humble home away from home, I soon found out that they were suffering from a severe lack of meats. This was purely traumatic to me, and to this day I believed I developed PTSD from this time. I had to get a salad, something I never imagined eating, especially from a home of the meats, seeing as I am a discord mod. When I brought my plentiful garden-in-a-box back to my humble abode, I decided to cautiously indulge. Soon after completing my near-medieval task, I was faced with plague-like symptoms. Although I originally found this Arby's on an accidental whim when trying to find another business nearby a few years ago, I never had a chance to enter the place until (what used to be) today. I had seen the "Arby's" sign out front, but the fact that it's partnered into a Pilot Gas station (that apparently makes this a "truck stop" too), makes this place all that more valuable to those who enter. It had been years since I had seen or eaten within an Arby's. You see: My closest one in Ulster County closed about 8 years ago, leaving behind something that just wasn't Arby's at all (it's now a Popeyes), and when I found this my first exclamation I made was "Victory!" (as the lightbulb turned on). However, although it really was bringing an ole' Arby's trip back, the 60 minute travel distance to get here for me, just made the trip not too bearable for me on a routine basis. In fact: I found this in 2016 and although I make routine trips on I-84 (it can't quite be seen from the interstate, but can be seen from the off-ramp to I-84 W), I don't generally get to have very many chances to come into this place, but I anytime I'd pass this exit, I'd mention "oh look, there's the Arby's there" to anyone riding with me in the vehicle at the time. (Just ask my brother Bryan when we rode together on Super Bowl Sunday to and from Middletown to my home more than an hour away.) But once I found a place to park (and there aren't really very many Arby's-dedicated spots to park), I wondered "How do I get in?" I'd wished there'd be a direct entrance into Arby's themselves, but knew from other Pilot truck stops that wouldn't be the case here too. But things go further once inside. The menu board is small when you see it from afar (close enough to read it, though), and trying to act casual and nonchalant really became a challenge. I mean, I hadn't been to one in so long, trying to remember my complete order (making a few tweaks) really though off my whole balance of what an Arby's experience is like. With a few people in front of me having to order, the line moved swiftly. But not before too long was I taken by the one employee. He was nice, but I don't believe he fully understood what "Regular-style curly fries" (which Arby's had the last time I visited one) meant. What I was served was what appeared as a special on one of the banners near the menu board consisting of cheese-flavored curly fries, which I wasn't thrilled about eating, but they were curly fries, so I ate them anyway indulging with the ketchup I had nearby (hoping "the taste of these disgusting things will go away soon..." I once said to myself.). I gave the order of the main course, and although the employee thought he could get away with just asking "anything else" and not mentioning "do you want a soft drink with that", really made it rather interesting trying to chow down on the food I ordered (which I totally tried to change up since I didn't feel much like most of the chicken platters) and ordered a salad with chicken instead. I'm not one to like the taste of roast beef, so my eyes did gravitate away from these items, but I don't really remember seeing anything similar on the board. I know Arby's is a big roast beef location, and without their key item, that doesn't seem possible that they'd make too much business. I mean, the tables weren't packed, but you could tell it was hopping. I sat in the corner small table and listened to people around me (something I wished I'd never mentioned here), along with looking at some of the tables in the room filling as time went on. I'd believed that on the side of a table divider I noticed, most of the tables were full, but on the other side, there were a couple, but the more people came in, the more those others left. A little confused btw in your condiments selections you provided. In my previous appearances at Arby's near me, I know you had an Arby's secret sauce as well as ketchup and Horsey Sauce, but what ever happened to the not-so-spicy Barbeque sauce? I was wishing that sauce could have been provided. My wife & I have been here a few times. The food was always well prepared- the French Dip and mid sized roast beef sandwiches were very good. Staff were attentive and pleasant. It has a large truck stop atmosphere - making it a more interesting experience for a quick lunch. read more

I was absolutely disgusted with the food and employees here. Firstly after entering the restaurant and approaching the counter , the staff couldn't be bothered to take my order, they were much to involved in there own conversation to even acknowledge that we were there. After finally placing my order to what seemed to be the only one person working there , we received our food which was less then adequately prepared . The sandwiches looked like they were assembled in less then 10 seconds, and it gets even worse! After getting one bite in, there was 3 LONG NAPPY HAIRS in it. Everything went right in the trash as I proceeded to fresh air to throw up. I went to the drive-thru late at night on a weeknight and there were quite a few people sitting at the tables eating inside the restaurant. This is the only Arby's remaining in the area. Every time I come here, the food is hot and my orders are accurate. The staff are always friendly and the food comes out quickly. The food is reasonably priced compared to other fast food establishments. This is located in the Pilot Truck Stop. On the inside, it connects into the truck stop, but it also has a drive-thru in the parking lot near the gas pumps. read more

This was the same employee wearing gloves one night while servicing the drive through window handling money and food. There's either a managerial problem or lack of common sense.
