The self service kiosks weren't working properly - not taking the rewards. The girl at the register tried to take the reward and was able to work. There was an angry younger guy with glasses who was upset with everything. It was definitely a mess. My son's chicken sandwich was wrong. Been to more organized Wendy's. read more

Wendy's used to be our go-to for fast food, but since the pandemic their prices have spiked and their portions have shrunk. It's right next to an exit from I-81 so is still generally crowded, and indecisive people milling around their kiosks make it worse. With the area traffic and always-awkward parking for people dining in, the price increases and "downhill" quantity and quality of the food, we no longer go there. read more

There is Taki Fuego on the menu but it has not been available since July. I think it should be taken off the menu, if it is not available. The burgers I did get were terrible~~greasy and pink inside not well done. In order to make a comment on the Wendy's page, you need the store number. If you don't have your receipt, there is not a place to get the store number, at least I have not found it. read more

A couple weeks ago, my husband and I stopped to grab a bite before heading out of town. I ordered the Jr bacon cheeseburger. I literally had to open the bun to see if they forgot the burger. It was probably 1/8 inch thick and 2 inches in diameter. There were also 3 one inch long pieces of bacon. I could taste the lettuce and tomato, though. I wrote to Wendy's and got the response below. I have not heard back from them with any sort of "making it right." We will not be eating there anymore, and telling everyone we know not to bother. For the price we paid for 2 small sandwiches and a large fries, we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant for a decent meal. Wendy's response: At Wendy's, we strive to delight every customer. The computer kiosks were hard to navigate and took forever to order. It automatically canceled my $80 order when the credit card portion of it wasn't working correctly and it also never gave me a chance to get my rewards from my app. Very disappointing read more

The manager is horrible! Her customer service skills are not only lacking but she was extremely rude and went out of her way to make my best friend and her young children uncomfortable and upset! It's bad enough prices are gourmet status BUT these places don't even give you all of your food and THEN have the nerve to be horrible to you! I went through the drive through. The person before us had 2 beautiful large dogs with their heads out the window. The lady taking payments decided it would be really nice to feed the dogs. She gave them food and her hands touched their mouths during the interaction. She then serves us putting her hands in the ice machine to get ice in the cup for our drinks and then gives us our food. She never used sanitizer or stopped to wash her hands. Our meal was incorrect and we were missing items. We ended up going to another restaurant. read more

My husband and I changed our clothes to walk tonight and stopped for salads on the way. After ordering we realized we didn't have our wallets. We asked them at the window to hold them until we could go home and get money but to our surprise they paid it forward and paid for them for us! I believe the persons name was Nyisha. It is not often that I will grant a chain fast food restaurant five stars. The fact of the matter, unless I get horrible service, I usually don't rate them worth a review. Tonight though was a different story. After a long day of work my family decided to get a quick bite out. Since Wendy's was donating 15% of their profits to Toy's for Tot's we chose to go there. Never before in fast food, have we seen such friendliness , professionalism and cleanliness in such an establishment (especially on an evening shift). As for the food, it was hot, fresh and made to look like it does on the ads! Although the price was a bit higher than the competition, the quality made it worthwhile! This place is right off the highway, and it is Cortaca weekend! By all means the place should have been trashed! But it was the opposite. This establishment seems to take a different approach than the normal fast food stereotype. For those passing through and stopping at the gateway to our community, the employees of Wendy's tonight proved to be excellent ambassadors! I hope they keep up the good work all of the time! P.S. It is only the beginning of November,the holiday season isn't even in full swing and that donation box was already full! So more kudos to the community of Cortland for your generosity! I got the most unacceptable service for asking for salt on my fries. The whole time I was waiting in line I saw fries come out without any salt go on them. So naturally, since I have received unsalted fries before there and I would like to have more than just a fried potato stick, I tasted one when I got the bag. I simply stated there is no salt on my fries, and asked if I could have some salted ones. I did not ask bouncing up and down with a huge smile asking pretty please, only if you have the time, but I also was by no manner rude or disrespectful. It was a simple statement. I just wanted salted fries. The boy ignored my request the first time, I had to say excuse me to get his attention, and he whips around, snatches the fry bag, throws it under the counter and walks away. The couple behind me were appalled and commented on the poor service shaking their head. I honestly was speechless, did not receive any more service and got looks from other people in the back after he apparently said something to them. I had to ask for a manager who also shot looks from the back. What??????? It was the most awful feeling because I told the manager I just wanted salted fries and did not want to have to salt all of my kids fries myself before going out to the car. I did not make a seen, just wanted salted fries. I just wanted to be waited on. The manager asked the girl at the register to give me some salted fries. The girl was very nice, but honestly, did no one else not care that they just had potato sticks? Not impressed with its changes, from posted menu to area set up. Although the food is good, we spent more $$$ than we thought we should. Never saw any combo options nor value items. A plus was that the restaurant was clean in the dining area. I may pop in again, and I will be looking again to see whether or not this Wendy's offers combos as well as value items. read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It took forever to get our food, which I guess defeats the purpose of fast food. Also the women's restroom was DISGUSTING. There wasn't toilet paper in either stall but they had a stack of napkins for us to use. Simply unacceptable.
