After going to Chick-fil-A for many years, and always having restaurants be able to give you combo meals for breakfast, even though they do not offer french fries, to go and individually priced every single item to purposely make more money, was a complete rip off. About the only time I stop off at a Chick-fil-a is when I'm traveling. I don't eat a ton of fast food but when I do, I try to make a somewhat healthier option. I hadn't had the grilled chicken club before so I decided to take it for a spin. The grilled chicken was good, not too dry and it actually had flavor. Fresh lettuce and tomato. Colby cheese and a little bit of bacon. The bun was a mess. The top bun was split practically in half and made eating the sandwich a bit difficult. Also, there was no sauce on the sandwich. Maybe it's supposed to come that way?? Again, I'm not entirely sure because I don't frequent this establishment often. I fixed the dry ass sandwich by adding some chick-fil-a sauce...which was delicious but still bun issues. The waffle cut fries were nice and crisp. They paired nicely with some ranch and a bunch of other sauces. The employees were all friendly and pleasant. The restaurant itself was busy but still clean including the restrooms which is a big plus for me when I'm traveling. read more

i ordered chicken soup and it was too hot, i burned my tongue. they also gave me the wrong drink so i had to go inside again to get it fixed (i did mobile carry out) and i was already running behind schedule on a two day long cross country drive. people were nice though. just cool down the soup a little bit so this doesn't happen to others. read more

This was the best service ChickFila. They had a system glitch and lost orders and continued to serve with patience and kindness.

We used to be weekly customers but the food quality has gone down extremely. We now visit maybe once a month and are disappointed every time. The fries will come out cold, the new spicy grilled sandwich is out of multigrain buns which was not advertised or communicated and they were not willing to refund or replace it. The wait here is always sooooo long. The drive through line is down the street no matter what time it is. I prefer to walk in, and there's still a long wait. The staff here is usually friendly I would recommend going inside versus the drive through. You just have to make sure you pay attention to the time of when you're going because this is the only location in CoMo. The food is always good and ready to eat, and the atmosphere is usually busy but all are welcome. I would recommend the southwest salad with ranch avocado lime and lemonade read more

This was the most unbelievably horrible experience I've ever had I had a Chick-fil-A. I know when you get in the drive-through had any restaurant you're at the mercy of the cars in front of you and behind you but 40minutes is insane. Although I started this line at just before 10 they finally got around to take my order at 10:35 to my surprise breakfast was no longer being served! I thought about getting out of line parking and going inside over to school. Bus is full of youth pulled in and to be honest the way the parking lot was constructed I was fearful. I'd be stuck in the parking lot for hours. I still don't understand why they don't make some kind of accommodation with the drive-through line to delineate those who are there for breakfast prior to cutting it off. And somehow another my expectations for Chick-fil-A must be out of alignment with this particular store because the service and accommodation were missing. read more

But I think it's a relatively easy mistake to make. My food, chicken deluxe meal, was wonderful. My husband ate his milkshake in record time, peppermint. He loves them! I went to this establishment with the intent to have a good meal. Imagine my surprise when I ate there and it was simply ordinary. This was a one way ticket to frown town. Also, my Uncle thought that this was "Not any better than McDonalds." The wait was wrong, and they didn't even give us the correct order. For example, I ordered the eight piece chicken nuggets, but instead they gave me three chicken strips. They even marked the box as "nuggets"! Also, my cousin ordered the chicken sandwich with cheese, and what did we discover? No cheese! This food and its sauce was truly subpar. If you're on Yelp looking up whether or not Chick-Fil-A is a good place to eat, I don't know what to tell you. CFA is the best fast food restaurant in the country, and definitely worth your time. I'd recommend the nuggets or the spicy chicken sandwich. Both are excellent. You can also ask for your fries "well done" which will give you a crispier fry, which is sometimes an issue at CFA's across the country. read more

I went to the Stadium Blvd location in Columbia, MO last night. I was with my 2 year old son and a baby in a car seat. We had been traveling all day and I was over tired. A worker named Darla greeted me outside and offered to carry my car seat in. I had to go to the bathroom and she even offered to keep an eye on my baby in the bathroom while I was in the stall with my toddler. She continued to help me out while I was in line with my toddler by setting up my baby at the table. She was the most sincere, kind, warm woman. She was also working with a younger man named Matt who was also an angel. After a long, exhausting day traveling with a baby and a toddler by myself this was an unexpected but most appreciated act of service and kindness. Darla got both my kids placemats and asked them about the different animals on them. She even carried my car seat all the way out to the car so I could carry our food, drinks and my toddler. The service at this location is not at all what I expected compared to other locations. I ordered two 8 count nugget meals and they gave me four ranch I then proceeded to ask if I could have 4 more and they told me they could only give me two. Compared to other fast food and other Chick-fil-A locations. We had lunch around 1pm and the place was packed, line to the door, drive thru packed, people had to wait (shortly) for a seat. Chick fil A is still my favorite fast food restaurant - which is why it gets 5 stars. They dominate the fast food category. My fave breakfast is the chicken biscuit or the spicy chicken biscuit. My fave lunch or supper is the chicken sandwich or spicy chicken sandwich. Their salads are surprisingly good as well. I also like the grilled and fried chicken nuggets. For the most part, considering the crowds they serve, service has been good to very good. The place is clean as well. It can be difficult to get a table at times. Drive-through can be a bit intimidating with the long lines, but they do a good job of moving the traffic through. Unfortunately, I seem to get into the wrong line at times - you know - the line where someone needs to see the menu, and then have everything explained to them. Then they huddle, discuss, and slowly order. I would be remiss without mentioning their lemonade. It is very good. I usually get the diet lemonade (20 calories for the medium) with a little extra ice. read more

We're from the TN/GA line, and two of our children have work/ed at CFA, so we're quite familiar with how a Chick-fil-A is supposed to be run. We came across this one on the way home from our vacation and what a big disappointment it was!! The women working the front counter were pretty rough & scary looking all tatted up. Their attitudes were AWFUL! They got our order totally wrong and the woman who delivered it tried to tell us WE had made the mistake! She had a major attitude. I was really surprised because I've never seen a CFA have such terrible customer service. To make it worse there was a woman who was either an operator or the wife of an operator sitting two tables down eating and doing paperwork. She had to have seen the issues we were having and literally said nothing to us. Not a good experience at all. This restaurant gives CFA a bad name!!! Avoid this location!!! read more

The manager on duty was wonderful; they worked with me to have the food ready and waiting for me to pick up so I could get my kiddos out for recess on time, and the kids loved the food! Horrible Customer Service! Asked for a chicken sandwich with no pickles and the first sandwich had pickle juice on it so i got a second one but then that one had actual pickles. The manager was insisting me and my boyfriend put the pickles on the 2nd sandwich and was causing a scene. He was telling us he couldn't refund my money also since we don't belong there and he threatened with calling the cops. I waited for cops to arrive they never did, he had his phone to his ear and was talking as if he had someone on the phone to intimidate me. This could have been resolved simple and easy but instead I was discriminated and wasted 30$ on food I couldn't eat. I even told the manager what if I had a pickle allergy? I could have died and you're not taking anything serious. As we were leaving also the cook came out of the kitchen to cause more disturbance and was yelling at my boyfriend to fight him and he kept making funny faces to get a reaction out of my man.
