Never clean, terrible service, just shut it down already. This is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Wish they would hire a more professional staff. Everyone has an attitude and the food sucks. Wouldn't be surprised if they're spitting on everybody's food. These people are miserable and they don't even bother to clean the place or tidy up. It's the definition of a shithole. I'd rather go to McDonald's, Five Guys or even the shitty burger place next to Starbucks one block over. read more

New pulled pork sandwich keep it, the bun is huge compared to the meat, besides asking for no BBQ, of course it came with BBQ. And it's chopped not pulled. Smoked Gouda is a mc chicken with so little cheese it may as well not.this and the pork are way overpriced bread sandwiches. Put them on the value menu and get the staff to pay attention to the orders . Stick with the baconators, seems that and fries is all they can do right. read more

I asked for the 4 for $4.44 & I clearly said "crispy chicken wrap" and they gave me the sandwich. Let's not forget the barbecue sauce that they DIDNT add so I was forced to eat french fries and chicken nuggets, dry. Lines are a disaster. They take forever to take orders and then the food isn't fresh by the time we got it. I know that their saying is "it's not fast food", but come on. Waiting 20 min on a line with maybe 5 people ahead of us should not take this long. read more

TANYA works at drive thru and screwed up my order. When I told her I was missing an item she told me I had an attitude and closed the window on me. When she returned with my item, I suggested she had an attitude... she then called me a fat b*tch (that was the mildest of the names she hurled at me). By far the worst Wendy's. Management is none existing. Employees do as they please. Ordered 5 meals, got 4, employee giving me an attitude claiming I got all my food. Meanwhile I haven't moved. Then comes the eye roll. So I pulled over to go inside. Before I get to the front door a nicer employee already had my missing food. I still proceeded to speak to the manager and advise them of the attitude. Well that's when shit got crazy. The employee yells from behind the counter, ain't nobody give you attitude!, I replied you are doing right now. Manager agrees, I walk away. As I get into my vehicle the employee opens the drive thru window to yell at me, yeah whatever! Yoooo, I lost it and went back to the manager for nothing, that's when I realized the manager had no control of her staff... This was 5 months ago. I go back today, and of course I am missing food, nugget sauces that I asked for.... The service at this Wendy's is down right shameful! Sad! Don't buy food here after the dinner rush (6pm) because it might not be fresh and may be so absolutely disgusting that you actually get food poisoning and are so sick you have to call out of work. I ordered a chicken wrap and fries and I'll never be going back. read more

Quick and efficient! I like this place. Just always please check your orders just to be safe. I think one or more times they ran out of something. One time they ran out of baked potato and another ran out of nuggets. Other than that this place is my go to. read more

It's a chain and it's fast food, not much different than any others. Nothing spectacular but if you need to grab a quick bite, it'll do. This particular location seems a bit slower than other's I've been to, but maybe I caught them on a bad day the two times I've been there. read more

Wish I didn't have to give stars. First of all the fact that wendys got rid of spicy nuggets makes me not want to come here anymore. 2nd of all there is ALWAYS something wrong when I come here. Soda is either too flat, fries are too cold or they aren't cooked enough, had a hair wrapped into my snack wrap. Gross. Went through the drive up window the Sunday before last. Ordered a single hamburger,no cheese. At the pickup window, asked the person giving me the bag if there was ketchup in the bag and she said yes. Drove away and parked the car a few minutes later to eat; I had a cheeseburger and there was no extra ketchup in the bag. Needless to say, I am not going back to this Wendys.... read more

This Wendy's is very clean inside. Sometimes they will pull this on customers if you order baked potato with sour cream or with out sour cream and you ask for butter they will tell you there is charge on butter and yet other Wendy's in the tri state don't charge for butter at all. read more
