I'm back again with another review. Can't believe I gave this place another chance. Giving this Wendy's location your business is like making a deal with the devil. Nobody who works here wants to work here. They will sigh in your face when you ask for simple food. Zero drinks are available in the machine at all times. Who wants Mello Yello? I'm not a country bumpkin who's going to dollar general before I kick back and relax at my doublewide. Mello Yello sucks and that's the only thing available. On another note there is no frosty in the machine. That's yo whole personality. How is there no frosty? It takes literally 20 minutes for you to get your order through if you are in a line of 6 people. The attitude I see behind the counter makes me not even want to sit here. On a personal note, I think that the general manger or owner just needs to burn this bitch down and start from scratch. Build a cookout or something here. Wendy's is amazing but the service and attitude of this one has been six feet under for years. If there was an award for being the worst restaurant in the world this one would win. There are no nice reviews on this place. If there was a Super Bowl for shit ass service I would give every person in this place the MVP. I give up on this Wendy's. Truth be told, the main reason for swinging here was my bladder needing a pit stop AGAIN, curse of taking vitamins this morning of a road trip. What was I thinking? We've had a very late start for this 8+HR drive so quick stops and since already got gas at the last pit stop, will get food. Hubby figured with his food allergies, would be perhaps more selections here vs all of the common fast food places on this strip off the highway. The one door was for entrance, and sign on door clearly marks mask requirement during this Covid pandemic. Ample floor signage marking 6' distance. Even sign on door stated one person to use it. . . A lady was coming out, right when I was going to knock on the door, so I went in, and there were three stalls. I entered and then realized after I was doing my thing, there was someone in one of the other stalls . . Oops. And someone else came in . . Clearly no one monitors that part, I mean, who would . . Plus, the fact that the bathroom had TP on the floor (what's with that? There must be some person who goes around bathrooms and throws TP around on the floor?! Why don't people pick up after themselves?) Anyway, not as critical since most people don't come for the bathroom (unless they had vitamins and a teeny bladder). I wanted a single hamburger as I've normally been eating various types of veggie burgers at home . . . I didn't want to risk having a soda (too much sugar and that and/or caffeine definitely would make me pee - tmi) to avoid more pit stops but upgraded with fresh lemonade for the hubster and upgraded to large fries when he said he didn't see anything he wanted to eat but was going to have fries. Employees were wearing masks, there was also a plastic barrier. It was a bit difficult to hear what's being said, but there was a group of girls that placed their order before us too. I noticed at the place to wait to pick up food, there was a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall next to the counter. Our order took awhile perhaps due to other order, though didn't see theirs on the monitor. Condiments were in the large dispensing container vs individual pack so hubby ended up not getting any ketchup. . . Which given how bland the fries were, they certainly could use some salt, and that's from a person who used to love unsalted foods. We took our food to go, and it did make me giggle about the square burger in the round bun with lettuce, cheese, pickles, onion, tomato. Though Wendy's burger "meat" tastes differently than other fast food burgers, it was acceptable though all the other toppings definitely helped with the taste. Overall, food was ok, wish the fries were tastier but we had to go to another place to get something for Hubby to eat. We ordered 2 frostys this morning, 5/19/2024 around 9:20am, along with our meals. The top part of the frosty reached about 3/4 of the way to the top of the cup, which I wouldn't have thought much about aside from the fact that there were so many air gaps in the rest of the cup that only about 1/2 of the cup was actually filled. We were the only car in the drive through and no one was at the register so they were not busy. We nicely asked if they could fill the cup a bit more and pointed out the air gaps in the cup when they looked confused. The man who was handing us the frostys through the window went to go fill the frostys up, he wasn't particularly friendly but he wasn't being rude either, so again I would have left it at that if that was the end of what happened. While the other gentleman (a young thin light skinned African American man) was tapping the cup on the counter to get the air pockets in the cup filled (which is what you're supposed to do when people order milkshakes and similar, my husband and I have both worked in fast food and know this from experience) an older heavyset African American man employee starts yelling "that's filled too much!!!" And then giving us dirty looks. My husband had to go back in to get some spoons, straws, forks, and napkins (none of which were provided to us through the drive through) the older heavyset man was again looking at my husband and giving him dirty looks again. read more

First time visit to this location. I went through the drive through and asked them to recommend a burger. She didnt know what to say, so the manager/supervisor came on and recommended the pretzel burger. I have a sensitivity to dairy, and told them I needed NO CHEESE, NO DAIRY. They said they could accommodate that. That is what I ordered. He confirmed mustard and some other sauce. Great, I like it saucy. Then, they offered a drink or a Frosty. Again, sorry, no dairy. I did not order a drink. I pulled up to the window to pay and get my food. First, they handed me a soda. I am looking at it like, "why did you hand me a soda?" I did not order a drink. She took it back. Hopefully they got a new cup for that guest. They gave me my burger and fries. I get home and unwrap everything. I am now looking at this. There are barely three drops of their sauce. Disappointing! It's dry. Then I see a slice of cheese when I ordered NO cheese! Now I had to open up the burger, pull bacon off the melted cheese and scrape off all the cheese. I couldn't get all of it off, which means the rash on my face will resurface if I eat it. I give the male supervisor/manager a 4 for great customer service but a 1 for lack of order accuracy follow through, the cashier a 2 for giving me the wrong order and lacking a smile and cheer. I asked to speak to a manager he said "I'm the manager". After speaking to cooperate, he was only a employee training to be a manager. Pretty much your standard Wendy's (food-wise), but the wait is much longer than usual. The wait is so long that it shouldn't even be considered a fast food restaurant. I didn't really mind the wait because I was in no rush, but I could see how others may be affected by it. Also, there was a long line of people waiting to order, and only one cash register was open. I don't understand why one of the employees goofing around in the back couldn't step up and man the other register. Expect the wait to be about 10-15 minutes after you place your order. Standing in line to place your order depends on how many people are in line and how many registers are open. Expect that to be a long wait as well (I waited 10 minutes). read more

They had one person running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to take orders and put them all together. Ok I really wanted to give jasmine a high rating because she was very patient and polite. But when you compile the food the ambiance, the uncleanliness and archaic look the bad outweighs the good. It is sad because this Wendy's could do way better if the company would remodel. I personally don't think the place is extremely dirty but rather dated. It was like walking back into the early 80s when people would smoke in the restaurant. If only they remodeled the kitchen first the shrunk the dining room by 10% then they can transition to the second phase and remodel the dining area which needs a whole lot of TLC. Not only is the point if view from the dining area dated but the equipment is stuck in the 90s. If this is a corporate Wendy's then shame on the company for allowing such an embarrassment. Now for my burger it was cooked well and tasted superb. Although I may not dine here again as long as it looks this bad, I surely will be a frequent if the remodel and clean the place up. read more

Service was so slow, I didn't even bother ordering after waiting. After a long wait in line, I finally became next and the cashier walked away and started working on filling orders. She was waiting for on food to be prepared, so I left. A previous trip to the restroom to wash my hands was unsuccessful as there wasn't any soap available. The dispenser was out. Today February 10, 2019 @ 4:18 pm I was in for a surprise. I had an excellent staff member wait on me. Her name is Janiya by the receipt. She took the time to bag my hot potatoes and chili in separate bags and the cold stuff salads butter sour cream and frosties in a separate box saying, "I like my food to be this way ..I hope you enjoy" and gave a smile. Everyone that has written a review is on point. The service is awful, employees are rude, don't say thank you. Today I ordered Tea, was not given the option of sweet or unsweet so they made the decision to give me unsweetened tea. I ordered the Berry Burst salad, the Roasted Almonds are dated April 16, 2018 with a few worms in the bag. The salad had brown lettuce on the bottom with nice green lettuce on the top. The service is awful when going through the drive through. They always ask what sauce I want but never put it in the bag and then try to charge me extra basically claiming that I'm a liar. Quality of the food is fair and decent, I've never gotten anything cold or nasty. They need better staff.. after this was renovated the new staff has brought the business down. Also, it's fast food not a 5 course meal.. I should get my to-go order in my bag with no problems in less than 5 minutes at most. read more

Slow drive-thru service and the cashier appeared to be annoyed to be there. I could tell the fries had been sitting out for a while. The experience was OK, I suppose, but I'd feel like a burden if I went back which I don't plan on it. This place is terrible. The drive thru is so slow, they never get my order correct and have terrible attitudes overall. I have gone back several times to give them another chance but today was the final time! Since the remodeled location has been open the service at Wendy's is horrible. This location is under staffed and the staff members don't seem to see an urgency when customers have been waiting several minutes just to be served. I order two combo from here today and my burgers were made incorrectly. I walked in an told the staff that I would like new burgers and showed my receipt. It took over 10 mins from me asking for new burgers until I received new burgers. During this time they almost re-served the burgers I bought back in (after I touched the burgers) to another customer. I had to tell the cashier I bought those burgers back in and not to serve them. One of the workers proceeded to get upset that the cashier was throwing out my incorrectly made burgers... Needless to this is by far the worst experience I've had. read more

I'm not a frequent customer of fast food places, but Wendy's stores have offered decent value. NOT in this case; save your money. Staff attitude was uncaring and close to in-your-face rude. The burger was thin, almost tasteless and cold. The fries were mealy white and seemed undercooked. Couldn't do much about the taste - no salt/pepper offered at the counter and no shakers on the tables. Apparently management is not motivated to train staff or to maintain franchise standards, and no one on duty appeared to be in charge. Give this place a pass! Other options are nearby. read more
