Don't order new chicken tenders from here because everything else is cold. We spent $32.00 2#1 doubles and chicken tenders waited and when it we took off I guess thats what fast food is now days . But I called after being half way home and told the person that answered the phone and she said, we just pulled the fries. Yeah ok that was a lie. Then got home burgers were cold too didn't know we need to microwave everything. So fries got thrown out and burger got microwaved. That's great. Don't worry the chicken tenders was still hot. You have to be desperate to eat at any Wendy's, but the Clarksville Ga is the worst. Not only is it never open, but when it is open, it is filthy. The employees are very rude, like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. The food is awful. I am truly surprised that no one has died from eating there. Honestly, either Fire everyone working at this location, or just shut it down. Totally botched order (ordered double baconator meal and a crispy BLT meal--both large) and got a single baconator, a box of four nuggets (who ordered nuggets?), and something tiny i didn't bother to unravel from its yellow wrapper as it barely filled the palm of my hand. Was that my Chicken BLT? Girl with the ring in her nose brings it out to where they told us to wait in lot, husband checks bag, sees its wrong, and says, "What's this?" Nose ring girl shrugs and says, "That's what you ordered." It wasn't. She goes back inside, husband goes in... they fix my sandwich (but if that tiny thing they gave me was a chicken BLT, I'll suggest you skip it--it's seriously tiny... like a slider size), and we leave. I seriously asked my husband if the guy who took our order was high because, really? How can you mess up an order THAT simple. With all these terrible reviews, corporate should fire everyone there and replace them with employees who actually WANT a job. Went through the drive thru and ordered 6 frosty's. Got to the check out counter and no carriers so I had to find a way to balance 6 frosty's in my seat. Then they only gave me 4 of them so I waited and they fixed one more and ask me to pull up and they would bring it out. I sat and sat and only after my frosty's were melting fast did I decide to go in and get it. Once I got inside the restaurant they had not even started fixing so I had to wait on that one. I blame myself for letting myself get so hungry that I couldn't wait to find a less rachet place to eat. Travis took my order then after I paid it got bumped off the screen so nobody was making it. Waited over 30 minutes and asked about it. They threw some nonsense together that was not what I ordered. I ate it anyway because again, I was starving. The food was okay. Not anything out of the ordinary. I got the $5 bag deal, it comes with: 1 lg drink, a fry, 4 ckn nuggets and a double bacon burger. The steak fries were hot but not really fresh. They were not bad, but could be better. The sandwich was really plain and didn't have much flavor at all like I am used to from Wendy's. The server that took my order was extremely nice and they got my order correct. They even accepted the coupon I had without any issues. read more

This WENDY'S absolutely take no ownership in it customers safety or wellbeing! Approximately 1 month in early July 2019, my Mother was visiting the establishment for lunch. After she finished her meal she was returing from taking her tray to the waste basket and was returning to her table when she slipped on something on the floor. When she slipped it appeared that she tried to catch her balance and fell to the floor. She had a contusion the size of a softball and from the videotaped event, it appeared that she had died as she was motionless. Some other patrons went to her aid and then some of the staff at wendys. She was then transported to Northeast Georgia Medical center. She was treated and released. For the past weeks since this incident she has been back and forth to the Doctors as her hip and head and her ability to live normally has been altered by the inability's of the Wendy's Restaurant to step up and take responsibility and own up to the incident as their fault! There report says that my mother tripprd on her on feet; I say from the Video Footage that she slipped then fell at no fault of her own!! My mother will never feel safe going into this restaurant every again or any restaurant of this sort! This review is to make anyone and everyone that choses to eat at this restaurant to be very alert and aware of slippery conditions, as if you or a family member or friend, may be in the same condition as my mother is. Wendy's saw no reason to offer to take care of my mother medical expenses and has not one time called to check up on her from this incident as she frequently ate at this location. The staff know her but have tried to cover up themselves by saying she tripped in their report. But no longer will my mother or anybody that I know willeat at this place!!!! Shame on WENDY'S for not taking responsibilities for their facilities to ensure the safety for all patrons that chose to eat at their restaurants! read more
