Usually I order my food and get back on the interstate quick as I can as I have a long drive. This time I decided I would check the order before getting out of the parking lot past the tesla charging station. Lo and behold my order was wrong again. So I went back through the drive-thru I explained at the menu that the order was wrong and told them what I wanted. When I got to the window they told me what the total was to purchase the items that I assumed they were replacing. They did not replace them they made new ones and sold them to me and then said sorry for the misunderstanding before this should be the correct order. I don't want nor expect anything for free I just wanted what I ordered and not to pay for more things. But instead I got to pay for the wrong items as well as the ones I wanted and so I had four items that I did not want and ended up throwing out at the ampm nearby. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. As for the restaurant it's quality has dropped significantly. What used to be clean, professional, and pleasant, has turned into another stop off the interstate that you hope has toilet paper and pray that the toilet is working, truly disappointing.
