They give you a buzzer thing that will buzz after your order is ready to pickup from their window. Seat yourself if you can find any room. They also do have an outside patio area which is nice but unfortunately it was all packed. At the counter when you order everything for your party, you get your beverages. The cashier (I'm thinking she was either German or European ... which actually would have been lovely had she actually cared to be there). No manners. Very rude even. I didn't understand the "buzzer" system and in my party there was one Coke and one Diet Coke. Now, which one is which b/c she just shoved them towards us. When I asked for a fork they were plastic and ungloved bare-hand handed it to me with the actual fork in between his fingers. Plenty of napkin dispensers but not very hygienic if you want utensils. Side note- Whether you just go to the restaurant on it's own or are enjoying Lagoon Amusement Park, there is a bathroom located inside the restaurant that is actually clean (unlike all the restrooms circulated throughout the park). Store is clean but customer service and employees need big time customer service training! I'm giving this review a straight 4 for decent food and an amazing day.
