For soups, we got the broccoli cheddar, chili, and chicken pot pie. The soups are dense, heavy, and very filling! They were also rich in flavor, perfect for the cold weather. I swear I came home late last night and didn't want to cook and everywhere else was closed at 9 and I'm so lucky these guys weren't because they came in so clutch and with it being so cold outside, the hot sandwiches really hit that extra mile. Potbelly was a favorite of mine throughout college, so I have some feelings of nostalgia towards this toasted sandwich chain. My boyfriend and I were trying to decide what to get for dinner one night pre-pandemic, and Potbelly popped up on Uber Eats. I prefer to use Uber Eats for larger national chains vs locally owned businesses, so we decided to try it out. Our order arrived ahead of the estimated time and everything was hot. I got the Italian sandwich and a side of mac and cheese with bacon and mushrooms, because why not? The sandwich was good and classic with your Italian meats, provolone, and whatever toppings your heart desires. I like mine with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot peppers. I noted that I wanted light lettuce and light onion in the notes, and I got it! I appreciated the attention to detail. Sometimes I think things put in "notes" sections get lost. The mac and cheese was maybe the star of the show, however. I've never had this newer (well, new since I was in college, let's not talk about how long that is) menu item from Potbelly but I was really impressed. The noodles were perfectly al dente, with plenty of creamy cheese sauce. The bacon and mushrooms were a really nice addition! I also had a taste of the chicken tortilla soup that my boyfriend got which was nice - a little spicy and with great flavor. The soup and mac and cheese were packaged nicely and even wrapped in tin foil to stay warm. Both were piping hot when they arrived, too. Of course, I had to add a sugar cookie because they are soft and delicious. Overall, we were impressed with this delivery order from Potbelly and would order again! read more

My grilled chicken sandwich barely had any chicken on it. When I looked at the sandwich from the cut end of the bread it looked like a hoagie bun with nothing on it. I made a run to the grocery store and realized I hadn't eaten (it was 4pm)... So I ran through the drive through and ordered the BLTA. It's offered for a limited time and sounded good. I added swiss and cheddar. I have only ever used the drive through at this location, but it has always been a smooth experience. My regular pizza meal was "meh" (nothing special, wouldn't probably order again) but the Oreo shake and small short bread cookie that comes with (on the lid) was AMAZING. Now when I go, I just get the Oreo shake and am always super happy with it. read more

I have been here multiple times and nothing I order is good but my most recent visit really pushed me to leave this review. I got the skinny mushroom melt and I was hard pressed to find mushrooms!! I order delivery for our business when we have customers visit. I cannot say enough about how excellently this business is run. The sandwiches are so good, the bread tastes fresh baked, the combinations are delicious, and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is amazing. I usually order online for delivery and I get my order right on time. If there's any kind of a problem I'll get a phone call to straighten it out. They're proactive - stepping up to make sure they get it right. Once or twice I've messed things up on my end, all it takes is a quick phone call and they bail me out. Yesterday, I had failed to complete the online ordering process. When 12:15 rolled around and my food never came I called them. They were able to deliver me 17 catering box lunches in like 20 minutes, with sincere helpfulness and kindness, and saved the freaking day. I appreciate this business so much. An excellent sandwich shop! I don't usually love too much on chain restaurants. Many tend to have an obvious and formulaic approach to the industry, whether it includes sacrificing quality for cost/convenience (e.g. Taco Bell), reliance on a name or prior reputation that no longer deserves automatic respect (e.g. Ruth's Chris), the use of substandard/toxic ingredients (e.g. McDonalds), and/or employing poorly trained/indifferent staff. Potbelly seems to be one of the chain places that's gets it right. The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the food is good at every location I've been to. It's even better considering the reasonable pricing. I walked away with a Big Wreck (salami, roast beef, turkey, ham, Swiss + toppings on a toasted bun) for $6 and some change - great value for the size of the thing. Plus the bread was fresh and all the toppings appeared fresh as well. All the staff at this location were friendly and got my order prepared quickly. There's even a drive-thru for added convenience, although I ordered in today. For fast, tasty and reasonably-priced sandwiches, it's hard to beat Potbelly read more

My daughter called in an order. When we told them about our order they instructed us to pull up to the window. When we went to pick it up no one came to the takeout window, and an employee was yelling to her coworkers asking why we were at the window even though we already told them. After several minutes of totally ignoring us, she finally thought to ask us why we were there! When we gave her the name of the order she screamed at us and told us there was no such order and slammed the takeout door. Several more minutes later she opened the door, thrust our order in our face, said nothing and again slammed the takeout door and walked away. We waited several more minutes to confirm that the order was prepaid. Finally another employee came and confirmed prepayment. Yum! They have the best Italian sub I have had from a chain. Their portions are good and their subs pack a punch flavor- wise and I am totally happy I chose to stop here for a quick bite! With prices that are fair and food that is super yum, ill DEFINATELY be coming back. Pretty standard chain sandwich place. That also had soups, salads, and milkshakes. The food was good - I was happy to see that you can choose sub buns, flatbread or "skinny" bread. The Mediterranean flatbread was good. And the oreo milkshake was good. read more

Online ordering was okay. I didn't get any confirmation thru email, so i had to call them if they received my order. I ordered tuna and meatball sandwich. The tuna sandwich taste salty, and there's not much tuna in it. The meatballs in my meatball sandwich are dry, and also the breads are somewhat burnt. read more

I typically love Potbelly's but this time was a little disappointing. I'm usually pretty easy going but I was looking forward to this meal. I ordered a turkey slim sub with mayo, lettuce, onions and pickles. It just came with turkey on it. It was so dry and to top it off they forgot my chips. The wraps were not great. Looked good, but not much meat inside and the prepared shred iceburg lettuce tasted strong and oldish. Maybe try shredding heads of lettuce instead of bag shred lettuce as it gets a strong taste very quickly in the bag. read more

Usually I have good experiences at potbelly but when I went home my sandwich was left without avocado and I ended up getting a bowl of chicken noodle.
