You know what to expect with Wendy's food and drinks offered but I never imagined walking in and feeling so welcomed and appreciated. The staff at Wendy's could not have been more amazing. I am a teacher at Logan Elm High school. We stopped there yesterday for lunch after an overnight camping field trip with lots of hiking. Needless to say we were very hungry. We had 13 students, one bus driver, and two chaperones, including myself. I felt bad for not having the foresight to call ahead and let them know that I had a bus of students coming in. I felt even worse because they were shortstaffed. But what was amazing was that they still served us with great attitudes and smiles, they were very fast to get our orders out, and also very accurate with our orders. A big thank you to Jaylen, who took our orders quickly. Also a big thank you to the rest of the crew. Lexi, the GM was amazing at orchestrating the orders, while the rest of the crew Jen, Jess, April and Shivam, flew through the production, checked on us several times to make sure we were good and sent us all home full and happy! Not a great experience. A very mixed experience, anyway. Only kiosk ordering, which is a pain. Hard to customize things, no way to back up and edit once you're in certain screens, no price till you're past the point where you choose items, etc. When I went to the counter to try to request things, they were helpful- though very very busy. Got us extra ketchup, and a cup for the Frosty. (Junior Frostys come in a dinky cup, which is fine, but it was overfilled so I knew it would be a mess in the car and asked for a small cup to dump it into.) Made sure we had enough napkins, etc. So, service is great, but hard to get. Kiosks need to be much more flexible and intuitive. I know things are headed that way, but I will avoid places that force us to use them. Workers need jobs, and customers need humans. Oh, the food? Just got Baby K a Happy Meal or whatever they are here. Nuggets were good, fries were meh, apples were a little brown and she barely touched the fries or apples. Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Was a busy line but it was consistent. With it being busy, the gentleman taking our order was patient as we looked through the menu. He was very polite and welcoming. Even as we drove around to pay, he carried a conversation with us and we shared some laughs lol. In addition, the lady that gave us our order, she was welcoming and polite as well. Very satisfied reflecting customer service. I just DoorDash my food. I have four items missing they made my sandwich wrong. I asked for no pickles and they put pickles on it. I am all allergic to pickles so I couldn't die today when I called and told them that I had had missing items they told me how to get it replaced then I noticed I had pickles on my sandwich and when I try to call back now, they will not answer the phone. First of all their mobile app for ordering online is bigger than most mobile games and it doesn't even show you the menu unless you create an account. I smell identify theft and a data breach waiting to happen if you use a credit card. Wendy's was at one-time my "go to place" for fast eats while traveling and just anytime I didn't feel like cooking. Over the last few years the query of the food has declined faster than the prices have increased and the burgers, fries and chili just don't taste as good as the previous recipes. Not sure what has happened, but it us very obvious that something has changed. Is it just me or am I the only person brave enough to say it? Does the chili smell like cat pics to anyone else? I would like to reach out to whoever owns or manages the Wendy's in Circleville. This place used to be top notch, but apparently management, employees or something changed in the last few weeks. This place was the gold standard as far as fast food for years. But now the orders are wrong the food is not hot as before. The bagging and order filling is terrible. Please bring back the quality and efficiency that you were known for. We used to eat there every day. But after going back multiple times and being disappointed we can no longer go back. I live until coffee but working circleville I have been to the Wendy's on South Court Street two times both times I've been very disappointed the first time I had to take my food back in three times to get it right and the second time I set at the mobile order pickup waiting for my food for 20 minutes never came when I went in they had no idea they had no excuses they didn't even tell me why. Obviously this place needs New Management in the worst kind of way I will never go back there again I gave him a second chance and still not right! Not a huge fan of fast food in general, but Wendy's is pretty good. The chicken tenders were good and I got ample dipping sauce with them. The fries were fresh, but a bit too salty. My only complaint is that they do not serve Pepsi products. Otherwise, they have added some healthy options to their menu, like salads. The chili is not too bad either. We ordered 10pc spicy nuggets, 3 medium fries and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. 1 spicy chicken was ordered as it came and the other ordered with only mustard, lettuce and tomato. They said they were out of lettuce would have to ok, we said yes. We go pay and then proceed to the next window to pick up our order. The lady said that it would be a few minutes on the spicy chicken did we want to wait or want another type of chicken, we said we would wait. She then asked us to pull up to the door. Ok we did. We finally got our meal and long and behold the chicken sandwiches was just regular classic chicken with only tomato. This is how both sandwiches were. My husband said do you want to go back through the drive thru, I said NO because it would have been a long wait as the line was super long. The inside of the restaurant was closed. We leave and we bite into our sandwiches and it was so GROSS that we could not even finish the sandwich. Plus we paid for the spicy chicken. What a waste of money. Messed up our whole order and the manager was rude af about it too... didn't even bother to go back to get out stuff fixed because of how rude they were in the first place and tried to argue with us that we had all of our drinks when we ordered 7 combo meals and they only gave us 4 drinks... it said it on the recipe yet they wanted to argue it. read more

Wendy's used to be my favorite place to eat in town for years, but recently, within the last year or so, they have just totally gotten horrible with the time it takes to get food out to their customers. Perfect examples: today I really felt like a burger from Wendy's, so I headed that way and saw that the drive-thru line was clear around the store. I understand lunch rush, of course, but I also know how slowly their drive-thru moves these days, so I knew I'd be there for half a year, so I parked and went inside to get my food. I went in, waited while the girl working the register had social time with her co-workers, ordered and I waited, waited, waited, and finally my food came out, and one of the workers put the burger down on the counter, took a bag out, then just set the bag down beside it, waiting for someone else to bag it. Waited another FIVE minutes for someone to put my sandwich in a bag a d hand it to me. I've worked fast food. I understand the nature of places like that. But come on. This place used to be great, but it's turned into a real crap hole. read more

I eat here a few times a month, going through the drive-thru and sitting down to eat. The service is great, the food quality is great, and I've generally had a good experience. There was one time my food had clearly been sitting around for awhile, but I called them up and a manager named Matt was very helpful in giving me a replacement meal free of charge. For me it's official. All fast food places in Circleville have one thing in common; NO QUALITY. I do most of my errands just before the lunch crowd starts, so I'll stop to get a meal before completing my errands, with the thought that the lunch menu will be fresh and hot. 1045 this morning at this Wendy's, I got cold fries, a double burger where the patties were not only cold, but old, dried up and brown. And for some reason the tea tasted tainted. So yes.. my entire meal was garbage. I quit doing surveys whether good or bad for Wendy's, Burger King and Arbys. Apologies are given to me but nothing done about changing these restaurants. It's a real shame. It takes the same amount of time to make a terrible or an outstanding meal. Must just be Circleville. There's better restaurants with the exact same name in Chillicothe and in Lancaster. I wish Taco Bell did burgers. Or put I Jimmy John's in Circleville. read more
