Really bad service. I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches, medium fries and drink thinking they were still doing their 2 sandwich deal. They're not but instead of adjusting my order to a no. 6 medium meal the drive thru guy charged me for each individual item so I ended up paying more. I get I could've said something but it's really on Wendy's to have a process in place to adjust. I get it's less than a couple dollars difference but it's the principle of things. Not to mention the chicken was not great and hard instead of moist and juicy. This place deserves its bad reviews. read more

I visited this location on 5-2 at 8:18pm and finally received my order at 8:54pm. After getting home which takes me less than 3mins. I found that my drinks where both sweet teas after confirming unsweetened 4 times with the person taking order. My fries where cold. The dave double bun was hard. The double stack was a hockey puc it was so over cooked, the chix sand was dry as a bone as well as cold, and the BBQ sauce for the nuggets was missing. I had just worked a 14 hour day and simply did not want to go back out. I tried 8 times to give a complaint on the Corp website but each time it said email not in the right format. Not sure what that means as every other website I have gone to including yelp works just fine. It is clear that Corp does not give a crap about their stores or their customers which has resulted in this review. Wish I could have given a negative review. It's a shame as wendys can be great. Sad when 7 eleven is a better option. Store 4593 should be shut down and given to a different chain that can service their customers with quality great food. read more

I just spent over half my break in the drivethru....I thought this was suppose to be fast food. What a waste of time and not only did I have to wait 20 min but the woman taking orders was rude and had a tone...wtf 3 people in the window one is on their phone. Worst drive through. Which is suppose to be fast but takes forever for a sandwich meal too. Always get spice chicken sandwich.2-3 times that happend to me. They gave me raw chicken inside. Ice cold. Yuk! No wonder this location has a 1.5 star rating. The food was inedible, the top of the burger bun was completely soaked in grease and the fries were over cooked (like twigs) and tasted (the one that I actually ate) like old stank oil. I will never go to this location again! read more

I will start by saying that I actually love Wendys as a franchise, but this particular location is just awful. The interior is droll and disgusting, the service takes far longer than it should, the food never looks or tastes fresh and just generally unappealing. I give two stars because the staff is usually friendly and again, i love Wendys in and of itself, but just avoid this location. read more

I was excited to see this particular Wendy's get a much needed facelift. However, I have been there a few times since it's reopening and have been thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the food and service. The drive through is so slow that it's way faster to just go inside and order. The main issue is customer service. In nearly every instance I have been here since reopening, I have found the person taking my order to be rude and nearly indecipherable. When I get to the window, I have not receive a hello, a thank you or any sort of greeting that would make me want to come back. One particular visit on a weekday at 5 pm, I went inside to order because the drive through wasn't moving at all. Once I was inside, I saw that there were 3 employees that were in the lobby having a good time, while the remaining employees were busting their butts to try to get all of the orders taken and fulfilled. To the management and owners of this location, I suggest that you get a training program in place to make sure that your employees get the clue that customer service is important. I am going to withhold my patronage for a month and will update this review after ample time has passed allowing management to correct these problems. read more

What is wrong with this Wendy's? One time before they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the burger I ordered. Today I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato and received a chive baked potato with no butter or sour cream to go with it. I guess they are trying to give me healthier options, but I would appreciate just getting what I ordered. Update: Oct 7, 2017 - I gave them another try. As fast food restaurants go, Wendy's is probably my favorite. Strangely enough, it's not because of the burgers. I like the variety of items on their menu particularly the salads. My favorites are the Apple Pecan Chicken and the Power Mediterranean. I also like their wrap sandwiches. Unfortunately, if you want a meal at the Middlebrook Road drive-through bring a book because you're going to be waiting a while. This is, without doubt, the slowest drive through in Maryland. I work nights so I usually swing by to grab a salad and a sandwich on my way to work. I allow myself an extra half hour because even if I'm the only one in the drive-through orders typically take about 15 minutes. There's a McDonalds right across the street that does twice as much business. It's fun to watch five to six cars pass through the McDonalds drive through in the time it takes this Wendy's to prepare one order. I feel bad about complaining because the staff is friendly and courteous...and as I mentioned I like the variety but these guys are redefining the meaning of fast food. read more

It's not often I write a negative review, but I've never had a good experience at this location. Today I had both kids in the car (both under 2) and was trying to make it to the park before nap time. I was going to grab some Chick-fil-A and head over, but unfortunately the drive thru was under construction. So Wendy's it was. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes (there were only two cars ahead of me) I finally got to place my order. The woman taking​ my order was rude and pushy. After giving me an obsenely large total I asked her to read my order back to me. She exasperated in disgust and told me the order was on the screen, which it was not. After telling her there were only advertisements on the screen, she read me back the completely wrong order. I corrected her as kindly as possible for fear of her spitting in my food. She said, "Yeah that's what I have!" And told me to pull forward. At the window I asked again to be sure they had the correct order which a different woman assured me was correct. I paid the tab, got my meal and made it to the park. Upon unpacking my meal I realized they did not give me apple slices with my daughter's meal as requested, no utensils for my salad, and forgot my daughter's juice box! Thankfully I had snacks and juice in the car for her, but I still did not get what I paid for. This place was ridiculous and the service was horrible. They should seriously consider retraining or rehiring. People like this give fast food worker a bad name. read more

Came back after checking my bill yesterday and seeing I was overcharged for JR cheeseburger deluxe, and only received JR cheeseburger. Ordered crispy chicken Sando, got unwanted 3$ upcharge for spicy chicken sando. Heard the lady whom took my order verbalize it to the kitchen, as obviously she rung in the more expensive items. Brought to her attention, insisted i had ordered the more pricy items and it was coincidence i received the items i had actually ordered and her verbalizing it to the staff was imagined....shady. I Yelped the closing time for this Wendys when I left work and it said 2 am on Thursday nights. It was 12:55 when I got in the drive thru. There were 3 or 4 cars in front of me and one behind me. The menu board was not lit up. The line didn't move for 7 minutes. I was about to get out of line but then it finally moved. No one took my order so I thought maybe the board was broken and they were taking orders at the window and that's what the holdup was. When I finally made it to the window I saw a lot of people in the restaurant moving around, running water, and doing other things. No one looked at me. No one came to the window. After a couple of minutes I knocked on the window. Still everyone refused to look at me or come to the window. I looked for a sticker posting the hours and it said it closed at 1 am. At this point it's 1:11 am and I've been in the drive through for 17 minutes. So the hours for this restaurant need updated on Yelp. However, I was really irritated that no one in the restaurant could even be considerate enough to wave to me and shake their head to let me know they were closed. I wonder how many of the cars in front of me they did the same thing to. That is probably why it took the line so long to move. I was in line 5 minutes before they closed so they could at least have let the remaining cars know they were closing or even waited on the cars that were in line before they closed. read more

I was looking forward to trying the 'new' (remodeled) Wendy's. Went to the drive-thru, but the line was really long and didn't seem to be moving. I pulled into a spot and went inside to order. Girl taking my order was very friendly, but after I placed my order, I saw the Cookies of Temptation right at the register. Who am I to resist? So I apologize and ask for a cookie as well. The girl called her manager over. Apparently a key is needed to open the cookie case??? So she calls the woman's name. Nothing. Then she YELLS the woman's name; no response. She proceeds to continue YELLING and "KEY! I NEED YOUR KEY!!!" while the line builds up behind me. As I'm about to tell her to forget the stupid cookie, the keyholder arrives to save the day. I waited a few minutes for my food and headed home, looking forward to a yumburger and fries. The burger was not yum. The bun was not warmed properly (therefore not very soft), the burger wasn't cooked thoroughly (so I had to finish cooking it myself, giving me an opportunity to just toast the bun). Thought I'd have some fries while waiting. YUK. They're gross! They used to have great fries, with the skins sort of left on. Now they're skinny and hard as matchsticks. I think I would've rather eaten a matchstick. Wound up tossing the fries. After I finished properly cooking my burger it was good, but I'd kinda wanted my meal prepared FOR me. Sort of the point of paying to have someone cook for you. The only good part of meal right out of the restaurant was the cookie. It really is shame how horrible this restaurant is I make an order and you wait for 20 min to get your food and not surprised they mess up your order. No point to talk to a manager or complain online because nothing will be done about it anyways. I went through the drive through for lunch today at 12:45 pm. The wait wasn't the problem. The lady/girl taking the order was! She wasn't paying attention. When I told her what I want (Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club), she repeatedly kept saying "Excuse me, what is it that you want? Can you repeat that?" and at the end of it I could hear her giggle and tell somebody else "stop.., no, this is what she wants..go away..no she wants the spicy one..(with giggling throughout)" she just wasn't paying attention and was fooling around. I was very disappointed because the reason I go through a drive through is because I don't have time to deal with this kind of stuff as I am on my timed lunch break! And she was wasting my time by such stupidity. I was patient and kept repeating my order till she got it right and left. When I arrived at my office desk and opened up my order, to my disappointment, I found out that it's not what I ordered! It was not Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club.
