I understand professionalism, pride in appearance of self and store, have gone the way of the dodo. However I ordered on the app for drive thru. When I got there a voice (the manager, no name on her tag) said the drive thru is down I needed to order inside. I said I ordered already on the app. She said I had to come inside and order. When I got to the register told the cashier my name my order was already in the system. Next I had to wait more than 15 minutes for two burgers that had been steamed not fried. Stopped here on a long roadtrip hoping for some clean restrooms and decent food. We found neither. The ladies' restroom was gross. The toilet was covered with pee and wasn't bolted to the ground. It wobbled horribly. The restroom also smelled heavily of cigarettes. The employee who took our order was quite pleasant. She greeted us with a smile and efficiently took our order. We waited for about 20 min for our food and all the while a man (presumably a shift lead or manager of sorts) yelled at his crew. The store wasn't busy at all while we were there. The food was pretty subpar. I ordered a Caesar salad- they put blue cheese on it for no reason, included the wrong dressing, and the chicken looked like it had sat out for days. The fries were stale. They forgot to give us a part of our order, although they were quick to fix that once we asked for it. We're a Wendy's loving family but everyone felt mildly ill after eating their food. Overall, PLEASE don't go here. The food is basically inedible and it's not a pleasant experience. Go across the street to McDonald's or another fast food place. read more

We were very happy with the food and service at the Wendy's on Lake Drive in Dyersburg TN. We had not eaten at a Wendy's in years, and we were happy with this one. The manager had no problem when I asked that she replace my warm fries. She gave me fresh hot fries right out of the fryer. Thank you to all of the employees at this Wendy's. GOOD JOB!!! read more

I haven't been to Wendy's in years. I remember those big juicy hot triple cheeseburgers way back, as far back as the late 70s. We never imagined a square hamburger patty. Everybody in school was talking about it. It cost more, but it was worth it. Well, things change. Now the triple looks like off the children's menu and the price tripled. It was good. It was fresh, but for $15, you shouldn't still be hungry. Sonic costs less and the burgers are adult size. The problem with Sonic is they precook the patties, and your burger is often cold, and the cheese is cold and unmelted. You have to time it at Sonic. You got to learn when they are serving cooked to order and it's fine. read more

This location will always make you pull to the side to get your food after you have paid and they will make you wait over 30 minutes. It had been this way for the past 2 years. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

Let me tell you about my experience at the Wendy's on Lake Rd in Dyersburg TN on Thursday, July 18 around 8pm. First of all, I could not understand the female taking orders at the window at all. I had to repeat my order to her three times, then all I heard was "pulluh" which I figured meant "please pull forward." She opened the window and asked what I had. I repeated my order again. Never told me a total, never repeated it back to me, just took my card and swiped it then closed the window as she mouthed something else. She disappeared for a couple of minutes but I could hear her screaming and laughing with some of the kitchen staff and saw them just standing around wasting time then she came back and goes "I asked you to go park I'll bring it out." Well sorry, speak where I can understand you. So I go park in a parking space at a fast food restaurant and wait. I waited. And waited. And waited. 24 minutes total. Another woman finally came out with a bag and all she said was "doubles?" I said no, because I didn't order "doubles" I ordered three Biggie Bags with drinks. She goes "man, these people about to drive me crazy" and walked off shaking her head. Then I thought that maybe that was my order that had more food with it and she just didn't have the drinks, so I turned back as she was about to go back inside and yelled out "ma'am! Wait!" Mind you there were five other cars around me, parked beside me running and at the window running, so it was loud so I had to speak up to be heard over all of the noise. The look on her face was like I had called her some horrible name. She just stared at me and slowly started walking back as I was asking if it was the Biggie Bag. From halfway across the parking lot she sarcastically said "yes, that's what I told you it was." So she brought it over with so much sass and attitude I almost didn't take it. She literally shoved it at me and started to walk off and told her I had three drinks. Not a word, not a nod, not anything to acknowledge that she heard me. I was about to go in but she came back with three drinks. Didn't say a word to me. Shoved them in my face, one lid came loose and spilled all down my arm because she was shoving them at me so hard, not so much as a sorry for your half hour wait, sorry for my rudeness, sorry for spilling a drink down your arm. Nothing. Shoved them at me and turned around as I asked for a receipt. No answer and she never came back with one. I was furious. I went home, which took about three minutes, and took the food out. The nuggets were hot, which was clearly the last thing to come out, so I thought maybe everything was just as hot and fresh. Wrong. The fries were cold and stuck together. The burgers were cold and wadded up and the patties were charcoal. The drinks had a little ice left in them but the majority had already melted. They had clearly put all three meals together when I first got there, let it sit for half an hour, then added the nuggets. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out that doesn't work. I have never been treated so rudely at a fast food restaurant nor have I ever had food that was so bad. That entire night staff needs to be replaced. I will never, ever, EVER go back to that location. The little miss somebody running food out needs an attitude check and a new job, if anyone else would be dumb enough to hire her. read more
