Im gonna go ahead and add to the 1 stars. Nothing pisses me off more than not getting any sauce for my damn nuggets. Every f-ing time. It's part of the food! You come eat these dry nuggets that have probably been under a warmer for an hour. What terrible service, yet again... Oh I forgot, didn't give me a straw either. Thanks for that! read more

This place was bad, the manager on, was very harsh to everyone coming in. We came in after camping, usually all food tastes good after coming back from camping, this did not. Cold and over cooked fries, undercooked nuggets, and noone was nice other than the bald man working drive though! They need nearly all new staff for sure. Especially for being in this high quality of an area. read more

I don't get it.. I go to the drive through here, get home and something is always missing. Two separate times an entire meal was missing. Nearly every single time I've gone here, it's wrong or missing. Drinks, sandwiches or an entire meal... this time I ordered five 4 for 4's. They put them in a big white bag together, got home and while I had all 5 drinks, I only had 4 meals. Don't even bother asking for spicy nuggets. I have yet to get those when I order them here. I don't leave negative reviews for anything but I've just had it with this place. read more

I will never go to this Wendy's again! We were the only customers, and had to wait at least 5 minutes at the drive thru before my order was even taken. Then came the really long wait!! 15-20 minutes I waited with not a word from the employee. I couldn't even see anyone inside when I got out of my car and looked in! When I FINALLY got my food and complained about the wait, I was greeted with silence. Really crappy customer service!! Very frustrating :( read more

This Wendy's has the slowest service and they almost always get something wrong on our order. The drive-thru always takes forever. One day, after a long wait in line, we were told they were out of soda and fries. Today there wasn't anyone in front of us in line, yet we sat at the order board for at least five minutes before they took our order. Then we were told at the window it would be an extra 8 minutes to get grilled chicken. And they gave us the wrong sides in the kids meals. read more

Somebody save this Wendy's! Nice new building going down the toilet by horrible service, super long wait times, and disgustingly dirty hygienic care. I walked in to a super sticky floor everywhere that you could see was obviously mopped with dirty water, a soda dispenser that obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the whole place stunk like the bathroom. When I mentioned this around noon time to the woman who looked in charge she responded a little annoyed that she'd try to get to it before she closed at the end of the evening!? Say what?! We couldn't even stand to eat inside the restaurant it was so awful. read more

I've eaten in the dining room before and thought it was acceptable (both food and service), but tonight's visit to the drive thru was RIDICULOUS!! TWENTY+ MINUTES at 10:00 on a Sunday night is NOT acceptable!! The dining room was already closed, so the inside wasn't busy, and there were just two cars ahead of us when we placed our order. I'm not usually the kind to complain, but when I asked the employee at the window if there was a reason it was so slow, his answer was that they were just really short staffed, and were having problems with one of the fryers; however it appeared to us that there were a few employees just hanging around not doing much of anything. We're fans of Wendy's in general, so we will likely visit this location again, but I hope management takes note of these bad reviews that are adding up, and makes some changes going forward. read more

Do not go to this Wendy's for the second time I went there and got ripped off tried to call because they forgot a burger and they don't even answer their phone this when he sucks the manager sucks the owner probably sucks too I am never going back to this Wendy's again the franchise owner needs to put some money into the management because it's awful read more

The drive through line took 20 minutes and there were 2 people ahead of me. When I got to the front, I had to wait for 5 minutes before I could even order, then another 10 minutes before I got to pay and wait for my food. Unbelievably slow. Once I got my food, they forgot to give me my drink, so I had to wait longer, then they handed me a drink with coke dripping down the sides. To top it all off they forgot the dipping sauce I asked for. I would go pretty much anywhere else in Farmington before I came here again. read more

This location is truly terrible. Tonight they forgot my burger and gave me the wrong drink. We have been avoiding this location because 3 times in the past they had issues with either messing up our order, or running out of menu items (frostys and burgers). We figured some of the initial errors were due to the new store so we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it turns out they just are not good. They are much slower than other locations, which I could forgive if they could at least fill our order properly. Avoid at all cost, or at least make sure you check your order before leaving. read more

Wish I could leave no stars. This place is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. I work right near by and there aren't a lot of places to eat, but I would rather eat dirt than eat there again I've been 5 times and every time it has gotten worse. The workers are rude, they take forever to even take your order l, even when you're the only person in line. I walked to eat there and they had closed the lobby at 7:00, because they were "too short staffed" to keep it open, so I walked over to the drive threw so I could order and they told me that they wouldn't take my order because I wasn't in a car, they told me I would have to walk back to my car, and then drive over there to take my order. I asked to speak to the manager, and they told me that they were too busy to come deal with me. Then I asked for the number to corporate and they wouldn't give it to me. They are by far the worst fast food restaurant there is. read more

This is possibly the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I have been stuck in the drive thru multiple times for 20-30 minutes with the slowest moving line. They are constantly understaffed! Employees have never apologized for the delays. Inside the restaurant is always dirty and under stocked with napkins and such. Their frosty machine has been down multiple times. Several times I've gotten home with my food to find that something is missing from my order. I only keep coming back because of my frosty tags. I'm constantly disappointed that improvements haven't been made at this location. read more

Just spent 28 minutes in the drive thru, 28 minutes! Then I get to the window and there's not so much as a hello or any sort of apology for the wait. I watched the guy at the window argue with the car in front of me about what size their drink was. After 28 minutes just give them whatever they want!! This Wendy's is horrid. Everytime I've been in the drive through, they make us wait for several minutes before we can order, even when there aren't any cars other cars being served. Their food is worse than the other nearby wendys as well. Avoid them at all costs! read more

I waited in the drive thru for 39 minutes for a chocolate frosty. Ordered a large no problem. I finally make it to the window and this guy tells me that they don't have chocolate do I want vanilla or what? I agree to the vanilla and pay. I get about half way home and decide to dip into the treat only to find it HALFWAY FULL!!!! That's a bunch of bull!! read more
