I usually don't write a review of a fast food establishment as you pretty much know what to expect, but BIG kudos to this McDonald's. Super clean, super fast service, ordering station worked well. What impressed me was the quick delivery of my order and the pleasantness of the server. Brought my order, said enjoy your meal, all with a big honest smile. I would not normally review McDonalds, but last week, for the second time, the employee at the drive-thru kept some of my change. It wasn't the same employee as the first time, but now I know it wasn't a mistake. I complained the last time, and they couldn't have cared less. This time the employee folded the receipt around the change, so I wouldn't immediately see that she had tipped herself $5 on an order that was $4.53. read more

They tore down the old one, built a new one and the service is just as bad as the old one. The person on the speaker at the drive through barely speaks English and it takes forever to get your food. In all seriousness on a hot Summers night, do you think it's a WISE decision to plainly hand a customer the McFlurry flat out with even a bag or a single napkin to cover the container?? This was the limited edition one from the Netherlands. It was all caramelized to begin with having a nonstable container. WHERE is the customer service? Might I add, while paying at the drive-thru window the giddy female worker dropped my change on the ground not waiting for me to receive it. McDonalds will either profit from this at the end of the night by picking it all up or they'll be in a deficit. Pay attention to detail. Might be wack to rate a Mickey Ds but hey, I'm doing it! This one is my go to for iced coffee when I'm in a rush because well, I think its pretty good overall and the dunkin up the road always is 10 cars deep on the morning commute during the week. Homegirl don't have patience for that! This location does close early though so don't expect a greasy hallelujah at 2am when your DD is escorting you home-- gotta go to the one on route 6 fo dat! read more

Prefer McDonald's for breakfast. Still their best food items. This location has improved service since they hire mostly adults for the counter, and they work quickly. Kudos for improvement. Enjoy the Sausage McMuffin with Egg, or the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Sandwich Coffee has so much improved in recent years, and served in an insulated cup. Now promotionally priced at $1, all day. This location is fine for the drive thru however dining inside is a different story. We ate there last night, and I swear I thought we traveled to a South American country. EVERYONE who works here SCREAMING to one another in Spanish. People all look dirty with unkempt hair and poor personal hygiene. We ordered our food from a woman who spoke broken English and had difficulty understanding us. We had to ask for beverage cups which came with our meals. The straws, cup lids and other items needed replenishing. The floors of the dining areas were covered with food debris, straw wrappers, etc. The tables were all filthy. We picked the most clean one out of what was available and covered it with open napkins. All this while one of the women working there kept yelling in Spanish to her 3 boys who were running around the entire place and a man who we assumed was the father. The man sat next to Ronald on the bench while the boys ran around. I felt like I was in their living room. We didn't even finish our meal. The place is really dirty and it's not acceptable with the number of people "working" there. I'd clean house and fire them all. Bad experience. Sad that this location has gone so down hill. read more

Exactly what you expect at a McDonalds. Fast service, consistent flavor. This one is in a nice setting, and has a bench inside with Ronald sitting on it which entertains no matter what the age. Ample seating, and as you would expect some dirty tables but mostly they were clean. There were food timing bells / alarms going off nonstop throughout the meal. That reminds me of being in the hospital! Annoying. Could bring it down to 2 stars but giving them three because it is the only problem. Nice sized booths that fit all 5 of us - 3 of whom are tall.
