I don't know why this Wendy's has such a low star rating but the manager was prompt with my order and everything was fresh to the T! I should have took a picture of it first before I devoured it. lol nothing special but the inside was very clean and everything worked which sometimes you don't get at fast food joints. Even though I ordered my breakfast BEFORE 11. I'm not sure who exactly is running this shift but those kids look really lost and don't know what's going on with their orders. I have tried this place 3 times. Each was worse. The food is always cold. Talking to the Manager is useless. She smiles and gives a rehearsed "Sorry". It looks like she slept in her uniform and is covered with food stains just like the drive-up area and window. This location is busy because of its location, so they don't really care. It's a real PIG fest. The woman at the window was having difficulty taking my money and giving my change because her false fingernails were about five inches long. It seems like their service has been going down south for awhile now. Now when I first arrive, was greeted right away with no pressure. Three times we visited this location via drive thru and aside from a long drive thru queue we have no complaints. Consistent Wendy's products/menu. Prices on par with nearby places (JitB, McDs, taco bell etc). When we're in the area at walmart or king soopers its always tempting to seeing through and grab a meal deal or two. Only knock is the drive thru wait but thats as much on the amount of people unwilling to go inside, like ourselves, so it's just tradeoffs. read more

Just went through the Drive Thru tonight, and ordered single burger, chili and large fries and an Apple Pecan Salad. Wanted a baked potato, but they were out. Staff friendly and pleasant, and ordering was quick, but I will NOT be coming back due to the food quantity and quality. The large fries was only about 3/4 full, the chili had ONLY beans and absolutely NO meat (tasted good though), and the burger was Meh at best. The only positive on the food was the delicious salad. Wendy's has always been stellar with the salads---fresh, tasty and full of food besides the lettuce!! I have liked every salad I have ever tried there. This was by far by worst food experience at any Wendy's, but not because of the staff!! read more

We have gone to this Wendy's for years but recently the service is horrible. We arrived at this Wendy's at 9:55 and waited in the drive thru until 10:00 for them to open, by 10:02 no one was answering so we decided to walk in. The doors were locked, so we decided to wait a minute longer. We tried again, this time 5 afger, and decided o leave. As we were walking back to the car a woman in a Wendy's uniform stopped us and told us to knock, that the worker was right there and that it's almost 10 past and they were supposed to be open. We thanked her, went back and did as instructed. The worker literally stared at us, turned around and walked away. We were angry at this point, knocked really loud, and again, she looked and then started sweeping. By this time another family was being us and there were 5 cars in the drive thru. Great people and the new restaurant is beautiful! The team has come a long way and don't exactly get enough credit for the hard work they provide to ensure consideration is instilled in their core values of their founder. Nothing is compromised from store to store and that level of care is not easy nor necessary but it is what makes Wendy's...well Wendy's; so to say their service was anything less than phenomenal even when a small mistake is made is absolutely ridiculous. The display of team work, effective strategies for ensuring everyone gets everything done, a sort of flow to their every move and routine in their work, and one other thing I find them remarkable at is the level of care.Nothing is done without first being thought out and well prepared. Much hard work is clearly put into each item so it is fresh, ideal and even healthy for the most part (for a fast-food place.) Very good job guys, dinner was great as it always is! :) ***Oh another thing, for the other reviewers, NO! Their chicken does not come pre-cooked!!! In fact, neither does anything they sale aside from a chicken nugget which comes that way always ordinarily no mater where you get it. I saw a worker come from the back of the restaurant with two chicken patties in his bare hands. No gloves and the chicken patties were not in a bag. Lord knows what the hell he did with them before he took to them to what looked like the fryer. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but I saw him pick the chicken patties up one more time with his bare hands before finally putting them in the fryer. That is disgusting. He also didn't seem to be clean himself, so I will never go to that Wendy's again. I wish I had gotten his name but I was also waiting on my food and wasn't sure what to say. I didn't want my food being disgustingly handled like that. But then again, who knows what happened to my fries before I got there? I could have sworn he didn't seem to have any front teeth, so maybe that will narrow down the search? I feel sick just thinking about it.
