Worst Wendy's I ever went to. Had me waiting for my food to come out and ask what I'm waiting for then say oh shit my

They had a live person taking my order. That was nice. Food came out quickly and was good.

This place is horrible. Food in NEVER fresh. I live in VA and I've visited IN 3 times and each time I went to this Wendy's. They never disappoint to be slow. We sat and waited 20 mins on our food and watched 4 cars after have their food walked to their car before us. Oh and we only order 3 cheeseburgers and a small frosty. Food came out and nothing was even warm and the fries look like they have been sitting there since they opened. It's 5 pm right now. Service is rude and it seems young people do not actually expect to talk to customers or cook food while on the clock. Each visit it is the same with this place. They don't give you a receipt when you pay only the greasy looking one attached to your bag Ask for a receipt if you are so unfortunate enough to stop here for food. Do not waste your money. Find another Wendy's and do NOT go to the Wendy's on Ridge Road in Griffith. read more

My family went here tonight with a group of friends. We thought we would save time by ordering through the app. We ordered at 7:17 pm and got our food at 7:58. It was a bit ridiculous. This is the cup that my large, "Frosty-cino" came in after all of the ice melted. No wonder i was able to drink it in 5 minutes -- it's half water. The cup was filled to the brim with ice for the low, low, price of $3.50! Talk about a rip off! If you want to try this drink I suggest you get it with NO ice. I ordered online and when I got there they told me they didn't have any baked potatoes. I asked them to refund it. They said they can't. Do it through the app. I didn't order it through the app. I called them to ask them to walk me through how to refund the food and she said she didn't know. Call corporate and hung up on me. I called back for corporates number and the other lady told me she was busy and hung up on me. I just want to know how to get my money back. read more

I've been to this place more times than I can count. They aren't rude but not necessarily overly nice. Most of the time they are pretty efficient. At least here lately. Before, I know I used to hate to come here because it was always something left out of the bag. Tonight they seemed to be fairly easy going. Like I said, not really super nice but not crappy. The prices are what they are usually like. Always something on special. It all just seems to rotate. Nothing really NEW. But I've always liked the Dave's double. The drivethrough wasn't too busy and wasnt backed up. I think I slowed the line more than anything, but I'm not about to get out and have to carry all those big bags back to my truck. Easier to use the drivethrough. The food was exactly what I ordered. Though I didn't stray from the regular way they make them. I've been here a few times and every time I've visited, the fries aren't fresh. I ordered inside this time thinking it would be different than drive-thru and it's the same. The service is okay: neither is it great but neither are they very rude. The employees aren't personable. I asked what the son of baconator (compared to the baconator) was and the employee didn't know and had to ask someone else. You'd think with a simple menu, they would know but oh well. It's very convenient to go to this location as it's close to my house, but it's just your standard fast food place: Nothing exciting and there to feed your hunger. read more

Extremely slow. They remodeled last year with new management. Been terrible ever since. Rude, slow drive through, dining room rarely open.

Messed up a whole order! Charged us for a large & turned around an said "you got a jr" ! Get back to where we were going, food was hard an cold, didn't even complete the order right. Horrible experience! We just tried to order breakfast and went through the drive thru. The first thing the lady said was, "If you have a big order, I can't help you. Im only making one sandwich." I was at a loss for words. My husband and I wanted two meals. When he told the lady that, her exact words were "I told you I'm only making one sandwich." We left that instant. We also noticed that she sent every car that was in front of us away. She was extremely rude and had a huge attitude. I don't know what her problem was, but what I do know is that someone like that should not be working in the customer service industry. If you are miserable and don't like working with customers, then maybe you should be in a factory instead where you don't have to interact with anybody. We will never be coming to this location again and will try our hardest to send other people away from there, too. Called to place an order for pick up, which the business I work for has been doing for years and the lady that answered told me that they don't take phone orders. Mind you, I've been working for my employer for 11 years. We order from them at least once a week! I asked her since when??? She says, well I've been here for 5 years and we don't do that. I told her, I call in and place an order at least once a week. Of course, she had no reply. So we hang up, then I called back to ask for her name and she hangs up on me! I call back, some other girl answers...I ask for the lady I was talking to and she says she doesn't know who I'm talking about...so I ask for her name and she hangs up on me!! Never again will we order from this Wendy's! So rude and freaking lazy!!! read more

Terrible customer service. The people that work there act and look like they are on drugs. Waited in line at the drive through for 10 mins, another 8 minutes at the actual speaker and menu because no one was there, finally get to order, workers are screaming and acting a fool inside. Pull up to the window and we have to pull to a parking spot so they can make our 1 large lemonade. Waited another 10 mins for that. Asked and paid for small frosty's and got kid sizes instead. Wasn't even gonna attempt to have them correct that cause I didn't feel like waiting another near half an hour. read more

I love Wendy's Burgers in general and since I moved to The Mansards 3 years ago, I have visited this one several times and ALWAYS been sadly disappointed. The burgers are so greasy they give me stomach cramps EVERY time AND they are so messy (not put together nicely) that their stuff falls off of them and on to me! The only thing that is good at this one is their Chili and that comes pre-made from the manufacturer, so at least the recipe can not be tainted. If you are looking for a belly buster--this is the place to go because it is a GREASE PIT!!! read more
