By far the worst Wendys. Expect at least a 20min wait for the drive through on any given day, at any given time. ALSO. I went to the ATM and pulled out $20, and drive to this craptastic Wendys location. Cashier takes the $20 bill from me at the window, walks away, and then comes back to the window and asks for payment again. I told her I had already paid, and she got attitude with me and began arguing that I did not hand her anything. I asked her to check the drawer and her pockets in case she forgot, and she wouldn't, so I started to get a little loud (extremely rare for me but she was really rude and kept eye rolling me) and eventually the manager shows up, is ALSO rude to me, so I tell her to check the video, so SHE rolls her eyes at me, takes the drawer back to her office, comes back, HANDS ME MY CHANGE AND DOES NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. NOBODY says ANYTHING to me. They just hand me my food and change and keep rolling their eyes at me. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any restaurant/drive through. I use the drive thru sometimes in between daily jobs. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Burgers they do a decent job with though I would recommend a little more seasoning. Fish sandwiches not so good. Okay down right horrible. Had a fish sandwich yesterday that was over cooked and tasted like it had sat out half the day. In the past I've had much better from other Wendy's to the point where I told my mom that they made them as good as the drive ins up in Maine. The last one I had was shameful. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have gone in and asked the manager to get me a new one. read more

Normally I would not review Wendy's. Let's face it it's a fast food burger (all though better then the competition IMO). I feel compelled to do so with this one-tonight at 11:56 (after being released from the ER I was HANGRY) we pulled up to the drive threw...anyone that has worked in any food service industry knows, that's really not cool. Not only did they make my food without being rude (because started closing proceedings) they were all super nice. Yes I had to wait a bit as they had to make it all from scratch. I just wanted to say in today's world that's rare. Not only great service but, best fries and burger I've had in a while (that could be the Benadryl talking ). There's only one reason to go to this Wendy's location and that is because it's close to where I live. Frankly, I try to avoid it if I can. I do find myself there once or twice a month just because I'm out running an errand or something. But I punch myself in the face after every visit. read more

This is one of the worst Wendy's in the Baltimore area. The service is horribly slow and they rarely get your order right. I've been to this location 4-5 times over the past few years, and the service has been going downhill. I was last there 2 months ago. We had 3 people in front of us (inside, at the counter), it took us over 30 minutes to get our food. Seriously, you can go to a sit-down restaurant. The drive-through is even worse, especially later in the evening. The people who operate the drive-through don't have a grasp of English. Maybe that's why they rarely get the orders right. They don't smile, they don't say thank you, they throw the food at you and close the window. Seriously, do NOT go here. When I entered the establishment, which I had entered many times and had good experiences with, I was waited on by a cashier that didn't know what to do. He took at least 3 minutes to put in a simple order. When I was waiting for my food, the woman at the counter getting my food was asking me what food I ordered. (I also didn't get a receipt.) The chili machine was broken and the chilli didn't come out for at least 7 minutes. There was no spoons at all. How will you eat chili and frostys without spoons?!?!?! When I did get my chili, it was brutally cold, and I had lost my appetite from the subpar burger, which by the way was the wrong burger! As I was eating my food, bugs flew into my food, not that I really freaked out, the food was not appealing. Lastly, as I was picking something else up for my brother, they took over 7 minutes to get the food started! coincidence? I think not! The employees here are seemingly slow and inexperienced. The only good thing about this visit was the bacon queso fries. They were not as hot as I would like, but they weren't ruined by the wrath of this service today. read more

If I go to Wendy's during my Lunch break, this is the one I visit. Its location on 108 is convenient, and the drive through is generally not too busy. Drive through staff seems nice overall, and I've never had a bad experience there that I can recall. If I choose to wait in line inside, it often SUPER busy at lunchtime, so I stick to drive though when I can. All in all, it's a perfectly adequate Wendy's, and I'm happy to visit when I'm craving Wendy's fast food. read more

After waiting 15 minutes to order food Ihad to repeat my order four or five times... I was told to drive to the window when I get up there and they say they never got my order to get back in line and do it all over again... I use to work at Wendy's I know corporate has a higher standards than that... I have eaten at Wendy's many of times and will pass on this one from now on (even know it's less than a mile from my house) hopefully I will eat a a Wendy's again sometime... This Wendy's is the worst I've ever been to. Starting with the poor customer service. We try not to even go to this location because it's horrible for years now. However tonight the kids wanted a quick burger. The young lady who took our order was rude and overall unprofessional. When we got to the window we heard several young ladies (including the one who took our order) cursing and having after an inappropriate conversation. Not sure what's worse: The rudeness of the workers or the poorly-prepared food. Whatever the case, the last time I went I only got a soda at the drive-thru and the clerk was *still* angry and nasty. Beyond all that, Wendy's in general has gone downhill. Their drive-thru menu used to be well-organized and readable. Now it's a with countless oddly-named products displayed in a confusing, haphazard manner. This is why I only bought the aforementioned Coke. Sometimes less is more; Wendy's suits should go back to Dave Thomas' idea of having a simple menu. And the company should hire better workers while they're at it. read more

So this is second time I attempted to get food at 10:45 PM. The store hours state it is open untill 1 am, and an employee rudley declined me service after taking an order from a car in front of me. Beware the upcharge at the drive thru. I ordered a small sized combo and they upcharged it to a large without me realizing until the end. Their display screen at the ordering menu worked but when I ordered a small combo the lady taking orders didn't put my order up and made it out as if it didn't work. When I pulled around, they gave me the bag of food first, then gave me back my credit card with no receipt followed by the large drink. So I could either start asking for a receipt and arguing over a dollar or just go. It's only a dollar on my end but it adds up for them over time. It's bad enough every Wendy's has a hard push on upsizing the combos when you order, but don't charge me for something I didn't order. read more

I hate to even admit that I've come to this Wendy's - but it's only a once in a while visit. What I'm glad to see is that I'm not the only one whom thinks that the service here, is a little less than efficient. One time, asked for no tomato and mayo, what do I get? Every time I go here the lines are so long, inside and out. The tables are never clean and they always only have 1 person at the register. You have to scream at the top of your lungs to get them to hear you at the drive thru, and the employees rarely don't have an attitude. The food always seems like it has been sitting out forever and maybe that's because the workers are so slow. read more

I just left. The young man collecting payment was wearing gloves. He used the same gloved hands to grab my fries to put them in the bag. I asked him to replace the gloves and give me new fries. He said he didn't touch the fries, but he shouldn't be touching anything other than payment. Not even the bags of food. The manager asked what happened as the other man turned to replace the fries. The girl working the fryer placed the new fries in the bag. I appreciated that. Buuuut, the manager (who was not even in uniform) slammed the window so I couldn't see anything. He was annoyed that I was even able to see that the other employee grabbed the first order of fries. I WILL NOT be eating there anymore. I can only imagine what else is going on throughout the day. Health and safety is always important, but especially now. The owner/manager/ franchise need to make sure all of the employees know procedures to keep themselves and customers safe. Haven't been here for a VERY long time but I'm glad I went with my mom for lunch. It wasn't that expensive for a meal.

I eat here 3-4 times per month and haven't ever had a problem. Food is normal Wendy's food, staff has been nice at best, nondescript at worst. Maybe it's just the time of day that I go, that I can avoid some of these other horror stories. read more

First time here. Dined in. Friendly crew. Lots of smiles. Free wifi is relatively fast. I'm not a fan of the sauce used in the burgers. Homemade chicken was pretty good. Fries also were fresh and not soggy. It is located across from pizza hot. It's convenient if you have kids who are better off with pizza while you are enjoying your burgers. read more

I've always been big on Customer Service and when I went to this location the other day and was very disappointed. From the time I pulled in the drive-thru until the time I finally left. When I arrived I was greeted by a female employee which I realized once I arrived at the widow was the manager(since she had no head covering). There was just no customer service received when I was there. I worked in fast food back in the 90's and it seems like a lot has changed over the years. She was every short with me an pretty much rushed the order. What happened to suggesting the sale (would you like a frosty?) or for all that even asking me what type of chicken sandwich I wanted (Home style, Spicy or Grilled). Before she handed me my food I advised I would like the spicy chicken. She said to the employee (in a very nasty way) Yea he want spicy now. Well Ma'am had you given me the option when I was placing my order this would not have been an issue. Once I received my food (by her forcing it in my hand) I pulled of the parking lot only to return two mins later. I went back in the drive thru and I advised what I received was not a spicy chicken sandwich, She took the sandwich and opened it (replying this sandwich spicy I see the spices all in it). The staff at this location are some of the rudest and most incompetent I've ever experience.They mess up even the simplest of orders. For example, I asked for BBQ sauce and I got chili sauce thrown at me. They are also extremely slow. I would only go o this restaurant as a last resort. read more
