I don't often patronize this location as I've had numerous issues with the service, but I'm pleasantly impressed with the current staff and the increase in service quality. The worst place ever. Dumb and dumber were the only ones working. And it was like duhh!!. Order food, no receipt off two separate orders, they have to bring it out to us. They do not bring any of the sauces. This was after they told us they didn't have any drinks including regular coke. They had stale tea or like they didn't clean out the tea container. When I say lazy, I mean lazy. We barely even got our drinks. We had to remind them for extra tea. Then had to ask for the straw with it. My daughter opens her tender wraps that is supposed to be 2 tenders and she had 1 with a torn tortilla in the middle. Big hole in the middle. I told her they were supposed to be 2 . Mine was cold chicken and they were so lazy they thought they could get away with 1 tender. Can someone please teach the people that work here how to fold a tender wrap. 3 Wendy's and the only place who can roll it is Denham springs and the man at Sherwood. I drive up for the drive-through and they tell me to wait. I waited and waited. They finally took my order. I ordered a taco salad and a Diet Coke. They gave me a Dr Pepper. I asked for them to change it out and they did. I get home and my taco salad Does not have everything to complete the order. Everybody was so busy with the crowd of people having a good time. I used the App twice and complained twice. I am still waiting on a phone call from the management of this company to 1 just tell me I am sorry and will address your issue. Nothing! I attempted to call the store and they do not answer the phone. The first time I drove back up and gave the person acting like a manager a piece of my mind. The second time the food sucked so bad I could not eat, the employee I bought lunch for could not finish his hamburger as it was cold. They are banking on this Covid-19 and lack of other restaurants not being open. This is an update on a prior review....the restaurant is still clean but man they musta been having a bad hair day on December 9...first they had a young lady, figure a high school exchange student from an Eastern European country based on her accented English, working the register....bad idea!! She was sweet and damn she tried but language issues were pretty evident then the manager deleted all the orders on the prep screen then a gaggle of folks trooped in and that's when it turned into what my Daddy likes to say is like a monkey f**king a football....Highly entertaining but ultimately fruitless.... The only reason I didn't go to 1 star was the effort and the entertainment value...I'll be back and give them another try simply because the boy of mine will eventually have a craving for greasy Double Stack that will need to be satisfied... read more

They hardly ever get the order right. Today I ordered sweet tea and they served me unsweet. Never going back.

Took my 6 yr old grandson to this Wendys Friday 6/4/22 for lunch. The drive thru was stacked up so we went inside to order and eat. There was another family ordering when we walked in. Our turn to order..... (3 things) the gentleman working the register (who had a badge that said assistant Mgr.) was not trained, he kept having to ask for help from the poor woman that was running the drive thru. He was irritated to say the least making comments as he worked. We got our food and sat down in a very clean dining area. Food was good grandson pointed out his 4pc nugget meal only had 3..but other than that About 5 minutes into our meal this same register person begins to argue with his co-workers the "F" bombs start to fly (from his mouth only) others were just telling him to shut his mouth, they went back and forth a couple minutes then I hear register guy tell other "I don't talk I bust a$$" (throw in more "F" bombs) as it got more heated. Very uncomfortable! especially due to the climate these days you never know when a gun will be pulled. I quickly packed up our food and we walked out. The other family was still in dining area. Then I had to explain to my dissappointed grandson why we were leaving. This behavior is not acceptable. I will not patronize a business that allows anyone to act this way much less its employee's. read more

If I could rate this place 0 starts I would. First we ordered about $30 of food from there but after waiting about 15 minutes we got a call saying that there were NO frostys. It's literally Wendy's that is what your known for. But once they said we couldn't have frostys we asked for a refund on the 4 frostys we ordered and they refused to give us one. We also got 2 spicy nuggets when we were supposed to only have 1 spicy nugget and 1 regular one. We now have our food at 12:24 when we were supposed to have it at 12:14. read more

I don't normally eat fast food, but today I had a craving for a hot and delicious Wendy's burger. I stepped out of my box by ordering the #8 combo (pretzel bacon burger)... if it weren't it being cold I probably would have enjoyed it. I could feel how cold the bottom of the burger was as soon as I reached for it out of my bag. I opened it and the cheese was hard and of course unmelted. I wasn't sure what all was in it so I asked if there were onions and the girl told me no.. Well there are crispy onions on it. Which weren't bad. Anyways I'm really unsatisfied... I like Wendy's for their burgers, fries and frosty's. I recently tried their new breakfast. They should just stick to their burgers. I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo. The biscuit and gravy was horrible. Brown gravy???? Sausage gravy is white not brown. It tasted like mushroom gravy not what I would want to eat for breakfast. The seasoned potatoes were great. Would like to eat them with a burger. The chocolate frosty chino was gross. Didn't taste like chocolate or the frosty mix. It also had way too much ice. Do not waste your time here. First neither chicken sandwhich was correct, classic chicken is not an asiago chicken and crispy chicken ketchep and cheese only is not mayo, tomato and lettuce.
