Service was awful, the cashier was tinkering with the slushy machine while customers were waiting to order. This was the worst Gyro I've ever had. When I discovered it was tiny bits of charred meat I was turned off and would've taken it back if it weren't so cold out. I just threw it away instead. read more

I really wish I could give this a better rating, but no. I heard they had good food so I decided to give them a try. Very disappointing. I ordered a philly cheese and after pulling out all the onions, that's when I saw there was basically no meat. Just one little tired sliver of meat and absolutely no flavor (unless you enjoy a mouth full of onions). The fries were just as bland. No salt or seasoning of any kind. I ordered with Doordash delivery a deep fried burrito, everything in it (chicken and steak), fries and a slice of cake $23. I specifically added a special instructions to put the tomatoes and lettuce on the side. When I received it, I had NO MAYO, NO TOMATOES OR LETTUCE. When I visited this location today, it was not as crowded as I expected once I arrived. I am always on the look out for vegan options, when not necessarily eating at a vegan restaurant. Some of the fast food restaurants I visit are just that, they have a fast food mentality. When requesting my meal to be prepared a certain way, it seems like the cashier had selective hearing. After taking my order back (veggie tacos) and preparing it the correct way, it turned out very tasty. If this is the type of fast food you like, this place is okay. The banners and advertising around the restaurants building seemed pretty intriguing... Clearly, I was not prepared for a 30 min drive-way wait for my order and still currently counting as I type here in YELP awaiting my sandwich and fries FML! The order taker over the speaker clearly has no sense of urgency along with the rest of the staff at this location and he has no skills when being able to take an order and make certain all was understood by customer whose placing order, not a repeat of order to customer, nor confirmation either.... BUT, What should I expect on this side of town; upscale professional service for my dollar, highly unlikely. I love this Baba's, the staff is pretty nice and they get your food ready in a decent amount of time. Their philly's and Gyros are very good. I frequent this place but I go through the drive thru. It's ratchet in the inside. Youngsters always handing in there and on the outside or trying to sell you stuff, so I took away the star because of that but other than its decent. read more

I was there on Friday (5-4-2018), I ordered a philly steak for myself and pizza puff and fries for my 6 year old granddaughter. My sandwich was very good, however, my granddaughter ate half of her pizza puff and a few fries... later that night she became violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened, I didn't want a refund, free meal or anything...because I'll never go there again. I spoke to the manager, Naz, he was very polite and apologetic.
