There's a reason the reviews are so bad. First, ownership obviously does not care or get involved here. They have made no updates you'll see at other locations. Won't get personal here but employees didn't seem to care much, but again, why would they if the store operator doesn't take care of the store. This is the nastiest Wendy's I have ever ate at. The tables were not clean and the seats were covered with liquids the drink fountain was covered in nasty sticky stuff and the drink was not cold . I will never eat here again, the fries were covered in salt, and my nuggets were cold to the core my sandwich was so hard . The service was okay the lady I ordered from was very nice and patient. So today I decided to go to Wendy's I got to the Wendy's and order the same drink that I always order, a half chocolate half vanilla frostychinno. I receive my drink and proceed out of the drive through. I put my straw in, and noticed that it's not as thick as it usually is, but I mix it regardless, then I taste it. I figured I didn't mix it enough because it just taste like straigh coffee, so I mix it again, but I'm getting the same result. I then go inside and as I'm talking to a male worker, a woman sticks her head around and says "what she said?" So I tell her it taste like straight coffee, like it doesn't have anything else in it. And with every ounce of attitude in her body, she looks over at someone and asks,"what did you put in this, you put both syrups, right?" Then looks over at me and says yea, she put both syrups in it , and goes "so I don't know what you want me to do". Like WTF Wendy's?? This Wendys is very unprofessional and they have no sense of urgency about taking and fulfilling orders. This Wendy's has impolite staff. They were out of chocolate frostys and spicy chicken sandwiches at 3pm on a Sunday. We came in from out of town to meet family. Tables were all filthy. I asKed if they had a rag I could use to wipe them down. One of the staff said they would come wipe them down for us. We needed to add on one small table and she told me "Just make sure you put it back when we're done". We planned on putting it back anyway; but the tone and delivery was rude. Employees use the same gloves that they accepted cash with to package up food. Bathroom was dirty and a toilet was clogged.
