The location is great! It's right off 1-5 and in a large shopping center with plenty of other food and dining options. The parking lot is massive and you will not have trouble finding parking. This location always seems to be pretty busy due to the nearby Target and Costco, especially on weekends. The drive thru line is long every time I have been here. The service is quick and attentive. When they aren't busy the restaurant is really clean and the staff is friendly. It's in-n-out so you kind of know the menu, prices, and experience you are getting since it's a chain. This location keeps the same great taste with low prices. Bottom line/TLDR: solid location. read more

We go to in n out quite a bit. It's our go to for a quick dinner on a night we aren't making a homemade meal. We choose in n out for the quality and ingredients and love the convenience. Yes, the line is long - which they go faster on a non rainy day with the parking lot attendant doing orders. There is a good reason the line is long, they're great! Ambiance feels positive and diner style with often smiling workers. I enjoy seeing the food cooked while going through the drive through. Our kids love a cheese meat only burger, and I get mine animal style. Started getting the onion wrap Flying Dutchman also for a delicious add on and my substitute for French fries. Yesterday I asked for the kids play book (pencil and activity paper) and they also gave my kids hats. They're wearing them still today and were very happy to get a special gift with their meal. I stopped here on Sunday night around 9:15 pm after I had filled my car up with gas. Normally I get consistant good service and food over different locations all over the state at In N Out. But this location, some one need to check on the burger assemblers. I ordered my usual Double Double Animal style with extra grilled onions, but what I received is a poorly assembled burger that was all falling off one side lopsided and made it impossible to eat and get an even taste of all the ingredients in every bite the way it usually is. I couldn't just push the patties and bun around to straighten cause it was all squished out the backside into the tight wrapper. I should of complained and had them make it again, but that would just be more waiting that I didn't wanna do. This bad job of putting the burger together spoiled the whole taste experience for me. Yeah, I love my Double Double, but I need it done right! The fries at least were OK. I might think twice about returning to this location. We popped in around 9pm last night, and the drive thru was insane, so we went in to order dinner and take it back to our hotel. So you may be wondering why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Well, this In-N-Out is ridiculously slow. Like I said, the drive thru was insane, but the inside was not. The inside staff was super slow. It wasn't that the staff couldn't keep up, the guy calling out the numbers disappeared. Yes, he disappeared! I had the best double double ever. The bun was crisp, meat and cheese perfect and sauce just the right amount. The fries were cooked perfectly as well!! The whole staff was friendly and amazing. Don't like getting animal style fries because it gets soggy, so I get plain fries and animal style sauce on the side so I can dip it. Overall we always have great experience with the food at an in n out. The only things that go wrong is service and wait time. Today the service was good but the line was too long for drive through so we decided to do take out. Take out wasn't too long of a wait.
