Well I went to this Wendy's restaurant for today and my friend and I order a medium size but I found it funny that my nuggets cup support the size of medium not small I guess the employee made a mistake but maybe next time they should put five nuggets only for the medium and large size for the order. I ordered 2 baconator fries with no cheese sauce. My bf went out and got it for me, but when he brought it back it had cheese sauce on both of them. My bf went back and showed them and the guy who made it called the manager over and they gave him a hard time saying that was the cheddar cheese, so he called me and picked me up so I could show them it was cheese sauce. At this point I'm very visibly angry and they notice my bf behind me and I tell the manager working at the time that they have cheese sauce and she immediately says she'll fix it and says to the kid making it multiple times to put no cheese sauce. I get it, and it's 2 containers of fries with bacon and 2 cups of cheese sauce. it pissed me off that I had to make it, but I just took it and made it at the table anyway. Meanwhile, the kid who was supposed to make it was staring at me, so I started staring back and he didn't look away. I angrily asked why he was staring at me and he audibly complained about me to his manager instead of looking away. I made my food and left. I hope the higher ups see this and if you don't believe me or they tell another story, check the cameras. You'll see everything I'm saying is true. Keep in mind, if my bf accidentally touched the cheese sauce he could die from allergies, but the cheddar cheese is fine and they were trying to convince him it was the shredded cheddar. read more

lemme just say wow. i have worked in the food industry for the last 10 years i started at 15 and never in my ten years have i seen a store so unable to handle a mistake they made. i ordered a HALF size salad, and a daves double meal large, was charged 30$!?!? to only find out they charged me extra for another salad i never wanted. okay cool- got that handled then after paying 25$ i got one burger, a half salad and a soda. when i asked about my fries i was told that i didnt order fries. the manager proceeded to yell out the window that i mustve made a mistake, charged me for a seperate fry (which if u lost count now i have paid for every item individually now even tho i ordered a meal) and then left the window open while ignoring me when i asked why i was being charged for all these items separately. the girl who gave us our order basically threw it at us and even tho we were the only ones in line and there several hours before close sthey all seemed like they didnt wanna do their job and wanted to rush through handing out the food. not one person double checked the bag and i had to ask for a copy of my receipt twice as the first time they took it back when they realized they mischarged me for a salad. the whole crew seemed annoyed to have to fix an issue that was made on their end. in no world was i expecting to pay individually for items that come as a meal which i ordered. i will not be back and will be very sure to let everyone else know that clearly the management here isnt properly trained in how to fix mistakes their own employees make or in customer service as a whole. insanely unheard of management and im definitely contacting corporate. dont know what the managers name was but he was a heavy set latin looking guy but all i know is none of me or my friends will be back here read more

This Wendy's is horrible. I asked for my fries and nuggets to be made fresh. I informed them I do not mind the wait. I received my order and the nuggets are soggy. I hand back the back and was asked to park out in the front and the food would be brought to me. a"Approximately three min. later someone brings me out my food and I go to eat the fries and they are hot but taste clearly refried. when I touched the nuggets they were hot but I was nervous to eat them after the taste of the few re fried fries I've tasted. This was a horrible experience and the management was beyond arrogant towards the situation which clearly explained where the lack of culture comes amongst this specific location. With the attitudes and lack of empathy presented it also shows lackadaisical and complacent negative behavior amongst the staff which is not a good look for this Wendy's location which is located directly off of US-46 extremely busy route. read more

Many of the late night staff, at least today, were no wearing face masks and if they were they had them on but mouth and/or nose exposed. Not acceptable, specially in a food establishment. I came here on a chilly Monday afternoon with my friends after a long day of school. I decided to order through my phone while in the drive through to save some time. When we come up to the microphone, I tell them my name, and one of the workers tells me that someone already picked up my order. I tell them they must've made a mistake and ask if they could make my order for me again. Then the manager gets put onto the the speaker (one of the rudest and most disrespectful managers I have ever spoken with) and tells me that someone already picked up my order so they can't make it again. I politely ask again if they could make my order again, seeing as I payed for it, and the manager starts yelling at me. "SIR, SOMEONE ALREADY PICKED UP YOUR ORDER". We pull up to the window and I ask again, showing a picture of my receipt with my name, time of order, and order number. After a little bit of testifying, the manger finally agreed to give me the food I payed for. She walks back up to the window and throws the food into my car. A decent day turned into what was probably the worst manager interaction I have had in my life. It would be a disgrace to come back here ever again. read more
