Salad always be old AF!!!! I found a bread tie plastic in my salad. Even if you return it to get a better one still be old lettuce.

I came sunday evening inside and the store floor was so dirty it made me really think so I want to eat here but I still ordered they got my order wrong and was tryna argue with me but one of the crew people told me they got me and took care of it crazy that the crew got more sense the. I'm going through some personal stuff and working DoorDash right now and haven't ate anything all day. I got my order 4/26/24 at 3 am. The fries are absolute garbage. I was just in Wendys on Sibley in Dolton, Il. I ordered a single with cheese combo, a plain jr bacon cheeseburger, and a small vanilla frosty. When the guy asked me did I want cheese on the jr bacon CHEESEBURGER I should have known this was going to be a very bad experience. They charged me over 12bucks to not give me my combo and to tell me I ordered what I got and they don't have vanilla can we give you chocolate which that was fine. I get home to feed my kids to find a jr bacon cheeseburger with everything and a dry single cheeseburger with NOTHING. Horrible. None of the food was hot. I had 4 items that should've been AT LEAST warm. These people just DONT CARE! Forget the fact that the burgers didn't even have what I asked for on them. Furthermore, nuggets were cold & hard. The fries luke warm. The burgers were cold, to where the cheese wasn't even melted. It was just all bad. If I had the time, I would have turned around. Folks! Last night I went to this Wendy in dolton, IL the customer service is horrible they are very rude I order a sandwich and fries just for it to be cold who wants cold food so I pulled back through the drive to explain to them my order is cold literally everything after that they proceeded to try to fix my order and still got it wrong I then tell them I want a refund cause like who finna be dealing with that they begin to tell me that they doesn't give out refunds so I begin to tell them that if I don't receive a refund I'm not moving my car I will be holding up their line they tell me that they will have to call the police ( I told them that's what they gonna have to do ) I set hold up there line for 30 min until they finally called the police and the talk to them and begin to get my side of the story they have worker working in there with no nets on their head and with bonnet and Durags they out very rude and disrespectful !!!!! Okay, first off we all know it's in the ghetto, nobody can change that. So it is what it is, but that being said this is a very clean nice location! I don't know what the bad reviews are about, BEACUSE they put my order together correctly, the lady was very courteous, and the service was quick (it's lunch time right now 12:07) and their were no issues! Now I'm giving it 4 stars because the ketchup isn't out... And the ceiling tiles look like their about to collapse with water lol.
