I'm most likely not gonna eat the food I just received in the drive thru. The managers hair was long and nappy handling. She kept having to wipe the hair out of her face with her bare hands, then she proceeded to handle the food. Regardless if it was the wrapper or not, her juices and Follicles were not wanted in either. The manager was also telling the worker making my food, she didn't like her tone of voice. I am allergic to mustard and seeds. I always order a single, with ketchup, Pickles and Onion. It's a very simple order. Well their cook or whatever they are called in fast food, added a big ol squeeze of mustard. I got home and checked my lunch and was a bit ticked off. Called the manager, offered me a free burger! As a professional Wendy's reviewer and a frequent Wendy's enjoyer, I would like to say that was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The tables where unclean and the floors where dirty. Not to even get started about the quality of the food which was poor at best. Overall I recommend Wendy's as a whole but some locations are better than others. read more

If the ice was was large cubes it would have been a bit better. The crushed ice leaves less space for drink and the drink tasted "watery". Don't like Wendy's calling it a "Frosty-ccino", misleading IMHO. In Wendy's early days they had a funny commercial slamming other fast food places for their "portion sizes", so now Wendy's follows suit. My girlfriend got a strawberry shake, ordered large, but got what looked between a small and medium. I'll make them at home from now on. read more

Love the remodel and the quick drive thru service. Stopped today for my go-to quickie lunch... a side Caesar salad and a small chili. In and out of the drive thru in less than 3 minutes. Very impressive! The salad was super fresh and I love that you guys use Marzetti Lemon Caesar Dressing! So good! The chili was thick and tasty! Thanks for your prime location and for being so friendly. Always nice to see Drive thru workers wearing a smile. read more

They now serve breakfast and open at 0630. Except they're rarely ever actually open at 0630. There will be at least one person there who will actively try to hide from customers. Even if they do actually talk to you before 0700, there's a good chance they will say they're closed for cleaning. This has been going on for months. Don't even bother...Just go to a different Wendy's. read more

We were on a trip six hours home and we stopped to get food at Wendy's and we had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through even though we were the first car! After they finally got to us we ordered two of our meals and they just stopped talking to us, we waited about three more minutes and then she got back to us. We asked what she heard us order and she said she wasn't listening because she was talking to another customer. They were also very rude to us! Would not recommend!!!! read more

Literally every single thing in my order was wrong. Lunch time staff is terrible. I sat in line for 15 minutes before they messed up everything on my order. I got back in line and waited another 10 minutes to resolve the issue and they said they couldn't help me because I didn't have a receipt, which they conveniently never gave me or offered to give me. I've been here several times because my girlfriend and I live right down the road.. They pretty much always get at LEAST one part of the order wrong, (I figured "whatever, it's the price of FAST food")... The last time I went there though was just UN-F***ING-BELIEVABLE!! One of the things we ordered was a "Wendy's 1/4 Pound double cheeseburger, with the ketchup and mayonnaise left off"..... When we got home we had 2 buns, 2 Patties, THAT WAS IT.. We brought it back to get the "Correct One"... Got back Home and realized it was basically correct except, there was only ONE PATTY.... We were furious by now but held our tongue, we went back and they glared at us the whole time while talking trash in the back room, like: "You know they're lying," and "I know I put 2 Patties on that..." We heard EVERY WORD!! My Girlfriend went OFF and said, "CHECK THE VIDEO!!"...... (AS IF WE DO THIS JUST FOR THRILLS)??? This place is the WORST!!
