Every other time I go to this location something is wrong with your order or they forget to put something in your bag, but it's your fault if you go back and tell them because you get attitude and can clearly hear them running their mouth, because it's your fault they screwed up. I like the food here better than McDonalds and Burger King, HOWEVER, the service here is terrible. Not once, not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times I've came here the past month (Because my friends at a place I used to work at like the food from Wendy's) I've gotten terrible service. All 4 times they've gotten my order wrong. For instance I've ordered 5 meals plus 2 LARGE fries and 2 LARGE unsweetened iced teas. I got 4 meals, 2 medium fries and 2 medium cokes. ?!?!?????????!!!!!?!?!?!?!?! I even saw the receipt and it said what I said, yet I've gotten half of my order wrong?! I told them and showed them the receipt while SMILING and showing them I wasn't pissed off. The girl there was nice and asked if I could wait for a few minutes for the fries to get done, I nodded my head and said okay. The guy came up and started to reach out his arm to give me 2 large fries when it seemed like he dropped one of them on the floor on purpose. How could you hand the fries over when you're basically holding them downwards towards the floor???? He didn't even say sorry. He just looked at me like "You gonna pick it up or what?". He then turned around to tell the manager something, the manager came through and I was already annoyed so instead of explaining the situation and blowing up and possible beating the guys ass, I just drove away. I paid about 55 bucks for everything and got only the 4 meals plus 1 large fries when I was still missing 1 large fries, 1 meal, and 2 large unsweetened iced teas. Wendy's NO. Bad Wendy's! BAD EXPERIENCE: Ok, if you are in the drive in line you must serve the customer. I wasted gas sitting in line tonight -- got up to the order microphone and dude says "we are closed....we close at 10pm". Well, Mr. Burger flipper, the clock said 9:57pm. And your lights were still on. Seriously?? I only chose you by default cuz everything else was closed on NYEve. Thanks for confirming that I shouldn't be eating here anyway. I will be sure to share this experience with family, friends, neighbors, strangers and anyone else that crosses my path. I never thought I'd write a review of Wendy's, but I guess this will teach me that anything's possible. Important note: I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I do, I love Wendy's. After a rigorous Wiz Khalifa concert, my brother and I had really worked up an appetite. The only thing that could possibly quell our incredible hunger was Wendy's spicy chicken nuggets. They're always delicious, right? Wrong. But I'm getting ahead of myself. First, we ordered. The ordering process alone took at least 15 minutes, which is the equivalent of ten years in fast food time. The kid working the drive-through obviously had no idea how those headset thingies work, because he couldn't seem to hold the button down for the entire time he was speaking. My brother had to ask him to repeat everything he said. Finally, though, we ordered two 10-piece nug combos. When we pulled up to the window, two people were standing there, but neither greeted us. They conversed quietly for a while, but still didn't acknowledge our presence. After a few minutes of this, one of them finally handed us two 5-piece combos. NOPE. WRONG. We explained the problem and one of the employees told us he'd give us two more 5-pieces. We started to eat as we waited, and bit into the driest, oldest spicy nuggets ever. These things had obviously been sitting around all day, but, as I mentioned, I had been at a Wiz Khalifa concert and needed the sustenance, so I choked them down anyway. Would you like some sauce for your nuggets? That's a question we were never asked, so we took matters into our own hands and requested some hot sauce. Naturally, it wasn't in our bags. Also absent were napkins, which we failed to notice until we drove away. Well, that's why pants are so great: it's like you're always wearing napkins. We washed our dusty chicken briquets down with the most disgusting wild berry lemonade I've ever had the bad luck to drink. It tasted like someone forgot to add water to the purple drink concentrate. They never confirm the order or the price. Good is never correct and the person at the window never says a word. Doesn't matter what Wendy's you go to they are all the same way. It is a Wendy's. I mean it is hard to get excited about a fast food restaurant, but this one is ok. Which means I'll go back again. They haven't messed up my order yet, which is always a good sign for a restaurant. The staff seems cordial enough, but there isn't anything about this Wendy's that makes me want to drive from all over to go here. If I am in the area and I feel like getting a burger and the wife is nowhere to be found to tell me how fat I'm getting since we tied the knot, then I'll stop here and get a double with fries. Where do I begin?!?! Went there today because everything else was closed due to the Fourth of July. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with an apple juice and a single cheeseburger with bacon meal with a sprite. After I paid the total I pulled upto the second window to pick up my food And noticed several ants outside of the window. I didn't think much into it until I got home.... My daughter and I devoured our food. I couldn't finish my Sprite so I decided to dump the rest out in the sink. As I was dumping out the sprite I noticed several ants in the cup. I was able to save about five of them so I would have proof. I'm so disgusted and will NEVER eat Wendy's or drink a fountain soda without looking in it first!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I will have to post an update soon. I tried calling corporate but they're closed because of the holiday. I did email them and waiting for a response. Others aren't kidding or exaggerating... this is THE SLOWEST "fast food", anywhere. I've had table service faster. Waited in line 20 minutes with just 3 parties ahead of me. The food is OK, but I waited another 20 minutes for my order of nuggets, fries, and chili... and they forgot the chili. On Monday January 9, 2018, I was driving through the drive thru of Wendy's at 6355 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, MD 21045. There was a van blocking the drive thru and I was unable to get around the van. At 4:08pm I attempted to give the phone number on the van a call in reference to this matter but was placed on hold as they were closed. I then went to the Wendy's door to ask an associate to have the person move their van so I could get out of the drive thru. The manager then came out and told me I had more than enough room to move my vehicle. I explained to her that I could not move my van because I would burst my tire and if she was willing to pay for it, then I would be more than happy to move my van. She then stated that she was not paying for anything. She also said that I needed to back my vehicle up and turn around and get the hell out of her drive thru because they are closed and the plumber is stuck in the ceiling. She went back inside and then came back out to go to her vehicle. I then said so you're just going to leave me stuck in your drive thru? She said you need to take your black ass back to your country. I said excuse me, I am from this country so you need to go back to yours. She then stated get your black ass out of here before I follow you home and come to your house and kill you and your child. I will never support this Wendy's. This manager is racist towards African Americans. read more

Just pulled out of their parking lot. It took 35 min to get our order. They charged us for upgrade when we asked for the chili instead of fries. It clearly states its a choice. A woman dropped our sandwiches. Had to wait for them to remake 2 more. Worried they might not have given us new ones. I went in couple of days ago and ordered a frosty and a dollar burger , used the bathroom which was really nasty and overflowing urinal and the toilet looked clogged and smelt bad in there , came out and picked up my food and ate my frosty in store and there's salmonella in the store , I'm feeling like throwing up flu like symptoms or food poisoning, went out to my car and started violently throwing up and den I've been bed ridden with the flu fever and stomach cramps till this day , maybe they didn't clean the frosty machine like they should every day or unsanitary conditions, I would report them to the health department before anyone else starts getting sick read more

The staff was rude and appeared to be able to care less. The other day, I and my brother went to Wendy's and my brother ordered a Baconator and strawberry lemonade. We used the drive-through and when we ordered, the staff member serving us sounded like they were not in a good mood. When we got served the food, the strawberry lemonade mentioned earlier did not come with a straw. Another time, I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger and it came with mayo, even though I said "plain bacon cheeseburger". I'm placing this one on my blacklist. One star. read more

So I am on a dinner break for a class, and I figure this Wendy's is in Columbia, so there is a chance that unlike the other Wendys in Maryland it might be better then the other outlets...and no. Its worse. The manager on duty was total bee-otch. Not only do not have a single packet of salt, she tells her employees that "we are not obligated to have salt in the store."
