They were very polite and remade the sandwich. The bread was better but still a little dry so I tried to eat it but quickly found that they had put the hot peppers on the sandwich instead of the banana peppers I had ordered so I couldn't eat it, I can't tolerate very spicy food due to stomach issues. Oh well. It's disappointing because Neil's used to be really exceptional but I don't have money to throw away on food I can't eat. It was supposed to be a treat but I had to throw it away.
