We were just ordering our food and we were very nice, very polite, the lady at first wasn't considered rude, until we didn't hear something she said and she very rudely said "I said what size" which is very inconsiderate, considering we didn't even hear her ask what size in the first place. We also asked for marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks, she again said with an attitude "it already comes with that" she needs to cut off the attitude it's not what customers want to hear or experience when trying to get food. We frequent this Arby's quite often. We've seen faces come and go, new management, new food prep, and new cashiers. But we always get quick service. We always get food that is correct. And we really just like this location. Thank you, Arby's. You're doing it right. Unlike Chick-fil-A, which we love, but the one in Solon has terrible service. We stopped here to grab a late dinner after seeing a movie when we were in town visiting my parents. We used to come here pretty frequently growing up, but it's definitely gone downhill. There was no one in line when we got there. My dad knew what he wanted right away and ordered. We were still deciding so it took us about a minute before we were ready. There were a few people standing around still waiting for their orders. I stood at the register waiting to order, but no one would take my order. My dad got his food before we could even order. Finally, after standing there for 15 minutes, someone finally asked if anyone had taken my order. When I asked about how you could use coupons, I got two different answers. That finally got sorted out and we were able to place our order. While waiting for our order, they gave my husband the wrong size milkshake, so some other guy had to wait longer for his. After being there for half an hour, we finally got our food and took it home to eat. My dad said the service is terrible every time he comes. They didn't do a great job with the order. My husband got the brisket sandwich and he said it was really dry and didn't have the onion straws it was supposed to. I got the Arbynator which was made right. I probably wouldn't get it again. I prefer just the roast beef. They were also quite stingy on the curly fries. Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're okay with really bad service. read more

I went to the Solon Arby's 1/12/23 after work. Thought I would get a nice Deluxe fish sandwich & hot fresh curley fries, boy! was I wrong. I live in Twinsburg, just down the road, work in Aurora. When I got home, all set to eat my lunch, open the bag, got instantly furious to see hard ass fries, cooked so hard they couldn't possibly curl anymore. Now let's talk about the supposedly fish sandwich, bun had mold on it, it had thin smashed tomatoes, loaded with tater sauce, bun was blackened on one side, wilted lettuce. The sandwich looked like it had been smashed, called the store in discuss, talked to Heather. She told me to come back to replace my order, I think not..I went back out togo to Twinsburgs Arbys, there I found satisfaction. Now I've just spent approximately $16.00 for only one lunch I could eat 3 photos of Solon Arbys/ 1 photo of Twinsburgs Arbys what a difference, Thanks Twinsburg!!! read more

I have been there multiple times since I work in Solon and that's the closest Arby's. They have absolutely botched my orders more than 50% of the times. Things like giving me absolutely burned fries OR wrong sandwich has NO EXCUSES!!! The inflation/supply chain or labor market etc have no explanation for awfully burnt fries!! read more

I have never had bad service here. Comparing apples to apples in this area this fast food restaurant is good. My service as always been expedient and the employees polite. The only reason I could not give it more stars is because the portions are inconsistent. ONCE UPON A TIME... So usually this Arby's provides a typical fast food experience, but tonight was below average. Cold, soggy potato cakes; sloppily made beef n' cheddar complete with sauce on the outside of the wrapper (now on my pants); poor communication with much unnecessary repeating of my order, despite only 1 car in front of me and none behind. But as a side note: once upon a time this Arby's was phenomenal!! There were two specific ALL-STARS who worked there named Vince (or Vic) and Shannon who provided customer service, food quality, and an experience far better than one would expect at a mid-priced sit down restaurant, let alone a fast food establishment. And nobody on the team at that time gave less than 100%. I frequent this location much, much less since its decline and tonight was a reminder of why. It may sound ridiculous to read this on a Yelp review, but I hope those two are gainfully employed and being appreciated for their value and potential. And if they ever need a job reference, I will highly recommend them. And such is the story of Solon Arby's. read more

This is such a poorly run Arby's, I wish there was another location nearby my work. The line is always excrutiatingly long. Like, 15-20 minutes in the drive thru and 10-15 in store. The floor is always sticky and the drink station is messy. They get my order wrong 70% of the time and they never confirm it back to you. They are slow and rude. One time, I went through line for a beverage only. Literally, just a beverage. I got my drink, took a sip and found that it was all soda. I went in and dumped it, refilled it and it was the same. When I went to the counter, the girl told me their soda lines weren't working right. Why wouldn't they have told the customers that upon ordering? They were really just hoping they could sell a defective product to stupid consumers and hope nobody would say anything. Service has been so bad here that I've contacted their corporate office and gave them another try because they sent me a coupon. It didn't matter. Today I tried the Chicken Farmhouse salad for something different. It was the most meager salad I've ever had from a restaurant/ fast food. White iceburg lettuce, about 1 bacon slice, maybe 1/2 Tbsp of cheddar cheese. A few tomatoes. Good amount of chicken. How does that consist of a salad? So disappointing. read more

Went through drive through, waited around 9 minutes at the window for one chicken sandwich combo, told by worker to pull forward and they would bring it out, waited 15 more minutes because I didn't want to stress out the crew or harass them and they had asked me to wait... before knocking on door to no response, as I was leaving someone came out to take the trash out and realized they had finished my order but no one had the sense to communicate with one another that it was finished and the customer was waiting outside as requested. The only reason this restaurant achieved more than one star is due to the options. Besides that, the sandwiches were filled to the brim with ill-prepared meat and condiments. In every one of their sandwiches was enough meat to feed several starving families. One time I got the double meat and there was just two slices of roast beef in the sandwich making it smaller than the regular. I watched with growing horror as food was prepared for orders ahead of mine. First the guy assembling sandwiches seemed to think the gloves he was wearing were to protect him from the food. I watched him scratch his head and go right back to fixing food, and repeat that again two more times. Second, I watched the guy at the fry station start to clean, then return to dropping food into fry baskets, pull baskets, push the hot food around, and package it. He too seemed to think that the gloves were intended to protect him. While both of those things were disturbing, the absolute worst was watching the manager! She was taking money and bagging/traying food. I noticed a ring on her right thumb and wondered, "does she take that off before she wipes her butt? I doubt it." I watched her take money then walk over to serve fries. She reached into the fry bin with the scoop (right handed), scooped up fries, shook them into the box, set the box on the rack, repeated for another order of fries, and then STUCK HER THUMB (the one with the ring) and forefinger down into those boxes of fries and plop them into a bag/on a tray. She also stuck her thumb into the slider sandwich boxes when she picked them up and put them in a bag/on a tray. I watched this happen over and over. Now, I don't know if she does take off the ring before using the toilet, I just doubt that she does. I do care that she handles money and goes straight to TOUCHING food. I wouldn't eat there again if my food was free for a year. read more

I will never be back to this Arby's. I've been there twice over the last 3 months. Both times the associates walked back and forth several times before acknowledging me at the counter. I had a simple order. The kitchen staff had all walked out of the kitchen and the girl at the counter had to call someone back in to make my sandwich. They were all back there when I placed my order. The food was delicious and fresh cooked. Although they had very minimal drink selections and half of the drinks were not working. They were also out of straws and 1 size cup tops. We asked them to fix this and they did not. The service was very fast. The restaurant itself was dirty and very slippery considering it is winter. Lazy, garbage, is how I would characterize this visit. I stopped by after taking a ten minute detour due to some sort of issue down the street and nobody could be bothered to do anything. One car in the drive thru and nobody there, or, at the front counter. Instead of "slicer girl" saying "hello just a moment", she barely whispered to some stellar employee there was someone at the counter. This did not spur quick action. The food was good, the 10 minute plus wait is unacceptable for a fast food place but what really makes this a 2 star rating is after purchasing a meal and drink through there drive through, I asked the employee through the window if they would throw away a cup I had from a previous visit with them. I'm not sure how this restaurant has a low rating. It is right by my work and I frequent this location often. Heather runs the joint during the daytime and she does a hell of a job. Unlike many other local competitors, the employees here remember their customers. I don't have to say a word when I walk in, they just see my face and in a few moments they call my name. The food is always correct, even when I order something new. The service is polite and fast. The floors/bathrooms/tables are spick-n-span. The only real complaint I have is the seemingly incessant construction that limits access to this upstanding establishment. They had a huge renovation recently, the restaurant looks like it was constructed by Frank Lloyd Wright. I'm wondering if some of the bad reviews came before Heather and the renovation. Or perhaps they are for the evening hours. But stop by, you will not be disappointed you visited (in the daytime at least). read more

Absolutely disgusting. I came here around 7pm on a Tuesday night with my daughter and the place was slow and it was trashed. I told the manager politely to just to bring it to her attention and it took her about 20 minutes to get someone to tidy the place up. There was pop sprayed all over the floor by the registers so bad that my feet were sticking to the ground.. The sauce dispensers had hardened sauce all over them and sauce all over the counter. Used to the love the place..used to be very kind, fast, and efficient. Now the place is a disaster. Walked in and there was a whole line of people waiting for food and only one cashier ringing out. Upon getting rung out, one of the employees was painting behind the menu and ending up dumbing it and the blank paint ended up covering the cashier and the people in line especially me..didn't bother apologizing for it or offering anything to us. Employees in the back were screaming with each other and throwing stuff at each other. Ended up taking forever to receive our food afterwards.
