It's clean for the most part but they take only online or kiosk orders and typically when I walk in it's just filled with DoorDash drivers who are just standing around. Like one time I walked in and there was nearly 10 people just standing around on their phones. Probably a mixture of DoorDash and people who just ordered and waiting for their food. Seems like the employees don't ever put any of the orders on the actual mobile order counter. So it's like you never know if your order is ready because they just keep everything behind but don't ever announce it. It's super frustrating. I'm sure it's because people are grabbing the wrong bags but there's got to be a better system. One time my husband and I went there and ordered through the kiosk and it took us nearly a half an hour to get our food. Just to sit down and eat at the restaurant! They must have been short staffed which I don't want to fault them for that but some sort of warning or something to let everyone know that we would be waiting for half an hour for a couple of burritos would have been very helpful. Many of these employees are just some of the least helpful people unfortunately. I think they also stopped even answering drive-thru calls cuz I saw a lot of people whip around angrily or whip around from the drive-thru and come inside. Maybe they were short-staffed and I'm sorry about that. But they did literally nothing to communicate this to anybody. Everyone's just standing around and all the employees just eventually come out every 5 minutes and maybe ask the one person they make eye contact with what their order name is. It's just super frustrating and the system has pretty much collapsed at this store as far as I'm concerned. Needs better management!
