6/10/22 Drive-thru is only available while this location is under construction. I arrived around 7am this morning. There was no line, but it took about 10 minutes to prepare my order, the Maple Bacon Chicken croissant combo. The only thing that made up for the slow service was that my breakfast was free as I had a coupon and the yumminess of my sandwich. After taking care of processing my coupon, the cashier asked me to pull up to the door of the restaurant and said that he would bring out my order. He apologized for the wait, which was a nice gesture. Onto the food. The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant was delicious and a winner! My bacon and chicken was crispy. The croissant was toasty and the maple added sweetness to perfect the sandwich. Icing on the cake. The potatoes are ok, but not my favorite. I would prefer them plain with no seasoning. I'm not sure which sandwich I like better this one or the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit better. Wendy's definitely has the best chicken breakfast by far out of al fast food competitors. read more

I ordered a simple kids meal asking for fresh nuggets and unsalted french fries. I had to degrease each nugget with a few napkins and it was still a mouthful of Grease, asked for crispy unsalted french fries and they were soggy and gross and cold. I usually don't review fast food places, but I do when I think service is especially good or especially bad. Service here is not good, and I'm noticing a trend among Wendy's. I will say that we came here after leaving the location on 108 without getting to place and order. The grown son really wanted a Wendy's burger. And we were able to get through the drive through in 15 mins. But 15 minutes in line isn't supposed to be the goal. And no one ever seems to be in the stores, so they should not be overwhelmed in there. Servers weren't nasty, but just didn't seem to want to be there. A sigh proceeded each thing they said. This is by far the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Cold, dry burger and fries taste like they were sitting around for a while. The bacon on my burger was hard as a rock. It was so bad, i threw it in the trash after a couple bites. Even the "strawberry" frosty was off, it tasted like a vanilla shake (I don't know how that's even possible). I've been here exactly 4 times in 5 years and each time was way subpar to the Wendy's quality expectation. But this time totally sucked and was the last time I'll go here. It's no wonder there were only two cars in the drive thru (including mine) during lunch rush while the Chik Fil A across the street had two lanes wrapped around the building. I have been here a few times for drive thru. I do like their burgers better than McD's. Their fries are likewise among the best. Word of caution All their soft drinks are larger than the other burger chains. Their medium is similar to everyone else's large and their small is similar to everyone else's medium. This particular Wendy's has a reasonably ok drive thru. I haven't had to wait in line very long. I usually ask for just cheese and ketchup on my burger and that doesn't seem to show down the order any. Access is limited because of the divided highway in this area. read more

Normally, I think that reviewing fast food restaurants is tacky because the food is going to be the same quality no matter where you go. But tonight, I went through the drive through and was told that this particular Wendy's did not have any burgers - the only thing they had was chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE BURGERS WHEN YOU'RE A BURGER PLACE? My guess is that it was within a couple hours of closing time so the workers didn't feel like flipping any more burger pat for the night. My sandwich was topped with a huge amount of crispy things that I've never seen before let alone requested. Had to remove those too. This Wendy's has definitely improved since the renovations. Their service is much better than before and the staff on the front register are very kind. The food and burgers are delicious and the young lady working the register is always making sure I get everything in my order. Most times my food will come out hot and they will warn me to be careful. I am glad they care so much about their guests. The dining area looks great, always clean. Wait time is not that ideal when they are really busy (obviously), but they let customers know what they are waiting on and almost always an approximate wait time. read more

But tonight after a long day at work I rushed there to get a 4 for 4 before they closed. It's the only thing around here open when I get off. I arrived at 12:15, 45 minutes before they closed -- and there's no one there! Lights off, no one at the speaker, and one employee still sitting their car staring at me. Right after three other ppl pulled up behind me in the drive thru and pulled off too after yelling at the speaker to no avail. Tell your staff to stay until posted closing times please. Drive through, though the place was slow got our food in a reasonable amount of time. The food was good. Fries were fresh, meat cooked, the location and set up of the building is weird but it was a good experience. Just be careful getting stuck in traffic trying while in like for the drive through and exiting the premises, street traffic can build up and make it a congested area read more

This location should be closed! By far one of the most unprofessional staff working at this place. We were on Stanford Boulevard to go to a seminar and decided to cop a couple of Junior Bacons then go home. The line wasn't long and it was less than 2 minutes until we pulled up to pay. After we paid, we were asked to pull up because it would be a few minutes on the fries. Well, it was already a car waiting in front of us for their food so we had to pull up across the parking lot. One of the things I noticed that the 4 cars in the lot were all waiting on food too. The young lady came out with our bag but it was missing the fries. She went back and we watched her talk to her manager about our order. The manager looked pissed then 7 minutes after when we was about to say *&^%$# it and take our losses and go home ahead came out with the fries. She said "the staff gets lazy a lot" when its busy.
