Nate and I tried the Micaela, a pepperoni and pineapple pizza, and their supreme with pepperoni, bacon, sausage, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. The pizza came out quickly and it was so delicious - super cheesy and flavorful. I love the char on the crust that comes from the super hot wood oven. Prices range from $10-$15 and they have at least one vegan option each week. We sat inside and it was nice and cool, but it did get pretty loud. Family-friendly spot, we saw lots of kids. I told her that I knew she understood me, we were both speaking English, but I was expecting empathy not just a dismissal of what I had gone through. I called out her attitude toward a well intended complaint and she became extremely defensive, I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked to talk to someone else and she put me on hold for a few seconds and then hanged on me. I called twice again and no one picked up. I know a lot of young people work there, I've seen attitudes but this lady took it to a different level. Do better. I visit this restaurant often for years, this was new and very disappointing.
