Their food is great. A '5' (fast food) rating. Period. I have not used the drive thru, so no comment on that. The building is brand new, well laid out and spotless. Can't wait to eat outside in their covered patio area when the weather warms up a bit. The '2' rating is for the kiosk-only ordering system. It is SLOOOOOW. Scroll to the section of the menu you want. Make a selection. Wait 5 or 10 seconds. Look for the next section. Repeat. Maybe they want you to use the phone app, IDK. Maybe rethink that setup and have at least one 'live' ordering station where you can ask for a 'Number 3 Meal with a Coke' and be done. read more

Wendy's 655 Solon Ohio I was treated so rudely on my visit today 6/29th around 2:30 pm. Upon receiving our drive thru order of a junior bacon cheeseburger and Parmesan caesar salad and 2 drinks only 1 straw was given, We waited until the window opened again and said we needed a second straw, the gentleman said they need a second straw and this African American young women with long braids said there are 2 straws in the salad bag look! She had an attitude and I can't believe over a straw and not just handing us a second one. I had already done that of course. I then proceeded to take everything out of my salad bag in my car and turn the bag over and 2nd straw my ass. She then said I don't know who you think you are and don't start profanities with me(sorry ass is not a profanity), I said you insisted the 2nd straw was in the bag. She said the 2nd straw was in the bag, It fell out somewhere and I don't care. Get off my property. This Wendy's absolutely has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Rude snotty employees running the window at the drive-through. No straws or napkins added to the bags, etc. This will be my last trip through. Won't be surprised if this place doesn't shut down soon. Management definitely needs to get involved. read more

Do not go to this Wendy's if you are looking for quality service. We were here about 30 minutes ago and we happend to order frosty's and chicken nuggets, We both ordered a small frosty. I received a medium , and my friend received a large, witch is fine because more ice cream for free! But when we opens up the frosty to taste, it was a small inside of a large cup. Also don't come here if you want to be freaked out. At the counter a lady came from the back and stood next to the cashier and stood smileing, and later when we were walking out of the building, we were followed outside. And my friends chicken nugget hard yellow thing in it. The building was GROSS. They floors were sticky and food dripping from the wall. There was no cleaning whatsoever. This Wendy's in Solon, OH is the worst location I've ever been to. If you want a frosty, go to another Wendy's because this location never has a working machine. It doesn't matter what time of day - "the frosty machine is not working". Also, the staff is rude and makes their own hours. Many times the restaurant is closed, even when they're scheduled to be open. The employees should refer to the sign on the window for hours. If I were the franchise owner I'd make some drastic changes before my customers all go to Arby's or Chick-fil-a next door. I highly doubt this Wendy's will be here long. read more

Just waited 20 minutes in drive through to be served a cold chicken sandwich with lots of eye rolls when asked for ketchup. The staff was playing around inside while customers were waiting. The girl with green hair was cussing while taking someone else's order and continued when we pull up to pick up ours. Please fire and hire completely new staff in this restaurant asap. I wish I could give them less than a star! They are never open when they are supposed to be. You show up at 9 am for breakfast and they say we aren't open yet. I usually don't write reviews until I have been to a place multiple times in order to give it a honest chance. I live very close to this wendy's and every single time I go without fail the customer service is terrible, super rude, and in a rush to get you your food and be done with you. I have been here multiple times throughout the day and every single time they are out of potatoes for the day... how are you out of potatoes at 7pm when you close at 12? i've even been here at 5pm and heard the same response. I pulled up to this Wendy's after a long day of traveling and just wanted to get some food and get home. I pulled up to the drive-thru and it had a make shift sign on it, so I couldn't even see my order because the written sign was covering the screen. They guy that took the order said order whenever you are ready...I said ok, then not even five seconds later, he blurts out go ahead with your order. I had to inform him that we weren't ready, which would seem like common sense if you tell me to order when I'm ready and I don't start ordering right away...chances are I'm not ready! Then he has trouble understanding the order so I already knew it was going to be wrong. When I pulled around to the first window, he was sitting down with his back against the wall. Then he called someone over and they started whispering and giggling. So unprofessional and I don't even know why all of that was necessary. Then I get to the front window and it seems like both of the girls helping me had attitudes AND the one girl was eating chicken nuggets when she was supposed to be helping get my food ready! That has to be unsanitary!! Then 5 minutes later she just hands me a bag and says have a good night. Not to mention, everything tasted like trash, especially the fries. This has to be the worst experience ever at a fast food place and I'm not even sure how Wendy's is still letting this location operate!
