UPDATE: KFC had management reach out to me. They logged that they did, but no call was ever placed. They had the same manager I had issues with (Sydney) reach out to me, which she never did but did lie about doing. Ordered a meal online that showed 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs in the picture. No text was present anywhere explaining what the pieces would be. Just the pretty obvious picture. The meal instead came with 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 wing and and 1 drumstick, which I did not notice until I opened the bag when I got home. I called the store, and politely asked for the pieces to be exchanged or replaced, and even said it was likely the website or app's fault. Her response was "We can't give you chicken, if you want the pieces you can buy them. I don't care, it's the app's problem not mine" Needless, we will never return. The mix-up is a human mistake that can happen. The rest is just bad management and horrible customer service. read more

This particular KFC is such a problem. NOT my first problem here. So today's event: Showed up to the drive through, Seen the sign that the new Chicken wraps are not available. Said to the person "Hang on a second, I came here for the wraps.........,OK, I'll have 2 pot pies & 2 classic chicken sandwiches. Get up to the window, Pay & ask the girl "When will you have the NEW wraps. She says "We have them now. WTH? I couldn't believe it. I made mention of my dilemma, She simply took my money. Even after I said common, Why couldn't you tell me this when I ordered? So I got home and called the MANAGER. Surprise, It was the person at the drive through window. Did NOT give a crap about what I had to say and got pissy when I "Swore" at her. I said What the Hell. I've had PROBLEMS with this particular KFC. Imma tap out. I've been to this KFC a few times over the years. I have always gone in even though I have never eaten inside. I have never walked out not having everything that I ordered. The main reason I do not go through the drive thru. I also don't usually go to the ones here in Grand Rapids since I found a KFC buffet in Greenville. It's a bit of a drive, but well worth it. On this occasion, I ordered 2 bowls and an the cole slaw as a side. The bowls were on special for just $3 each. I do like their bowls and my wife likes the slaw. The ONLY issue I had on this trip is I wish there was just a bit more gravy in the bowl. After getting it home, the chicken was still crisp and the bowl was still hot. The staff was friendly and I was out of there in just a few minutes. Pretty sure it was less than 5. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon and the place did look clean. Actually thinking of going back today for another couple of bowls. read more

Went through drive through and what a mistake that was. I had gott there 12 pc family deal I asked for cornbread instead of biscuits well that didn't happen yes they gave us biscuits not only was that wrong they also gave me Mac and cheese instead of corn. I also had to wait 3-5 minutes for the chicken to get done. What a waste of time this was but this is the second time th has happened to me. if I were you I would go to Popeyes at least you won't be disappointed on your serv or foo. read more

Went to drive through (only option at this time). Line was long to order - which was understandable. Once I was finally able to pay for meal, was told to pull off to the side as part of my order (pot pie) wasn't ready. I was told 10-15 mins. After 30 mins called into the store (no way to go inside) and was told 'I'll check with the packers'. Waited 15 more mins - and still no food, so I left. Tried to contact mgr later that evening and next day to refund the charge. No call back. Reached out via website, still no response week later. Horrible customer service will prevent me from ever going back. read more

Ordered the chicken little box combo and the sandwiches were plain! Any other time I've ordered this, the sandwiches come with mayo and pickle. Didn't realize it until I drove all the way home, otherwise I would've driven back. It wasn't until I opened up their website page to contact them that I realized this location is failing on their customer service and overall standards. It's usually a good sign that they may just end up closing their doors based on all the bad ratings. read more

At least this location absolutely terrible went here two weeks ago the older lady taking my order and I'm being nice when I say older. Did not even no how to take my order. They gave me the wrong stuff and was missing a few items found this out when I got home. Called the place up talk to some guy who said they had no record of my order I still had receipt and was just there and didn't want to try to compensate me. I'm out about 10$ extra dollars in food and literally will never go there again I like Popeyes better anyway. read more

Terrible drive thru service. Could not get order straight when trying to order $30 fill up, one gravy on side and two orders of fries. Asked what sauce was available twice and never got any. Two gentlemen spoke over each other on speaker confusing the order even more. Waited 12 in the front for "4-minute" french fries. Very messy looking place. read more

This was a horrible experience when all we wanted was fried chicken. The employee who took our order was clueless, overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the menu that was in front of her and me. Messed up two orders, which took forever to get wrong. Then told us to wait while she served others. When we finally got the correct order, cold, it was greasy and disgusting. This place was disgustingly dirty. When I open the mashed potatoes the gravy was cold and had been set up like I'd been sitting there since morning. There was one other Table filled with people, All the tables were filthy dirty. The floor was dirty the windows were dirty. The bathroom needless to say was more than disgusting. Today was the last straw for this KFC. This place is the worst KFC on the planet. Today I got 6 biscuits we use them for strawberry the biscuits I got at 11:30 today we cut in half some were broken and hard as rock. The drive threw at this location will never get you order right. How can just this location be so bad all the time. I will never go back there and I advise you not to unless you just want the wrong food or old hard food. read more
